Background
In recent years, along with the rapid development of the printing industry, the use of gold and silver cardboard in the printing industry is more and more common. The silver card paper is made by coating a layer of UV oil on the surface of paper by using a UV transfer printing technology through a rubber blanket, and transferring a light column film or a special pattern to the printed paper through a roller, so that the surface of the paper generates a light column with the effect of laser paper. It is widely used in cigarette case, wine box, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, etc. Belongs to a new anti-counterfeiting technology in the current industry.
Because the surface of the silver cardboard is specially treated, compared with white cardboard, the wetting property and the adhesive force of the printing ink and the printing surface are slightly poor. To improve this phenomenon, a coating is usually applied on the surface of the silver card paper to increase the bonding force between the ink and the card paper.
The traditional primer coating is a solvent-based product, uses a large amount of volatile organic solvent, easily generates a large amount of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC), pollutes the environment and damages the health of process personnel; meanwhile, the organic solvent is volatile, so that production accidents are caused when the organic solvent is dried at high temperature; the common multi-component system needs to be mixed in advance before being used, the operation process is complicated, and the multi-component system needs to be used up at one time.

Compared with the prior art, the invention selects the water-based polyester resin as the raw material, deionized water as the solvent, and wax emulsion, silicone oil, wetting agent and defoaming agent as the auxiliary agents. The content of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) is low, the environment is protected, and the manufacturing and using processes are safe; the solvent is mixed solution of ethanol and deionized water, so that the product has high drying speed and high adhesion, and is beneficial to large-scale production.
The invention limits the proportion of resin, solvent and auxiliary agent, and can effectively control the viscosity and performance of the base coat. Especially, the auxiliary agent has high possibility of causing the structure of each component of the produced base coat to be damaged and cannot be normally used;
meanwhile, the invention stipulates the feeding sequence, and the disordered feeding sequence can cause that all components of the base coat can not be fully mixed, thereby seriously influencing the quality of the base coat.

The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1): pre-dispersing ingredients: 62 parts of water-based saturated polyester resin is put into a mixed solvent of deionized water and ethanol which are stirred at a high speed, the rotating speed is 500 r/min, various auxiliary agents are gradually added after the water-based saturated polyester resin is completely dissolved, the stirring is uniform, the stirring speed is 300 r/min, and the stirring time is 25 min. A water-based priming paint suitable for silver paperboard comprises the following components in parts by weight: 70 parts of water-based polyester resin, 22 parts of solvent and 8 parts of auxiliary agent; wherein the waterborne polyester resin is waterborne saturated polyester resin, the solvent is a mixed solvent of deionized water and ethanol, and the mass ratio of the deionized water to the ethanol is 1/1; 6 parts of wax emulsion in the auxiliary agent, 0.5 part of silicone oil, 1 part of wetting agent and 0.5 part of defoaming agent.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
