Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. For example, although the following embodiments describe the laundry treatment apparatus of the present invention in conjunction with a pulsator washing machine, it is apparent that the present invention may be other types of laundry treatment apparatuses, and those skilled in the art may adjust the same as necessary to suit a particular application scenario. The clothes treatment equipment can also be a washing and drying integrated machine or a drum-impeller dual-power washing machine and the like.
It should be noted that in the description of the present invention, the terms of direction or positional relationship indicated by the terms "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "inner", "outer", etc. are based on the directions or positional relationships shown in the drawings, which are only for convenience of description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element must have a specific orientation, be constructed in a specific orientation, and be operated, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
Furthermore, it should be noted that, in the description of the present invention, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, and may be, for example, fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a pulsator washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the pulsator washing machine of the present invention includes a cabinet 1, a washing tub 2, a tray 3, an upper cover assembly 4, a water injection box assembly, and a water inlet assembly, wherein the washing tub 2 is disposed inside the cabinet 1, the tray 3 is disposed on an upper portion of the cabinet 1, the upper cover assembly 4 is rotatably disposed on the tray 3 by a hinge assembly, an installation space is formed in the upper cover assembly 4, the water injection box assembly includes a water injection box, and the water injection box is disposed in the installation space and is communicated with the washing tub 2. The water inlet assembly includes a water inlet pipe connected with the water injection box so that external water can enter the water injection box through the water inlet pipe to wash detergent in the water injection box into the washing tub. The hinge assembly is formed together with the upper cover assembly 4 or the hinge assembly is separately formed with a receiving position through which the water inlet pipe enters the installation space in the upper cover assembly 4 from below the tray base 3 and communicates with the water injection cartridge.
It can be seen that the pulsator washing machine of the present invention enables the water injection box assembly to be integrated into the upper cover assembly 4 by disposing the water injection box assembly in the installation space between the upper cover body 41 and the lower cover body 42, and since the upper cover assembly itself has a thickness, the present invention skillfully utilizes the thickness to install the water injection box assembly by such a design, and since there is no need to reserve an installation space for the water injection box assembly in the tub, the thickness of the tub base is not increased, and the problem of the tub base being swollen due to the water injection box assembly is avoided. In addition, the invention forms a containing position which does not interfere the pivoting motion between the tray seat and the upper cover assembly through the hinge assembly and the upper cover together or the hinge assembly separately, so as to allow the water inlet pipe to pass through the containing position from the lower part of the tray seat to enter the mounting space in the upper cover assembly to be communicated with the water injection box, thereby realizing the water path communication of the water injection box assembly, optimizing the arrangement of the water inlet pipe on the washing machine, and the arrangement of the containing position also plays a role in protecting the water inlet pipe, so that the part of the water inlet pipe between the tray seat and the upper cover assembly can not be exposed to the external environment, thereby avoiding the problems of abrasion, corrosion or rupture and the like of the water inlet pipe.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic partial explosion view of a pulsator washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which a tray, an upper cover, a lower cover, and a water filling box cover are shown. The structure of the upper cover assembly 4 having an installation space formed therein may be various, and as one possible example, as shown in fig. 2, the upper cover assembly 4 includes an upper cover body 41 and a lower cover body 42 connected to each other, the installation space being formed between the upper cover body 41 and the lower cover body 42 in an installed state, and a water injection cartridge 51 is disposed in the installation space and connected to a water inlet pipe 61. Preferably, the upper cover 41 and the lower cover 42 are detachably connected to each other, for example, they may be connected to each other in a snap-fit manner, which facilitates the mounting and dismounting of the water injection cartridge. It is understood that the upper cover assembly 4 is not limited to the above-described example, and those skilled in the art can properly arrange the structure of the upper cover assembly 4 as long as the installation space in the upper cover assembly 4 is secured for installing the water injection cartridge assembly. The upper cover assembly 4 includes a left cover and a right cover connected to each other and together constitute an installation space for accommodating the upper cover assembly 4.
Referring to fig. 2, 3, 4 and 5, wherein fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of a second hinge member of a pulsator washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention at a first viewing angle; fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a second hinge assembly of a pulsator washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention at a second viewing angle; fig. 5 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a second hinge of a pulsator washing machine in a state of being mounted on a tray base according to an embodiment of the present invention.
In a possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the hinge assembly includes a first hinge 71 disposed on the lower cover 42 and a second hinge 72 disposed on the disc seat, the first hinge 71 and the second hinge 72 are hinged to each other, wherein the second hinge 72 is formed with the above-mentioned receiving position. As exemplified, the interior of the second hinge 72 is a hollow structure that allows the water inlet pipe to pass through. It is apparent that in case the second hinge 72 forms a receiving position, the first hinge 71 needs to be provided with an adaptive structure to achieve a reliable hinge of both hinges, and at the same time, the upper cover assembly 4 needs to be formed with an entrance allowing the water inlet pipe 61 to enter the installation space through which the water inlet pipe 61 coming out of the second hinge 72 can enter the installation space. Preferably, the first hinge member 71 and the lower cover are integrally formed to make the structure of the first hinge member 71 more stable, but of course, the first hinge member 71 and the lower cover may be detachably connected to each other to facilitate the user to assemble and disassemble the first hinge member 71.
It is to be understood that the arrangement position of the receiving position is not limited to the form in which the hinge assembly is solely formed in the above example, and the receiving position may be formed by the upper cover assembly and the hinge assembly together, or the hinge assembly, the upper cover assembly and the tray together. In addition, in the case that the accommodating position is formed by the hinge assembly alone, the accommodating position may be disposed not only on the second hinge member but also on the first hinge member, or the accommodating position may be formed by combining the first hinge member and the second hinge member, and a person skilled in the art may set the accommodating position according to actual conditions. For example, the first hinge member 71 and the second hinge member 72 are both hollow structures inside and the two hollow structures communicate with each other to form a receiving position.
In one possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 3-5, the second hinge 72 includes a first portion 721 and a second portion 722, the first portion 721 formed with a first channel 7211 and the second portion 722 formed with a second channel 7221, wherein the first channel 7211 and the second channel 7221 form an included angle therebetween and in combination form a receiving position. The water inlet pipe 61 passes through the first passage 7211, the second passage 7221 and the inlet of the upper cover assembly in this order from below the disc seat to enter the installation space. By means of this arrangement, on the one hand, the arrangement of the water inlet pipe 61 in the second hinge 72 is more flexible, so that more various arrangement requirements are met; on the other hand it is also convenient to direct the inlet pipe 61 so that it can enter the installation space at a suitable angle. Preferably, as shown in fig. 5, the first channel 7211 is vertically disposed and the second channel 7221 is substantially parallel to the direction of the pivot axis of the hinge assembly. On the basis of ensuring the compactness of the pipe distribution, the arrangement can also avoid the water inlet pipe 61 from generating local bending due to the pivoting motion of the hinge assembly, and ensure the smooth water inlet of the water inlet pipe 61 while preventing the interference of the pivoting motion of the upper cover assembly and the tray seat.
The second hinge member is further provided with a mounting portion 723, and the second hinge member is fixed to the disc holder by the mounting portion 723. As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the mounting portion is provided with a plurality of mounting holes, the tray seat is provided with mounting holes, the inner side of the tray seat is provided with a plurality of bolt columns at positions close to the mounting holes, when the second hinge member penetrates through the mounting holes from the inner side of the tray seat from bottom to top, the mounting holes and the bolt columns are aligned with each other, and the mounting portion can be fixed to the inner side of the tray seat by fasteners such as bolts. Of course, it can be understood that the fixing manner of the second hinge element and the disc seat is not limited to the above example, and those skilled in the art can flexibly set the fixing manner according to actual situations as long as the second hinge element can be reliably fixed to the disc seat.
Continuing to refer to fig. 3, 4 and 6, wherein fig. 6 is a partial structural schematic view of a lower cover body of a pulsator washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention, and shows a first hinge. In a possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 6, the first hinge member 71 and the lower cover are an integral structure, and the first hinge member 71 forms a mounting cavity, and the left side of the mounting cavity is provided with an opening 711, and the water inlet pipe passing through the second hinge member 72 can enter the mounting space through the opening 711. The right side of the mounting cavity is provided with a first hinge shaft hole 712, and the second hinge member 72 is provided with a second hinge shaft hole 724, and in a state where at least the first part 721 is received in the mounting cavity, a rotation shaft passes through the first hinge shaft hole 712 and the second hinge shaft hole 724 to rotatably connect the first part 721 and the mounting cavity to each other. The arrangement of the mounting cavity can increase the connection reliability of the two hinged pieces, so that the two hinged pieces can realize more stable pivoting motion. It is understood that, in practical applications, the specific structures of the first hinge 71 and the second hinge 72 are not limited to the above examples, and those skilled in the art can flexibly set them according to practical requirements.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a partial structural schematic view of a pulsator washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. In a possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the water inlet pipe 61 comprises a first water inlet pipe segment 611 and a second water inlet pipe segment 612 connected with each other, wherein the first water inlet pipe segment 611 is located in the installation space and connected with the water injection box 51, and the second water inlet pipe segment 612 is connected with the first water inlet pipe segment 611 through a containing position inside the second hinge member and an opening 711 in the installation space in sequence from below the tray base 3. Preferably, the first water inlet pipe segment 611 and the second water inlet pipe segment 612 are connected by a pipe joint 613, and the pipe joint 613 is fixedly connected with the first water inlet pipe segment 611 and the second water inlet pipe segment 612 by a throat cuff 614 respectively. This arrangement facilitates the installation and removal of the inlet pipe, particularly when the cover assembly 4 is removed from the base 3, by merely removing the ferrule 614 and fitting 613 to separate the inlet pipe into the first and second inlet pipe sections 611 and 612.
Further, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the lower cover body 42 is provided with an operation port 422 at a position corresponding to a connection of the first water inlet pipe section 611 and the second water inlet pipe section 612, an operation cover 423 is provided at the operation port 422, and the operation cover 423 is detachably fixed to the lower cover body 42, and as an example, the operation cover 423 is fixed to the lower cover body 42 in a snap-fit manner. Preferably, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the operation opening 422 and the operation cover 423 are located near the edge of the lower cover body 42, so as to make the overall structure of the lower cover body more compact. When a user needs to mount the upper cover assembly 4 on the tray seat 3 assembly, the upper cover assembly 4 is connected with the tray seat 3 through the hinge assembly, then the second water inlet pipe section 612 extending from the second hinge is connected with the first water inlet pipe section 611 extending from the operation port 422 through the pipe joint 613, then the pipe joint 613 is placed in the mounting space of the upper cover assembly 4, and the mounting operation can be completed by covering the operation cover 423. When the user wants to remove the cover assembly 4, the user only needs to open the operating cover 423, extend into the operating opening to take out the pipe joint 613 and separate the two water inlet pipe sections, and then remove the hinge assembly between the cover assembly 4 and the tray base 3 assembly to remove the cover assembly 4 from the tray base 3. It can be seen that the structural integrity of the upper cover assembly 4 is ensured by the arrangement of the operating cover 423 and the operating port 422, and the first water inlet pipe segment 611 and the second water inlet pipe segment 612 can be conveniently disassembled and assembled by a user.
Referring to fig. 8, 9 and 10, wherein fig. 8 is an assembly schematic view of a water filling box of a pulsator washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 9 is a schematic structural view of a lower cover body of an upper cover assembly of a pulsator washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 10 is an enlarged schematic view of a portion a of fig. 4. In one possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 8 to 10, the lower cover 42 is formed with a water guide box 421 communicating with the washing tub 2 at a position corresponding to the water injection box 51, the water guide box 421 is provided with an opening 4211 at a position facing the washing tub 2, and the water injection box 51 is detachably provided in the water guide box 421 and communicates with the water guide box 421. One or more water injection boxes 51 can be installed in the water guide box 421 to contain a plurality of detergents (such as laundry detergent, softener or washing powder), and each water injection box 51 is independent from each other and is communicated with the water guide box. The water enters the water injection box 51 through the water inlet pipe and forms a washing mixed liquid with the detergent in the water injection box 51, and the washing mixed liquid enters the water guide box 421 through the water injection box 51 and then enters the washing tub 2 through the opening 4211 of the water guide box 421. It can be seen that the water guide box 421 is provided to effectively control the water outlet path of the water injection box 51, and accurately guide the washing mixture into the washing tub 2.
In a preferred embodiment, the bottom of the water guide box 421 is a structure capable of collecting the washing water to the opening. As a possible example, the bottom of the water guide box 421 shown in fig. 10 is a slope inclined toward the opening. It is understood that the bottom of the water guiding box 421 is not limited to the above examples, and other structures with guiding function may be adopted, and those skilled in the art may configure the bottom structure of the water guiding box 421 to suit the specific application scenario. For example, the bottom of the pod 421 may be curved or tapered toward the opening 4211.
Referring next to fig. 8 and 11, wherein fig. 11 is a schematic structural view of a water filling box of a pulsator washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. There are many ways of communicating the cartridge with the pod, and as one possible example, as shown in fig. 8 and 11 and according to the orientation in fig. 11, the rear portion (right side as shown in fig. 11) of the cartridge 51 is provided with a notch 511 capable of communicating with the pod 421.
