Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of disinfection products, and particularly relates to arbidol disinfection liquid or gel and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Along with the progress of society, the development of economy, people also attach more and more importance to sanitation and self health, most of people now can regularly disinfect environment, house, hands, vehicles and the like, prevent the produced germs from causing harm to the body, especially face the global novel coronavirus crisis, people have a greater improvement on the protection consciousness of viruses, and the disinfectant has become the first-selected daily necessary for people. Although early disinfectants were effective in killing bacteria and viruses, they were environmentally hazardous and even harmful to humans due to some components. In recent years, disinfectants which are harmless to the environment and have quick action are mainly sought in various countries, wherein hydrogen peroxide and chlorine dioxide gas sterilization methods are more spotlighted, and the disinfection of ozone also has wide use value. The disinfectant can be divided into a sterilizing agent, a high-efficiency disinfectant, a middle-efficiency disinfectant and a low-efficiency disinfectant according to the action level.
Arbidol hydrochloride was developed by the former soviet union VNIKhFI company and was marketed in russia in 1993 for the treatment and prophylaxis of influenza and acute viral respiratory infections. The arbidol has the most obvious antiviral activity on influenza viruses with A, B-type antigens, has an immunoregulation effect, can induce and generate interferon, activate macrophages and improve the resistance of organisms to virus infection, and is a novel antiviral medicament for treating influenza and acute respiratory virus infection caused by A, B-type viruses at present.
Arbidol hydrochloride is white-like crystalline powder, has no hygroscopicity, is easy to dissolve in methanol, is slightly soluble in ethanol and chloroform, is extremely slightly soluble in acetone, is almost insoluble in water, dilute hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide test solution, is insoluble in ether and has an unobvious melting point. Arbidol hydrochloride has maximum absorption peaks at wavelengths of 224nm and 256nm and minimum absorption peaks at wavelengths of 245nm and 285 nm.
Arbidol hydrochloride is almost insoluble in water, the solubility is only 0.0024g/100ml, the water insolubility limits the development of disinfection liquid or gel, and arbidol tablets, granules and capsules are widely used at present. Arbidol hydrochloride is easy to dissolve in methanol, but methanol cannot be used as a disinfectant, and solvents commonly used for the disinfectant are water and ethanol with different concentrations, and then researchers try to develop injection preparations, prepare sterile powder by freeze drying and other methods, or improve the solubility of the disinfectant by inclusion, but the methods do not fundamentally solve the problem of low arbidol solubility, and the development of arbidol disinfectant liquid or gel is still limited at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems and provides arbidol disinfection liquid or gel and a preparation method and application thereof. The disinfection liquid or gel provided by the invention can really ensure that arbidol exists in a stable solution mode, can be used as a disinfection liquid product for processing and production, is convenient to use and harmless to human bodies, can stably exist in a solution mode for a long time, can be used as a daily protective article to help people disinfect viruses in the environment that the current novel coronavirus spreads all over the world, and can better guarantee the safety of people.
One of the purposes of the invention is to provide arbidol disinfection liquid or gel, and in order to realize the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
an arbidol disinfection liquid or gel comprises the following components of 20-30 mg/L of arbidol concentration, 1:150 of polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride and arbidol mass ratio, 20-40 of ethanol volume concentration, 0.5-1.5 of solubilizer mass ratio, 0.1-5 of potassium sorbate mass ratio and the balance of water.
The inventor of the invention analyzes the structure of arbidol, which has a plurality of benzene rings and has-OH and-Br substituents; solubility indicates very little dissolution in water and ethanol, and in order to increase its solubility, a solubilizer was chosen. However, since the variety of solubilizing agents in the art is large, it is not known how to select the type and amount of solubilizing agent, and a large number of experiments are required. Through research, the addition of the solubilizer is beneficial to the arbidol in the form of solution, but the arbidol has poor stability, and the antiviral effect is difficult to exert the best. The inventor finds that the antiviral performance of the composition is greatly improved by compounding the arbidol and the polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride, but the stability of the arbidol solution is deteriorated. Through a large number of researches, the inventor finally determines the dosage and proportion of each component in the arbidol disinfectant, and the arbidol disinfectant with good solubility and stable existence is obtained by using the solubilizer and potassium sorbate to be compounded together as the stabilizer, so that the synergistic effect of the two disinfectant components can kill viruses efficiently, and finally the problems of the solubility and the stability of the arbidol disinfectant are well solved.
Further, the solubilizer is a surfactant, and comprises an ionic surfactant and a non-ionic surfactant.
Further, the ionic surfactant includes anionic surfactants such as fatty acid soaps, sulfonates; and cationic surfactants such as quaternary ammonium salts.
Further, the nonionic surfactant comprises span 60 and tween 80.

The traditional Chinese medicine components can be added in the scheme of the invention, the addition of the traditional Chinese medicine components has little influence on the stability of the disinfectant, and the addition of the traditional Chinese medicine components has better sterilization and antivirus effects, so that the disinfectant is suitable for being added into the disinfectant product of the invention as a daily living article.
Further, the traditional Chinese medicine components are added in the form of traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution, and the concentration of the traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution is 0.1-5 g/L.
