The first pipe section and the second pipe section with different lengths can adapt to water pipes with different processing pipe diameters, so that the first adjusting assembly and/or the second adjusting assembly with different lengths can be replaced to adapt to the water pipes with different processing pipe diameters, and the defect that the whole water pipes with different pipe diameters need to be replaced when the existing boring tool rest cannot adjust the lengths is overcome.

However, there are a number of problems with existing boring tool holders: firstly, the length of the boring cutter holder cannot be adjusted, so that the boring cutter holder is in one-to-one correspondence with water pipes with different processing pipe diameters, and when the water pipes with different inner diameters are processed, the whole boring cutter holder is replaced; second, to provide sufficient torque, the mounting plate is typically relatively thick, making the boring tool holder relatively bulky.

Specifically, the boring tool rest is connected to the boring bar through a mounting assembly 10; the two ends of the first adjusting component are detachably connected with the mounting component 10 and the second adjusting component respectively, so that water pipes with different processing pipe diameters can be adapted by replacing the first adjusting component or/and the second adjusting component 30 with different lengths, and the first adjusting component is preferably replaced to adapt to the water pipes with different processing pipe diameters in consideration of the fact that the mounting requirement between the tool fixing component 40 and the second adjusting component is better than that of the second adjusting component 30 and the first adjusting component, and correspondingly, the tool fixing component 40 is more time-consuming and labor-consuming to mount on the second adjusting component.
The mounting assembly 10 comprises a first mounting part 11 and a second mounting part 12 which are fixedly connected into a whole, and the first mounting part 11 is detachably connected with the boring bar. The second adjustment assembly comprises a fifth mounting member 32 and a second pipe section 31, wherein the fifth mounting member 32 is fixedly connected to one end of the second pipe section 31 and detachably connected to the fourth mounting member 23. A cutter holder 40 is attached to the other end of the second tube section 31.
Specifically, the first and second mounting members 11 and 12 may be integrally provided through a process such as welding. The two ends of the first pipe section 21 can also be respectively connected with the third installation part 22 and the fourth installation part 23 through a welding process, and the first pipe sections 21 with different lengths can adapt to water pipes with different processing pipe diameters.
The two ends of the second pipe section 31 can also be respectively connected with the fifth mounting part 32 and the cutter fixing part 40 through a welding process, and the second pipe sections 31 with different lengths can adapt to water pipes with different processing pipe diameters.
With continued reference to fig. 2, in one embodiment, the second mounting element 12 and the third mounting element 22, and the fourth mounting element 23 and the fifth mounting element 32 are connected by fasteners 70 to facilitate assembly and disassembly.

Specifically, the curved surface of the outer ring of the first mounting member 11 may be partially flattened and then fixed to the second mounting member 12, or may be welded directly to the second mounting member 12 without flattening, and the two members may be partially filled with a solder to reinforce the connection between the two members. In addition, the surface contact here can be understood as the direct contact between the first mounting part 11 and the boring bar; it is also understood that the two are in indirect contact, for example, a mounting structure is also provided on the boring bar for connecting the boring holder, with which mounting structure the curved surface of the inner ring of the first mounting part 11 is in direct contact.
With continued reference to fig. 2, in accordance with any of the above embodiments, the first mounting member 11 is connected to the boring bar by a fastener 70. In detail, the first mounting member 11 has mounting holes on both sides thereof, and boring bars are connected to the mounting holes.

5. The boring tool holder of claim 4 wherein the tool securing member further comprises a sixth mounting member by which the tool securing portion is secured to the second tubular segment.
6. The boring tool holder of any of claims 1-5, wherein the first mounting member is an arcuate plate and the curved surface of the first mounting member is in face contact with the boring bar.
7. The boring tool holder of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the first mounting member is connected to the boring bar by a fastener.
