Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of cigarette packaging, in particular to tipping paper for cigarettes and a preparation method thereof. The cigarette tipping paper comprises a base material, and an aroma adding layer and an antibacterial layer which are sequentially arranged on the base material; the aromatizing layer contains water-soluble essence; the antibacterial layer comprises a composite antibacterial composition, and the composite antibacterial composition comprises chitosan, dehydroacetic acid or salts thereof, and nipagin ester or salts thereof, wherein the mass ratio of the chitosan to the dehydroacetic acid to the salts is 1 (0.05-0.15) to 0.05-0.15. The tipping paper provided by the invention not only can endow the tipping paper with special olfactory experience and enrich the smoking experience of cigarettes, but also can effectively inhibit the breeding of viruses and bacteria and ensure the sanitation and safety of the tipping paper for the cigarettes.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cigarette packaging, in particular to tipping paper for an antibacterial slow-release cigarette with fragrance.
Background
Tipping paper (i.e. tipping paper) for cigarettes is functional paper which integrates cigarettes and filter rods. During the process of taking, offering and smoking, a smoker inevitably contacts the tipping paper by fingers, and particularly, the tipping paper for the cigarette can be delivered by a plurality of people during the process of gathering and offering, and the tipping paper for the cigarette can be infected with microorganisms. In the smoking process, the tipping paper for the cigarette can directly contact the lips, and the infected microorganisms are easy to attack the human body. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the food-grade composite antibacterial composition has synergistic effect among the components, greatly improves the antibacterial performance among antibacterial materials, effectively inhibits the growth of bacteria or viruses, and has broad-spectrum antibacterial performance. The antibacterial layer formed by the composite antibacterial composition is arranged on the outermost layer of the tipping paper for cigarettes, so that after the tipping paper is applied to cigarettes, the possibility that a smoker can be infected with bacteria or viruses when the smoker contacts the tipping paper through lips can be greatly reduced.

The chitosan is a natural aminopolysaccharide, is colorless, tasteless and nontoxic, has good antibacterial activity, film forming property and biodegradability, and is a natural antibacterial material; and the chitosan has the inhibiting effect on several common oral pathogenic bacteria. Dehydroacetic acid has broad-spectrum antibacterial activity, and is especially effective in inhibiting fungi and yeast. Parabens, their salts and compounds are useful as bactericides and fungicides. The invention adopts chitosan, dehydroacetic acid or salt thereof and nipagin ester or salt thereof in a given weight ratio, can obtain better effect and has broad-spectrum antibacterial and bacteriostatic effect.
In addition, the antibacterial layer is covered on the fragrance layer, so that the fragrance of the essence in the fragrance layer can be adjusted, the slow volatilization of the water-soluble essence in the fragrance layer can be effectively controlled, the fragrance retaining time of the water-soluble essence in the tipping paper is prolonged, and the fragrance slow-release effect is achieved.
The tipping paper provided by the invention not only can endow the tipping paper with special olfactory experience and enrich the smoking experience of cigarettes, but also can effectively inhibit the breeding of viruses and bacteria and ensure the sanitation and safety of the tipping paper for the cigarettes.
The raw materials adopted by the invention are preferably food grade.
The dehydroacetate salt is preferably sodium dehydroacetate.
The preferred paraben salt is sodium paraben.

The filter element optionally comprises a filter rod of homogenised filter material, tipping paper circumscribing the filter rod, circumferentially spaced grooves extending longitudinally on the filter rod, and a ventilation tipping paper interconnecting the filter element to the tobacco rod, a plurality of grooves opening onto the tobacco rod side and continuously covering only a portion of the length of the filter element and thus not extending up to the mouth end of the filter element, the grooves being axially aligned with respect to the filter axis, ventilated air entering the axially extending grooves through overlying ventilation tipping paper, and all mouth-projecting grooves being unventilated.
In some embodiments, the filter rods include an adsorbent material therein. Examples of suitable adsorbent materials include carbon. Advantageously, the adsorbent material is carbon and more advantageously activated carbon. The filter rod can reduce the smoke and tar in the mouth when smoking and suspended particles generated during combustion.
According to yet another aspect, the invention also relates to a smoking article comprising a wrapped rod of smoking material and a filter element as described above.
The smoking material may be a tobacco-containing smoking material or a tobacco-free smoking material. The smoking material is advantageously a tobacco-containing smoking material, and the smoking material is more advantageously a tobacco material. Suitably, the tobacco material comprises tobacco stems, tobacco leaves and tobacco dust. An example of a tobacco material is one containing the following tobacco types: virginia or flue-cured tobacco, Burley tobacco, Oriental tobacco, reconstituted tobacco and tobacco stems. The detection data and the method of the cigarette tipping paper prepared in the examples 1-7 and the comparative examples 1-2 are in accordance with GB15979-2002 hygienic standard appendix C4 of disposable hygienic products; according to the standard, the bacteriostatic rate is more than or equal to 50% -90%, the product has bacteriostatic effect, the bacteriostatic rate is more than or equal to 90%, the product has strong bacteriostatic action, and the results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the bacteriostatic rates of the tipping papers for cigarettes prepared in examples 1 to 7 are all greater than 90%, which indicates that the products have strong bacteriostatic action. The antibacterial rate of the tipping paper for the cigarette prepared in the comparative example 1 is 50-90%, the product has an antibacterial effect, but the antibacterial effect is inferior to that of the tipping paper prepared in the examples 1-7, and the result shows that the antibacterial effect of the composite antibacterial composition is obviously superior to that of single chitosan. The bacteriostasis rate of the tipping paper for the cigarette prepared in the comparative example 2 is less than 50 percent, which shows that the product has no bacteriostasis effect.
The cigarette tipping papers (3 months after preparation) of examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 2 and the prepared cigarettes were subjected to sensory evaluation by randomly drawing 10 testers, and evaluation indexes include aroma before smoking (classified as no aroma, existing aroma and slight aroma), aroma amount during smoking (sufficient aroma, sufficient aroma and insufficient aroma), aroma persistence (long aroma duration, long aroma duration and short aroma duration) and the like. The results are shown in Table 2.

Meanwhile, the chitosan and the coating amount in the antibacterial layer 4 are increased, so that the lasting time of the aroma can be prolonged, and the aroma amount in the smoking process is ensured. The cigarette tipping paper prepared in the comparative example 1 has long aroma duration and enough aroma amount, and the result shows that the film formed by chitosan can play a slow-release effect on the aroma of essence. The cigarette tipping paper prepared in the comparative example 2 has short aroma duration and insufficient aroma.
