The relay protection resetting device can quickly reset the alarm of the contactor due to overload protection action, does not need to disassemble a protection plate, does not need a main power supply of an air compressor of a separating brake, can simplify the operation process, reduces the maintenance workload, and improves the operation safety. By adopting the resetting device, when the contactor is reset, the time required by the recovery equipment can be shortened, and the influence of contactor power-off protection on the operation efficiency of the air compressor can be reduced, so that the tobacco production efficiency is improved.
Such a reset device can be moved by manual operation, for example, by applying a pressing force to the outer end of the manual phase reset lever 1. Or the reset device can be automatically reset, the reset device comprises a control part and a driving mechanism, the driving mechanism is connected with the outer end of the reset rod 1, and the control part is configured to enable the driving mechanism to act to press the reset rod 1 to move when receiving a signal that the contactor 9 is disconnected and the reset key 7 is bounced.
In some embodiments, the inner end of the reset lever 1 is higher than the top of the reset key 7 after being bounced under normal operation. The arrangement mode can enable the reset key 7 to be successfully bounced up when the air compressor carries out overload protection in the load increasing and reducing process, and the working safety of the air compressor is guaranteed.
In some embodiments, the release lever 1 passes through the protection plate 5, the release key 7 of the contact 9 is located at the side, a guide groove may be provided on the protection plate 5, and the release lever 1 may move along the guide groove in a direction perpendicular to its axis to press the release key 7 through the side of the inner end of the release lever 1, or a bent portion may be provided at the inner end of the release lever 1 and press the release key 7 through the end surface of the bent portion. This embodiment can reduce the operating space required along the axial direction of the restoring rod 1 outside the protective plate 5.
In some embodiments, the reset key 7 is located above the contactor protector 8, opposite to the protection plate 5, and the reset lever 1 moves axially along itself to press the reset key 7. This embodiment has a simple structure, can reduce the operation space required around the reset lever 1, and is convenient for applying an external force to press the reset key 7. The following embodiments are given on the basis of this structure.
As shown in fig. 1, the resetting device of the present disclosure further includes a guide 6, the protection plate 5 is provided with a first through hole, the guide 6 is arranged in the first through hole, the guide 6 is provided with a second through hole, and the resetting rod 1 is arranged in the second through hole in a penetrating manner. For example, the guiding member 6 may be a cylindrical sleeve structure, and the restoring rod 1 may be a cylindrical elongated rod structure. The guide member 6 may be made of a material having a low coefficient of friction, such as teflon or the like.

Referring to fig. 1, the reset key 7 is disposed to face the protection plate 5, and the reset lever 1 moves axially along itself to press the reset key 7. The resetting device further comprises a limiting part 2, the resetting element 4 comprises a spring, such as a compression spring, the outer end of the resetting rod 1 is sleeved with the spring, one end of the spring is abutted against the protection plate 5, and the other end of the spring is abutted against the limiting part 2.
The spring is sleeved at the outer end of the reset rod 1, the direction of the elastic restoring force of the spring is just consistent with the axial direction of the reset rod 1, and the reset rod 1 can be smoothly restored to the initial position. The operation method of the reset device of the present disclosure is described below with reference to fig. 1 as an example: the manual acting force is applied to the reset rod 1, and the external force is transmitted to the reset key 7 of the contactor 9 along the axial direction of the reset rod 1 by overcoming the resistance of the spring, so that the overload protection action reset of the relay is completed.
After the reset is completed, the reset rod 1 automatically extends outwards to an initial position under the action of the pretightening force of the spring, the reset device is in a cold standby state at the moment, the spring is required to move sensitively, the pretightening force is proper, and the size and the actual acting force requirements of the reset rod 1 are met. The reset device has the characteristics of simple structure, good contact and aging resistance.

2. Relay protection resetting device according to claim 1, wherein in the normal operating state, the inner end of the reset lever (1) is higher than the top of the reset key (7) after bouncing up.
3. Relaying protection resetting means according to claim 1, characterized in that said reset key (7) is arranged opposite to said protection plate (5), said reset rod (1) moving axially along itself to press said reset key (7).
