Abstract
The antibacterial organic silica gel adhesive is prepared from the following materials in parts by weight: 97-99 parts of organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive and 1-3 parts of antibacterial agent; the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive is prepared from the following materials in parts by weight: 89-95 parts of methyl vinyl silicone oil, 4-6 parts of methyl hydrogen-containing silicone oil and 1-3 parts of platinum vulcanizing agent; the antibacterial agent is prepared from the following materials in parts by weight: 2-3 parts of nano silver ions and 97-98 parts of fumed silica. The organic silica gel adhesive of the invention can kill harmful microorganisms under the condition of containing the antibacterial agent, greatly improves the antibacterial effect of the adhesive and the silica gel bra coated with the adhesive, and ensures the health and hygiene of users when using the silica gel bra.

Therefore, the adhesive disclosed by the invention can greatly inhibit escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus and has a good antibacterial effect. The fumed silica plays a role in reinforcing.
The organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive consists of methyl vinyl silicone oil, methyl hydrogen-containing silicone oil and platinum vulcanizing agent. The methyl vinyl silicone oil has the characteristics of lubrication, water resistance and crack resistance; the methyl hydrogen-containing silicone oil has the advantage of good waterproof effect, can be crosslinked into a film at low temperature under the action of a metal salt catalyst, and can form a waterproof film on the surfaces of various substances, so that the product has better hydrophobicity. The platinum vulcanizing agent has the characteristics of low vulcanizing temperature, high vulcanizing speed and full intermolecular crosslinking of the product after vulcanization molding.
