Abstract

一种电力液压推动器的测位装置,在液压推动器中心线的一侧,电机座有测位装置插入孔,插入孔还与隔板上的测位装置插入孔对齐,测位装置插入隔板和电机座的插入孔内,油封固定连接在外套出口处,插杆的台阶一端与活塞底部弹性连接,插杆插入外套并伸出油封,弹簧套在插杆上,两端分别与插杆的台阶和油封挡圈弹性连接。当活塞移动時,插杆下端与微动开关接触或分离,微动开关变换电信号,该电信号通过电力液压推动器的电液控制器控制系统产生相应的功能。在活塞高度达到设定值時,插杆下端与微动开关产生接触关系,通过对其的电液控制系统使制动器产生相应的功能。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种电力液压推动器,尤其是一种电力液压推动器的测位装置。
背景技术
目前,公知的电力液压推动器上没有推杆伸出位置的测位装置,因此其液压推动器不能完成有推杆伸出位置方面的控制动作,然而,露天使用的起重机的防风功能需要推杆伸出控制动作,否则不能产生可靠的防风制动功能。
发明内容
为了让电力液压推动器能够产生可靠的防风制动功能,本发明提供一种电力液压推动器的测位装置,测位装置能够跟踪推杆的输出位置,在需要产生定位的位置设置传感器或微动开关,传感器或微动开关控制制动器的相应动作以达到使制动器能够产生可靠的防风制动功能。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:在液压推动器中心线的一侧,电机座有测位装置插入孔,插入孔还与隔板上的测位装置插入孔对齐,测位装置插入隔板和电机座的插入孔内,油封固定连接在外套出口处,插杆的台阶一端与活塞底部弹性连接,插杆插入外套并伸出油封,弹簧套在插杆上,两端分别与插杆的台阶和油封挡圈弹性连接。当活塞移动時,插杆下端与微动开关接触或分离,微动开关变换电信号,该电信号通过电力液压推动器的电液控制器控制系统产生相应的功能。
本发明的有益效果是,在活塞高度达到设定值時,插杆下端与微动开关产生接触关系,通过对其的电液控制系统使制动器产生相应的功能。
