All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In this application, relational terms such as first and second, and the like may be used solely to distinguish one entity or action from another entity or action without necessarily requiring or implying any actual such relationship or order between such entities or actions. Also, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other identical elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
The embodiment of the application provides a method for checking stored accounts, which specifically includes, as shown in fig. 1:
s101, acquiring the posted inventory amount of the warehouse management system and the total inventory amount of the enterprise information management system.
Optionally, the method provided by the embodiment of the present application may be applied to a warehouse management system, that is, the present invention may be implemented by the warehouse management system. Specifically, the warehouse management system performs data interaction with the enterprise information management system through a hypertext transfer protocol HTTP, so that inventory data can be downloaded from the enterprise information management system at any time for performing financial checking. Therefore, at this time, the acquired posted inventory amount of the warehouse management system is actually read from the local storage, and the acquired total inventory amount of the enterprise information management system needs to be downloaded from the enterprise information management system. Of course, this is only an alternative and may be applied to an enterprise management system or other systems.
It should be noted that each ex-warehouse and in-warehouse record is recorded in the warehouse management system, but the record needs to be posted in the enterprise information management system, and the enterprise information system will record the record accordingly, that is, the record in the enterprise information system is posted by the warehouse management system. Therefore, under normal conditions, the total inventory of the enterprise information management system is kept consistent with the posted inventory of the warehouse management system.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present application, a specific implementation manner of obtaining the posted inventory amount of the warehouse management system in step S101 is, as shown in fig. 2, including:
s201, acquiring the total inventory quantity, the ex-warehouse non-posting quantity and the in-warehouse non-posting quantity of the warehouse management system.
The ex-warehouse non-posted volume refers to the total ex-warehouse volume recorded in the warehouse management system and posted when entering the warehouse, but not posted to the enterprise information management system. Similarly, the warehousing non-posting amount refers to the warehousing non-posting recorded in the warehouse management system into the enterprise information management system and the warehousing total amount which is not delivered from the warehouse.
S202, adding the ex-warehouse non-posting amount to the total inventory amount of the warehouse management system, and subtracting the in-warehouse non-posting amount to obtain the posted inventory amount of the warehouse management system.
Due to all the stock quantities of the total stock quantity of the warehouse management system, the checked stock quantity of the warehouse management system is required to be obtained, the out-warehouse non-checked amount which is checked in the warehousing process and is not checked out of the warehouse is required to be added, the in-warehouse non-checked amount which is still in the warehouse and is not checked in the warehousing record is subtracted, and therefore the checked stock quantity of the warehouse management system is finally obtained.
Since the total inventory of the enterprise information management system is normally consistent with the posted inventory of the warehouse management system, the "total inventory of the warehouse management system + ex-warehouse non-posted amount-in-warehouse non-posted amount:" total inventory of the enterprise information management system "should be satisfied correctly.
And S102, judging whether the posted inventory amount of the warehouse management system is the same as the total inventory amount of the enterprise information management system through comparison.
Since the posted inventory amount of the warehouse management system and the total inventory amount of the enterprise information management system are the same in a normal case, if it is determined that the posted inventory amount of the warehouse management system and the total inventory amount of the enterprise information management system are not the same, it is determined that there is an abnormality in the inventory records in the warehouse management system and/or the inventory records in the enterprise information management system, and step S103 is executed at this time. If the posted inventory amount of the warehouse outlet management system is judged to be the same as the total inventory amount of the enterprise information management system, the financial affairs of the warehouse outlet management system and the enterprise information management system on warehousing are normal.
S103, carrying out exception prompting, comparing the document of the warehouse management system with the document of the enterprise information management system, and finding out an abnormal document.
Specifically, when the accounting exception occurs, the user personnel may be prompted for exception information through the user interface. After the abnormality occurs, the reason for the abnormality needs to be found and analyzed. Under the condition that no abnormity exists, each document of the warehouse management system has a corresponding document in the enterprise information management system, namely, a document with consistent records exists, so that the document of the warehouse management system and the document of the enterprise information management system can be downloaded, and the post-paid document in the warehouse management system and the document of the enterprise information management system are compared one by one, so that the abnormal document is found out, namely, the specific document causing the non-equal post stock quantity of the warehouse management system and the total stock quantity of the enterprise information management system is found out. Therefore, the working personnel can solve the abnormal problem according to the specific bill.
The checking method for the warehousing accounts provided by the embodiment of the application obtains the posted inventory amount of the warehouse management system and the total inventory amount of the enterprise information management system, and then judges whether the posted inventory amount of the warehouse management system and the total inventory amount of the enterprise information management system are the same or not through comparison. Since the posted inventory amount of the warehouse management system and the total inventory amount of the enterprise information management system are the same in a normal situation, if the posted inventory amount of the warehouse management system and the total inventory amount of the enterprise information management system are judged to be different, it is judged that there is an abnormality, and an abnormality prompt is given at this time. And the document of the warehouse management system can be further compared with the document of the enterprise information management system, and an abnormal document can be found out, so that the user can solve the abnormal problem. The invention can automatically check in time because the posted inventory of the warehouse management system and the total inventory of the enterprise information management system can be obtained at any time, thereby finding abnormality in time and prompting the abnormality, automatically realizing the subsequent search of the reason of the abnormality without manual check, and effectively improving the checking efficiency.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, a specific implementation manner of step S103 includes:
s301, comparing each document of the warehouse management system with each document of the enterprise information management system respectively aiming at each mobile type document, and determining documents with inconsistent records in the enterprise information management system and the enterprise information management system in each mobile type document.
In order to manage the warehouse entry and the warehouse exit, the warehouse exit and the warehouse entry are usually classified into a plurality of smaller mobile types, for example, the warehouse entry is classified into a mobile type such as a normal warehouse entry, a return warehouse entry, a rework warehouse entry, and the like, and the warehouse exit can be classified into a type such as a sales warehouse exit, a material receiving warehouse exit, and the like.
Therefore, when the next door document of the warehouse management system is compared with the next door document of the enterprise information management system, for more convenience, the documents of the two systems in the mobile type are compared respectively aiming at the documents of each mobile type. For example, each document normally put in the warehouse management system is compared with the documents normally put in the enterprise information management system, so that the documents with inconsistent records in the enterprise information management system and the enterprise information management system are determined from the documents normally put in the warehouse.
The two documents with the same record can be understood as two documents of the same input and output article. Therefore, a document exists only in the warehouse management system or the enterprise information management information system, and the document is a document with inconsistent records in the enterprise information management system and the enterprise information management system.
Optionally, since the warehousing information in the enterprise information management system is posted from the warehouse management system, the abnormal documents are usually present in the warehouse management system, so that the abnormal documents can be mainly searched for each document of the warehouse management system. Therefore, in another embodiment of the present application, an implementation manner of step S302, as shown in fig. 4, includes:
s401, judging whether the posted inventory amount of the warehouse management system is larger than the total inventory amount of the enterprise information management system.
It should be noted that, since the warehousing information in the enterprise information management system is posted from the warehouse management system, if the posted inventory amount of the warehouse management system is greater than the total inventory amount of the enterprise information management system, it can be further determined that the abnormal document appears in the warehouse management system instead of the enterprise information management system, so that the abnormal document can be directly found from the warehouse management system, and needs to be found from the document managed by the enterprise information, and therefore step S402 is executed at this time.
S402, respectively aiming at the documents of all the mobile types, finding out documents which are inconsistent with the records of all the documents in the enterprise information management system from all the documents in the warehouse management system.
Specifically, for each mobile type of document, each document of the warehouse management system is sequentially used as a target document, and whether documents with consistent records exist is searched from each document in the enterprise information management system, so that the target document which is inconsistent with the records of each document in the enterprise information management system is determined.
S302, determining the determined bill as an abnormal bill, and prompting the information of the abnormal bill.
Specifically, each determined bill is determined as an abnormal bill, and information of each abnormal bill is provided for a user through a user interface. The information of the abnormal document may include an identifier, a generation date, a name and a number of the abnormal document, and the like.
