Abstract
An adjustable rack comprises a fixed frame, a bearing frame, a locking mechanism and a rack device; the bearing frame is connected with the fixing frame in a sliding mode, and a tooth socket is arranged on the bearing frame; the object placing device is fixedly connected with the bearing frame; the locking mechanism has a locking state and an unlocking state, and in the locking state, the locking mechanism is matched with the tooth socket, and the bearing frame is fixed relative to the fixing frame; and when the bearing frame is in an unlocked state, the locking mechanism is separated from the tooth groove, and the bearing frame can slide up and down relative to the fixed frame.
Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to refrigeration devices, and particularly to an adjustable rack and a refrigerator using the same.
Background
In order to facilitate storage and to make full use of the storage space in the refrigerator as much as possible, a rack is generally provided in the refrigerator.
At present, a refrigerator rack is generally fixedly connected with a refrigerator relatively, when larger articles are placed between the two racks, the articles on the racks need to be taken down and then the racks need to be detached and installed at proper positions, the operation of the process is inconvenient, time and labor are wasted, and the installation positions of the racks are fixed, so that the distance between the two rack plates cannot be adjusted to any height, and the space waste of the refrigerator is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems that the shelf in the prior art is complicated and inconvenient in adjustment process and limited in adjustment position.
The invention provides an adjustable rack which comprises a rack body,
comprises a fixed frame, a bearing frame, a locking mechanism and an article holding device;
the bearing frame is connected with the fixing frame in a sliding mode, and a tooth socket is arranged on the bearing frame;
the object placing device is fixedly connected with the bearing frame;
the locking mechanism has a locking state and an unlocking state, and in the locking state, the locking mechanism is matched with the tooth socket, and the bearing frame is fixed relative to the fixing frame; and when the bearing frame is in an unlocked state, the locking mechanism is separated from the tooth groove, and the bearing frame can slide up and down relative to the fixed frame. .
Preferably, the locking mechanism comprises a fixing piece and a locking piece, the fixing piece is fixedly connected with the fixing frame, and the locking piece is connected with the fixing piece and can be matched with or separated from the tooth groove.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the adjustable rack comprises a fixed frame 1, a bearing frame 2, a locking mechanism 3 and a rack device 4. Wherein, the fixing frame 1 is designed to be fixed on the inner wall of the refrigerator, the bearing frame 2 is connected with the fixing frame 1 in a sliding way, and the object placing device 4 is fixedly connected with the bearing frame 2.
The bearing frame 2 is provided with a tooth groove 21, and the locking mechanism 3 can be matched with or separated from the tooth groove 21. The locking mechanism 3 has a locking state and an unlocking state, when the locking mechanism 3 is in the locking state, the locking mechanism 3 is matched with the tooth groove 21, the fixed frame 1 and the bearing frame 2 are relatively fixed, and when the locking mechanism 3 is in the unlocking state, the locking mechanism 3 is separated from the tooth groove 21, and the bearing frame 2 can move up and down relative to the fixed frame 1.
The locking mechanism 3 is fixedly connected with the fixed frame 1 so as to prevent the stability of the object placing device 4 from being influenced by the fact that the operating force is transmitted to the object placing device 4 when the locking mechanism 3 is adjusted to be switched between the locking state and the unlocking state, and meanwhile, the distance between the locking mechanism 3 and the object placing device 4 can be increased by installing the locking mechanism on the fixed frame 1, and operation of an operator is facilitated.
Specifically, the locking mechanism 3 includes a fixing member 31 and a locking member 32. The fixing member 31 is fixedly connected to the fixing frame 1, and the locking member 32 is fixedly connected to the fixing member 31 and can be engaged with or disengaged from the spline. In the present embodiment, the locking member 32 is configured as an elastic latch, and has a fixed end 321 and a cantilever end 322, the fixed end 321 is fixedly connected to the fixing member 31, and the cantilever end 322 has elasticity and can be inserted into the tooth slot 21 or ejected from the tooth slot 21, so that the locking mechanism can be switched between the locking state and the unlocking state.
Further, the locking mechanism 3 may further include an operating member 33, the operating member 33 is pivotally connected to the fixed member 3, and when the operating member 33 is rotated, the operating member 33 can press the elastic latch to be inserted into the slot 21 or release the elastic latch. The operating member pivots about an axis x which is perpendicular to the direction of extension of the carrier. In this embodiment, the operation member 33 has an operation end 331 and a pressing end 332, and the operation end 331 is configured to be half-bowl-shaped, which is convenient for a user to operate; the pressing end 332 has a bending region disposed toward the elastic latch for pressing the elastic latch in the locked state, so that the cantilever end 322 is inserted into the slot 21. Furthermore, the pressing end 332 may be configured to be cam-shaped, and the pressing action or the releasing action of the elastic latch may be achieved.
When the height of the article placing device 4 is adjusted, the operation end 331 is rotated downwards, the pressing end 332 releases the cantilever end 322, the cantilever end 322 pops out of the tooth groove 21 under the action of self elastic force, and the height adjustment can be realized by pulling the article placing device 4 up and down. The rack is adjusted to a required position, the operating piece 33 is pulled upwards by rotating, the pressing end 332 presses the cantilever end 322, and the cantilever end 322 is inserted into the tooth slot 21 and stores energy.
The fixed frame 1 and the bearing frame 2 both extend along the vertical direction. The cross section of the fixing frame 1 is U-shaped, the fixing frame is provided with a bottom wall and two side walls, a pair of guide grooves 11 extending along the longitudinal direction are formed in the inner sides of the two side walls, a pair of guide rails 22 matched with the guide grooves 11 are arranged on the bearing frame 2, and the fixing frame 1 and the bearing frame 2 are connected in a sliding mode through the guide grooves 11 and the guide rails 22.
The article holding device 4 comprises a connecting member 42 and a supporting frame 41, the connecting member 42 is fixedly connected with the fixing frame 1, the supporting frame 41 is used for mounting an article holding plate (not shown in the figure), one end of the supporting frame 41 is fixedly connected with the connecting member 42, and the other end is a cantilever. A pair of slots 412 is provided on the connecting member 42, a claw 411 is provided on the supporting frame 41 to match with the slots 412, and a fastening member, which is configured as a pin in this embodiment, is provided between the supporting frame 41 and the connecting member 42. The support frame 41 and the connecting piece 42 realize double fixed connection through the matching of the fastening piece and the clamping groove 412 and the clamping claw 411, the connection is more reliable, and the phenomenon that the rack is overturned when the rack is adjusted to cause articles on the rack plate to fall off is prevented.
The invention also provides a refrigerator which adopts the adjustable rack and also comprises a refrigerator body, wherein a storage space is limited in the refrigerator body, and a pair of fixing frames 1 which are relatively parallel are arranged on the refrigerator body (not shown in the figure), namely the two fixing frames are arranged along the refrigerator body in a bilateral symmetry way.

Claims (10)
1. An adjustable rack is characterized by comprising a fixed frame, a bearing frame, a locking mechanism and a rack device;
the bearing frame is connected with the fixing frame in a sliding mode, and a tooth socket is arranged on the bearing frame;
the object placing device is fixedly connected with the bearing frame;
the locking mechanism has a locking state and an unlocking state, and in the locking state, the locking mechanism is matched with the tooth socket, and the bearing frame is fixed relative to the fixing frame; and when the bearing frame is in an unlocked state, the locking mechanism is separated from the tooth groove, and the bearing frame can slide up and down relative to the fixed frame.
2. The adjustable rack according to claim 1 wherein said locking mechanism comprises a fastener fixedly connected to said mount and a locking member connected to said fastener and capable of engaging or disengaging said splines.
3. The adjustable rack according to claim 2 wherein the locking member is configured as a resilient latch having an L-shape with a fixed end fixedly connected to the securing member and a cantilevered end having resiliency, and the cantilevered end is capable of being inserted into or ejected from the gullet to transition the locking mechanism between the unlocked and locked states.
4. The adjustable rack according to claim 3 wherein said locking mechanism further comprises an operating member pivotally connected to said fixed member, said operating member operable to insert said resilient latch into said socket or release said resilient latch.
5. The adjustable rack according to claim 4 wherein the pivot axis of the operating member is perpendicular to the direction of extension of the load bearing frame.
6. The adjustable rack according to claim 5 wherein said operating member has an operating end and a pressing end, said operating end being in the shape of a half bowl, said pressing end having a bent portion facing said resilient latch.
7. The adjustable rack according to claim 1 wherein the load bearing frame extends in a vertical direction, the fixing frame is provided with a guide slot extending in the vertical direction, the load bearing frame is provided with a guide rail matching with the guide slot, and the load bearing frame is slidably connected with the fixing frame through the guide rail and the guide slot.
8. The adjustable rack according to claim 1 wherein the rack means comprises a support frame and a connecting member, one end of the support frame is fixedly connected to the connecting member, the other end of the support frame is a cantilever, and the connecting member is fixedly connected to the support frame and the load-bearing frame.
9. The adjustable rack according to claim 8 wherein said connecting member is provided with a pair of engaging slots, said supporting frame is provided with a locking claw engaged with said engaging slots, a fastening member is disposed between said pair of engaging slots, and said connecting member and said supporting member are fixedly connected by said fastening member and said locking claw being inserted into said engaging slots.
10. A refrigerator comprising a cabinet defining a storage space therein, wherein the refrigerator further comprises an adjustable rack according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the fixing brackets are fixed to the rack along the cabinet and arranged in bilateral symmetry along the cabinet.
