As shown in fig. 2, 4 and 6, the filtering device comprises a first layer of filtering net 21 fixedly connected with the valve rod 24, the first layer of filtering net 21 is formed into a first barrel-shaped structure, the first barrel-shaped structure comprises a first filtering inlet, a first outer periphery side shell 1 and a first bottom shell 1, and a plurality of first filtering holes are arranged on the first outer periphery side shell 1 and/or the first bottom shell 1.
The second end of the valve core 2 is provided with a water retaining ring, and the water retaining ring comprises a blocking part and a water through hole; the blocking part is used for preventing water flow from the water inlet 11 to the water outlet 12, the water passing hole allows water flow from the water inlet 11 to the water outlet 12, and the first outer peripheral side housing 1 is fixed or integrally formed with the blocking part, so that the first filtering inlet is communicated with the water passing hole. The outer peripheral surface of the second layer of filter screen 22 abuts against the inner peripheral surface of the third layer of filter screen 23, and the third filtering holes in the second outer peripheral side casing 1 are arranged between the abutting part of the outer peripheral surface of the second layer of filter screen 22 and the inner peripheral surface of the third layer of filter screen 23 and the second bottom casing 1.
As shown in fig. 2, a first screw is formed in the first opening 13, a second screw engaged with the first screw is provided in the lid 3, and the housing 1 can be rotatably fixed to the first opening 13 by engagement of the first screw and the second screw.
The first opening 13 is provided with a boss part, the first end of the valve core 2 is provided with an extension part matched with the boss part, the extension part can be abutted against the boss part, a sealing ring 4 is further arranged between the cover body 3 and the extension part, and when the cover body 3 is fixed on the first opening 13, pressure can be provided for the extension part, so that the extension part and the sealing ring 4 are fixed between the boss part and the cover body 3.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the housing 1 of the present invention includes a first housing and a second housing; one end of the first shell is communicated with the side part of the second shell, and the other end of the first shell forms the water inlet 11; one end of the second housing forms the drain opening 12 and the other end forms the first opening.
The first opening of the present invention may be a washing machine emergency drain 12.
In addition, the invention provides a washing machine, which is provided with the drainage assembly.
The sewage treatment device adopts a three-layer filtering mode. The three-layer filtration respectively comprises activated carbon balls, a chloride ion generating material, acid-base neutralizing balls and the like. The first layer of filter screen, the second layer of filter screen 22 and the cover body 3 (screw cover) of the emergency drainage port are integrated, and the third layer of filter screen 23 and the valve core 2 are installed in a buckling mode.
The sewage treatment device adopts a three-layer filtering mode, the three-layer filter screen respectively adopts the activated carbon balls, the chloride ion generating material and the acid-base neutralizing balls, the activated carbon can filter impurities such as flock, pigments and the like in the washing sewage, and the chloride ions and silver ions can generate precipitates, so that the content of the silver ions in the water is effectively reduced.
In addition to the above, the first layer of filter screen 22, the second layer of filter screen 22 and the valve core 2 are innovatively integrated, and the third layer and the valve core 2 are installed in a buckling mode, so that a user can assemble and disassemble the filter device and release decontamination materials to the filter screens conveniently.
As shown in figure 2, when the invention is used, sewage enters from the water inlet 11, water can only enter from the water outlet after being blocked by the water retaining ring, and enters the second layer of filter screen 22 for silver ion absorption after being adsorbed by the activated carbon pellets in the first layer of filter screen 21, and then the pH value is adjusted by the acid-base neutralization balls in the third layer of filter screen 23, and finally the sewage is discharged from the water outlet 12.
When the filter screen needs to be detached, the whole filter screen can be detached only by screwing the knob 31 of the cover body 3 (the screw cap) of the emergency drainage port 12, wherein the first layer of filter screen 21 and the second layer of filter screen 22 can be integrated with the cover body 3 and the valve core 2, the filter screen and the cover body 3 can be detached together, and the first layer of active carbon can be directly put in from the water passing port. The second layer of chloride ion generating material is put into from the blowing (little) hole 28 of side, and the third layer filter screen 23 realizes location and installation through two buckle modes with the manger plate ring, and the manger plate ring can be integrative with case 2, only needs to throw off the buckle, can take off third layer filter screen 23, and the acid-base neutralization ball is thrown into to inside.
According to the invention, the filtering device is arranged on the spiral cover of the emergency water outlet, so that the convenience of user operation is greatly improved.
Has the advantages that:
the invention relates to a drainage assembly for a washing machine and the washing machine, which saves space by arranging a sewage treatment device in a shell 1 of the drainage assembly of the washing machine. The sewage treatment device of the invention is fixed or integrated with the cover body 3 (a spiral cover) of the emergency drainage outlet, or is fixed on the opening part of the shell 1 of the drainage assembly through the cover body 3, and can be conveniently detached. The filtering device of the sewage treatment device is a multi-layer (three-layer) filtering net, and the three-layer filtering net adopts different filtering modes, so that sewage can be effectively treated. The filter screen can be integrated with the valve core 2 and the cover body 3, and the third layer and the valve core 2 structure are installed in a buckling mode, so that a user can assemble and disassemble the filter device and place decontamination materials to the filter screen conveniently.

Claims (15)
1. A drain assembly for a washing machine, the drain assembly comprising a housing (1), a sewage treatment device and a cover (3): the method is characterized in that:
a cavity for water flow is formed in the shell (1), the shell (1) is provided with a water inlet (11), a water outlet (12) and a first opening part (13), a first opening is formed in the first opening part (13), and the cover body (3) can seal the first opening;
the water inlet (11), the water outlet (12) and the first opening are communicated with the cavity;
the sewage treatment device is arranged in the cavity;
the water flowing in from the water inlet (11) passes through the sewage treatment device and is discharged from the water outlet (12).
2. The drain assembly of claim 1, wherein: the sewage treatment device comprises a valve core (2), wherein the valve core (2) comprises a first end, a second end and a valve rod (24) connecting the first end and the second end;
the first end of the valve core (2) is fixedly connected with the cover body (3) or integrally formed, or the first end of the valve core (2) can be fixed on the first opening part (13) through the cover body (3);
the second end of the valve core (2) is provided with a filtering device.

The drain assembly of claim 2, wherein: the filter device comprises a first layer of filter screen (21) fixedly connected with the valve rod (24), the first layer of filter screen (21) is formed into a first barrel-shaped structure, the first barrel-shaped structure comprises a first filter inlet, a first outer periphery side shell (1) and a first bottom shell (1), and a plurality of first filter holes are formed in the first outer periphery side shell (1) and/or the first bottom shell (1).

A drain assembly according to claim 3, wherein: the second end of the valve core (2) is provided with a water retaining ring, and the water retaining ring comprises a blocking part and a water through hole; the blocking part is used for preventing water flow from the water inlet (11) to the water outlet (12) from passing through, the water passing hole allows water flow from the water inlet (11) to the water outlet (12) to pass through, and the first outer periphery side shell (1) of the first layer of filter screen (21) is fixed or integrally formed with the blocking part, so that the first filter inlet is communicated with the water passing hole.
5. The drain assembly of claim 4, wherein: the blocking part comprises a radial part (26) and an extension part (27), the outer peripheral surface of the radial part (26) is abutted to the shell (1), and the extension part (27) surrounds the water passing hole.
6. The drain assembly of claim 4, wherein: a connecting part (25) is also arranged between the water retaining ring and the first end.

A drainage assembly as claimed in any one of claims 3 to 6 wherein: the filtering device further comprises a second layer of filter screen (22), the valve rod (24) penetrates through the first bottom shell (1) of the first layer of filter screen (21) and then is fixed with the second layer of filter screen (22) or is integrally formed, the valve rod (24) penetrates through the first bottom shell (1) of the first layer of filter screen (21) and is fixed with the first bottom shell (1) or is integrally formed, the second layer of filter screen (22) is formed into a plate-shaped structure, and a plurality of second filter holes are formed in the plate-shaped structure.
8. The drain assembly of claim 7, wherein: the filtering device also comprises a third layer of filtering net (23), the third layer of filtering net (23) forms a second barrel-shaped structure, the second barrel-shaped structure comprises a second filtering inlet, a second peripheral side shell (1) and a second bottom shell (1), and a plurality of third filtering holes are arranged on the second peripheral side shell (1) and/or the second bottom shell (1);
the third layer filter screen (23) is sleeved on the peripheries of the first layer filter screen (21) and the second layer filter screen (22), and the third layer filter screen (23) is detachably connected with the water retaining ring.
9. The drain assembly of claim 8, wherein: the buckle is arranged on the water retaining ring, and the third layer of filter screen (23) is detachably connected with the water retaining ring through the buckle.

The drain assembly of claim 8, wherein: the outer peripheral surface of the second layer of filter screen (22) is abutted against the abutting part of the inner peripheral surface of the third layer of filter screen (23), and a third filter hole on the second outer peripheral side shell (1) is arranged between the abutting part and the second bottom shell (1).

A drainage assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6 and 8 to 10 wherein: a first thread is formed on the first opening portion (13), a second thread matched with the first thread is arranged on the cover body (3), and the cover body (3) can be fixed on the first opening portion (13) in a rotating mode through the matching of the first thread and the second thread.

A drainage assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6 and 8 to 10 wherein: a boss part is arranged on the first opening part (13), an annular part matched with the boss part is arranged at the first end of the valve core (2), the annular part can be abutted against the boss part, a sealing ring (4) is further arranged between the cover body (3) and the annular part, and when the cover body (3) is fixed on the first opening part (13), pressure can be provided for the annular part, so that the annular part and the sealing ring (4) are fixed between the boss part and the cover body (3).
13. A drainage assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6 and 8 to 10 wherein: the shell (1) comprises a first shell (1) and a second shell (1); one end of the first shell (1) is communicated with the side part of the second shell (1), and the other end of the first shell (1) forms the water inlet (11); one end of the second housing (1) forms the drain opening (12), and the other end forms the first opening.
14. A drainage assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6 and 8 to 10 wherein: the first opening is a washing machine emergency drain opening (12).
15. A washing machine characterized by: the washing machine having the drain assembly of any one of claims 1-14.
