The electric heater according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the electric heater further comprises a circuit board assembly, the switching element comprises an insulating portion and a conductive portion, the main body end of the conductive portion is integrally fixed to the insulating portion, the leg portion of the conductive portion is located outside the insulating portion, the leg portion is fixedly connected to the circuit board assembly by welding, the insulating portion comprises a first wall portion and a second wall portion, the first wall portion is arranged opposite to the second wall portion, the first wall portion is arranged in contact with the pressure-receiving portion, and the second wall portion of the insulating portion is arranged in contact with the top wall portion of the cover; the temperature detecting element comprises a temperature sensing part, the temperature sensing part is arranged in contact with or close to the first wall part, the temperature sensing part comprises a temperature sensing core, an insulator covering the temperature sensing core and a shell part positioned at least partially outside the insulator, and the shell part of the insulator and the pressure bearing part are integrally formed.

The electric heater according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the temperature detecting element comprises a temperature sensing core, an insulator covering the temperature sensing core, and a metal member located at least partially outside the insulator, the metal member comprising the bearing portion, a shell portion of the metal member being not in contact with the abutment portion, the temperature detecting element further comprising a lead wire or a pin electrically connected to the temperature sensing core, the lead wire or the pin being electrically connected to a control component of the electric heater; the shell of the metal piece comprises a bent side wall, the side wall is integrally connected with the pressure bearing part, and the insulator is encapsulated in a gap between the temperature sensing core and the shell of the metal piece through resin.

The electric heater according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the body portion is fixedly provided with the cover body, the electric heater includes a screw, the body portion includes metal base portions located at both sides of the switching element, the metal base portions have through holes at both ends, and a portion of the screw is located at the through hole; the cover body comprises a mounting convex part, and the other part of the screw is fixed with the mounting convex part through threaded fit; or the body part and the cover body are arranged in a limiting way, one of the body part and the cover body comprises a buckle, the other of the body part and the cover body comprises a clamping groove, and the buckle and the clamping groove are locked and limited;
The fixing member includes an elastic arm, a connecting portion of which is integrally connected to the body portion, and a cantilever portion of which includes the abutting portion, the abutting portion being freely provided with respect to the body portion; or, the mounting includes the elastic beam, the both ends connecting portion of this elastic beam with this somatic part body coupling, this elastic beam include butt portion, this butt portion is protruding from this both ends connecting portion and is set up.

The electric heater of claim 8, wherein the base and the cover are welded together, the electric heater includes a cavity between the base and the cover, the cover includes a protruding heat-conducting protrusion, and the top wall of the cover is opposite to the heat-conducting protrusion, and the heat-conducting protrusion can absorb heat at the top wall.

The electric heater of claim 7, wherein the electric heater includes an electrically conductive component, the conductive component comprises a conductive piece, an insulating isolation part, a circuit board component and a conductive heater, wherein the insulating isolation part coats the main body connecting part of the conductive piece, the first plug pin of the conductive piece is electrically connected with the switch circuit of the circuit board component, the switch circuit is electrically connected with the switch element, the second plug pin of the conductive piece is electrically connected with the heating pipe of the electric heater, the insulating isolation part comprises a peripheral wall part which is arranged corresponding to the switch element, the switch element is at least partially positioned in a groove part formed by the peripheral wall part, one of the peripheral wall part and the metal piece comprises a protruding part, the other one of the peripheral wall part and the metal piece comprises a groove part, and the protruding part at least partially cooperates with the groove part to form a limiting structure.
