本发明公开了一种具有防蚊虫功能的路灯,属于路灯领域,其技术方案要点是,包括灯杆、控制机箱和灯源,灯杆的左侧壁通过螺栓固定连接有控制机箱,控制机箱包括箱体和箱盖,箱盖与箱体活页连接,控制机箱的内壁下部固定连接有蓄电池,灯杆的上端面左侧焊接有一级支杆,一级支杆的顶部通过螺栓固定连接有太阳能电池板,太阳能电池板的背面固定连接有导线一端,导线的另一端与蓄电池固定连接,灯杆的上端面右侧焊接有二级支杆,二级支杆远离灯杆的一端固定连接有灯源。使得耐热玻璃板产生高温,不仅能够驱除不耐高温的蚊虫,而且使得吸附在耐热玻璃板上的蚊虫被杀死,从而有效的提高了防蚊虫的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及路灯领域,特别涉及一种具有防蚊虫功能的路灯。
背景技术
路灯是指给道路提供照明功能的灯具,泛指交通照明中路面照明范围内的灯具,通常使用太阳能供电,在路灯杆上设置蓄电池,储存电能给灯源供电,路灯在夜晚照明时,周围的蚊虫常常在路灯灯源上聚集,影响路灯的照明效果,且蚊虫聚集容易在灯罩上留下的排泄物会污染灯罩,使得灯光无法透出灯罩,所以需要驱除路灯灯源上聚集的蚊虫。
但现有的防蚊虫路灯,主要是通过在灯源上设置吹气口清理灯源附近的蚊虫,容易使得吸附在灯罩上的蚊虫滞留,从而使得清除蚊虫效果下降。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种具有防蚊虫功能的路灯,使得耐热玻璃板产生高温,不仅能够驱除不耐高温的蚊虫,而且使得吸附在耐热玻璃板上的蚊虫被杀死,从而有效的提高了防蚊虫的效果。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种具有防蚊虫功能的路灯,包括灯杆、控制机箱和灯源,所述灯杆的左侧壁通过螺栓固定连接有控制机箱,所述控制机箱包括箱体和箱盖,所述箱盖与箱体活页连接,所述控制机箱的内壁下部固定连接有蓄电池,所述灯杆的上端面左侧焊接有一级支杆,所述一级支杆的顶部通过螺栓固定连接有太阳能电池板,所述太阳能电池板的背面固定连接有导线一端,所述导线的另一端与蓄电池固定连接,所述灯杆的上端面右侧焊接有二级支杆,所述二级支杆远离灯杆的一端固定连接有灯源,所述灯源的顶部固定连接有灯头,所述灯头通过导线与蓄电池固定连接,所述灯头的下端面转动连接有LED灯体,所述灯源的外壁固定连接有灯罩,所述灯罩的下端面紧密贴合有耐热玻璃板。
进一步的,所述控制机箱的上部左侧固定连接有FLS单灯控制器,所述FLS单灯控制器的一端通过导线与太阳能电池板连通,所述FLS单灯控制器的另一端通过导线与蓄电池连通。
进一步的,所述蓄电池的上部通过导线连接有光感开关,所述光感开关通过另一根导线与灯头固定连接,且所述光感开关贯穿箱体顶板。
进一步的,所述灯罩呈“喇叭”状,开口朝下,且所述灯罩的内侧壁紧密贴合有反光膜,所述反光膜的面积等于灯罩内侧壁的面积,且所述灯罩的顶部与灯头紧密贴合。
进一步的,所述灯罩的内壁贯穿连接有分支线缆,所述分支线缆的一端与导线固定连接,所述分支线缆的另一端固定连接有ITO导电膜,所述ITO导电膜与耐热玻璃板紧密贴合,且所述ITO导电膜的面积等于耐热玻璃板的底面积。
进一步的,所述所述耐热玻璃板嵌入灯罩下部开口,且所述耐热玻璃板的下端面与灯罩的下端面平齐。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
该种具有防蚊虫功能的路灯,在灯罩下部的玻璃面板采用了耐热玻璃板,耐热玻璃板底部紧贴有ITO导电膜,ITO导电膜通电后发热,使得耐热玻璃板产生高温,不仅能够驱除不耐高温的蚊虫,而且使得吸附在耐热玻璃板上的蚊虫被杀死,从而有效的提高了防蚊虫的效果。

参照图1-2,一种具有防蚊虫功能的路灯,包括灯杆1、控制机箱4和灯源3,灯杆1的左侧壁通过螺栓固定连接有控制机箱4,控制机箱4包括箱体402和箱盖401,所述箱盖401与箱体402活页连接,控制机箱4的内壁下部固定连接有蓄电池403,灯杆1的上端面左侧焊接有一级支杆101,一级支杆101的顶部通过螺栓固定连接有太阳能电池板2,太阳能电池板2的背面固定连接有导线5一端,导线5的另一端与蓄电池403固定连接,灯杆1的上端面右侧焊接有二级支杆102,二级支杆102远离灯杆1的一端固定连接有灯源3,灯源3的顶部固定连接有灯头301,灯头301通过导线5与蓄电池403固定连接,灯头301的下端面转动连接有LED灯体303,灯源3的外壁固定连接有灯罩302,灯罩302的下端面紧密贴合有耐热玻璃板304,一级支杆101与二级支杆102分别支撑太阳能电池板2和灯源3,蓄电池403将太阳能电池板2吸收的能量通过导线5储存,使得太阳能电池板2能够转化光能给灯源3供电,无需安设额外的电源,更加节能环保,且通过蓄电池403储存太阳能电池板2产生的电能,在夜间也可持续给灯源3供电,保证路灯的运行照明稳定,ITO导电膜3041通电后发热,使得灯罩302底部的耐热玻璃板304产生高温,不仅能够驱除不耐高温的蚊虫,而且使得吸附在耐热玻璃板304上的蚊虫被杀死,从而有效的提高了防蚊虫的效果。
进一步的是,耐热玻璃板304嵌入灯罩302下部开口,且耐热玻璃板304的下端面与灯罩302的下端面平齐,由于耐热玻璃板304嵌入灯罩302下部,避免了外部异物触碰耐热玻璃板304边缘损害耐热玻璃板304的情况,且使得耐热玻璃板304与灯罩302的连接更加稳定,耐热玻璃板304的下端面与灯罩302的下端面平齐,耐热玻璃板304与灯罩302的下端面不产生异面夹缝,使得耐热玻璃板304更便于清洁。
实施例2
参照图1-2,一种具有防蚊虫功能的路灯,与实施例1基本相同,更进一步的是,控制机箱4的上部左侧固定连接有FLS单灯控制器405,FLS单灯控制器405的一端通过导线5与太阳能电池板2连通,FLS单灯控制器405的另一端通过导线5与蓄电池403连通,当太阳能电池板2转化的电流电压过大时,FLS单灯控制器405内的限值电阻会限制电压强度,避免过多的电流进入蓄电池403对蓄电池403造成损伤,保证设备运行的稳定性,且通过蓄电池403储存电能,保证夜晚太阳能电池板2无法转换足够电能时依然持续地给灯源3供电,保证路灯的照明稳定性。
蓄电池403的上部通过导线5连接有光感开关404,光感开关404通过另一根导线5与灯头301固定连接,且光感开关404贯穿箱体402顶板,光感开关404位于箱体404外部的感光元器件时刻监测周围环境光线的强度,在光线强度低于设定值时自动连通蓄电池与灯头301开启灯源3,保证路灯的正常工作,在环境光线强时自动切断电流,相对于人工操作开闭路灯更加的便捷与节能。
实施例3
参照图2-3,一种具有防蚊虫功能的路灯,与实施例1基本相同,更进一步的是,灯罩302呈“喇叭”状,开口朝下,且灯罩302的内侧壁紧密贴合有反光膜3021,反光膜3021的面积等于灯罩302内侧壁的面积,且灯罩302的顶部与灯头301紧密贴合,灯头301下部LED灯体303发光时,外侧的灯罩302上的反光膜3021将LED灯体303发散的光线折射聚集,并由下部开口照射到指定路面上,保证灯源3的光线强度,避免LED灯体303光线发散影响道路的照明效果。
灯罩302的内壁贯穿连接有分支线缆501,分支线缆501的一端与导线5固定连接,分支线缆501的另一端固定连接有ITO导电膜3041,ITO导电膜3041与耐热玻璃板304紧密贴合,且ITO导电膜3041的面积等于耐热玻璃板304的底面积,ITO导电膜3041通过分支线缆501与导线5与蓄电池403连接,ITO导电膜3041通电一段时间后发热,从而使得紧贴的耐热玻璃板304产生高温。
工作原理:首先,阳光照射在太阳能电池板2上,太阳能电池板2将光能转化为电能,并由导线5传输至蓄电池403,当蓄电池403内电能饱和或太阳能电池板2转化电流过大时,FLS单灯控制器405切断太阳能电池板2一端导线5的电流,防止蓄电池403被强电流破坏,蓄电池403另一端通过导线5与灯头301连接,光感开关404顶部的感应器监测到环境光线强度低于设定值时自动连通蓄电池403与灯头301之间的导线5给LED灯体303供电,在LED灯体303进行照明时,灯罩302内侧的反光膜3021将光线折射聚集至路面处,耐热玻璃板304底部的ITO导电膜3041通过分支线缆501与导线5通电发热,使得耐热玻璃板304产生高温,不仅能够驱除不耐高温的蚊虫,而且使得吸附在耐热玻璃板304上的蚊虫被杀死。
