Description

Environment-friendly latex paint for decoration and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of emulsion paint, in particular to environment-friendly emulsion paint for decoration and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Latex paint is an indispensable paint surface material in the modern decoration field, and interior wall latex paint is a product in the modern interior decoration field. Latex paint is a common name of latex paint, is produced in the middle and late seventies of the twentieth century, and is a large class of thin-coating paint represented by acrylic ester copolymer emulsion. The emulsion paint is water dispersive paint, which is prepared with synthetic resin emulsion as base material, stuffing, and assistants. The latex paint has many advantages different from the traditional wall paint, such as easy coating, rapid drying, water resistance of paint film, etc.
Nowadays, with the continuous deepening of the concept of green environmental protection, the energy-saving standard is continuously improved in the construction of residential projects, and various construction units introduce and develop a plurality of novel energy-saving technologies and materials, so that the energy-saving technology and the materials are widely popularized and applied in civil buildings. The research of special institutions finds that the pollution of indoor decoration materials and new furniture is the main cause of indoor air pollution. In the interior decoration material, the latex paint occupies a large area, but the latex paint sold in the market at present has the advantages of convenient surface construction, selectable colors, easy maintenance and the like, but the adsorption capacity to the pollution source of the indoor air needs to be improved; the latex paint which has good environmental protection performance and has the functions of filtering and absorbing pollution sources in indoor air becomes the demand in the industry. Especially for decorating new houses and families with pregnant women, children and old people at home, the selection of proper and environment-friendly functional latex paint is a very important link.
It has become a great trend to reduce the content of VOC in latex paint, because VOC is a main factor causing damage to human bodies in air pollution, medical science proves that when the indoor content exceeds a certain amount, people have uncomfortable symptoms such as headache, nausea, vomiting, hypodynamia and the like, if people leave the scene in time, people can have convulsion, coma and hypomnesis in severe cases, and the liver, kidney, brain and nervous system of people are injured. Therefore, the development of the healthy and environment-friendly waterborne polyurethane interior wall latex paint with the absolute VOC content close to zero tends to further improve the environment-friendly level of the whole industry.
