Example 3:

Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the movement device includes an X-direction translation mechanism 21 and a Z-direction translation mechanism 22, the Z-direction translation mechanism 22 is provided on the X-direction translation mechanism 21, the adhesive application device 23 is provided on the Z-direction translation mechanism 22, and the control device can control the movement trajectories of the X-direction translation mechanism 21 and the Z-direction translation mechanism 22 according to the curved surface shape of the curved glass 24. Wherein, the X-direction translation mechanism 21 and the Z-direction translation mechanism 22 both adopt servo mechanisms.
The control device is also used for controlling the rotating speed of the speed regulating roller 4 in the rubberizing device according to the movement stroke of the X-direction translation mechanism 21, and further controlling the glue discharging speed of the adhesive tape 14.
Optionally, the gluing system further comprises a positioning device, and the positioning device is used for positioning and fixing the workpiece 16 to be glued under the control of the control device.
The positioning device can adopt the existing structure in the prior art, and the structure is not detailed here; the control device may be an existing computer or controller, which is known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
Optionally, the rubberizing system further includes a detection device, the detection device is used for detecting a rubberizing position of the rubberized workpiece, and the detection content mainly includes: detecting the distance from the edge of the curved glass to the adhesive tape, and when the distance is within the range of an allowed error value, indicating that the adhesive tape is qualified; and when the distance exceeds the allowable error value range, the mark rubberizing is unqualified and reworking is needed. In this embodiment, the detection device includes a CCD camera.
In the rubberizing process, when the tray 24 with the curved glass thereon is positioned on the rubberizing station, the vacuum chuck on the tray 24 sucks the curved glass, then the pressing blocks 25 arranged above the curved glass descend to press the curved glass tightly, and meanwhile, the clamping blocks arranged on two opposite side edges of the curved glass extend forwards to clamp the curved glass tightly, so that the curved glass can be fixed firmly, and after positioning is completed, rubberizing can be started. In order to ensure the pressing firmness of the pressing block 25, the pressing block 25 can be in an arc shape similar to the shape of the curved glass.
In the preparation stage before the rubberizing of the rubberizing device, the forward extending air cylinder 20 extends with the position sensor 12, and the position of the adhesive tape out of the rubberizing position is detected through the position sensor 12. When the position sensor 12 does not detect the adhesive tape 14 at the set adhesive discharging position, a non-adhesive signal is sent to a servo motor of the feeding mechanism, the servo motor drives the feeding shaft 1 to rotate until the servo motor receives an adhesive signal sent by the position sensor 12, the servo motor stops rotating, the feeding shaft 1 stops rotating, and at the moment, the adhesive tape discharging end of the adhesive tape roll is just at the set adhesive discharging position 11; when the position sensor 12 detects that the adhesive tape is arranged at the set adhesive outlet position, an adhesive signal is sent to a servo motor of the feeding mechanism, the servo motor rotates reversely, the feeding shaft 1 rotates reversely, until the servo motor receives an adhesive-free signal sent by the position sensor 12, the servo motor rotates forwards, the feeding shaft 1 rotates forwards until the servo motor receives an adhesive signal sent by the position sensor 12 again, the servo motor stops rotating, the feeding shaft 1 also stops rotating, and at the moment, the adhesive tape outlet end of the adhesive tape roll 18 is just positioned at the set adhesive outlet position 11. At this point, the operation of the position sensor 12 is completed, the reach cylinder 20 is retracted, and the position sensor 12 is returned. Subsequently, the hot air gun 19 is operated, and the hot air blown therefrom is blown out through the air blowing port 9. Then, the moving device is started, the rubberizing device 23 is sent to the position above the rubberizing path, the rubberizing device is started, the Z-direction translation mechanism 22 drives the rubberizing device to descend, and the rubberizing roller 6 is in contact with the surface of the curved glass and is pressed at the starting end of the rubberizing path (the long edge of the curved glass); then, the glue pressing roller 7 also descends and is pressed on the curved glass, and the glue pressing roller walks along the route of the gluing roller so as to press the adhesive tape attached to the curved glass by the gluing roller 6; driven by the X-direction translation mechanism 21 and the Z-direction translation mechanism, the rubberizing roller 6 moves along the rubberizing path to attach the adhesive tape to the long edge of the curved glass, namely, the moving device drives the rubberizing device 23 to perform profiling interpolation motion along the long edge of the curved glass until the rubberizing roller 6 moves to the tail end of the rubberizing stroke; the rubberizing roller 6 stops advancing, the rubber cutting blade 8 acts to cut off the space between the rubber belt attached to the curved glass and the non-attached rubber belt sent out by the feeding mechanism, the rubberizing roller 7 returns after rubberizing is finished, then the rubberizing device is driven by the Z-direction movement mechanism 22 to ascend to return, and the rubberizing roller 6 ascends along with the rubberizing roller; the moving device stops moving, the hot air gun 19 stops working, and the rubberizing process is completed.
Therefore, the gluing system in the embodiment can realize gluing of the curved surface workpiece, the gluing process is automatic, the gluing operation process is stable and reliable, the gluing quality is high, the consistency of gluing positions at each time can be guaranteed, the rework rate in the gluing process is reduced, and the product yield is improved.

the inductor (15) is electrically connected with the alarm, is used for sensing the adhesive tape (14) on the feeding shaft (1) and sending an alarm signal to the alarm when the adhesive tape (14) is not sensed; the alarm is used for giving an alarm according to the alarm signal.

the adhesive tape sticking mechanism of the adhesive tape sticking device comprises an adhesive tape sticking roller (6), the adhesive tape sticking roller (6) is arranged above the set adhesive tape outlet position (11) and is used for sticking the adhesive tape outlet end to a workpiece (16) to be stuck with adhesive tape;
the adhesive peeling mechanism of the adhesive tape sticking device comprises an adhesive peeling plate (5), wherein the adhesive peeling plate (5) is arranged above the set adhesive outlet position (11) and is used for peeling off release paper at the adhesive outlet end of the adhesive tape.

the pressing mechanism comprises a glue pressing roller (7)/pressing block, and the glue pressing roller/pressing block is arranged right behind the set glue outlet position (11).

also comprises a heating mechanism used for preheating the rubberizing path before rubberizing,
the heating mechanism comprises a hot air gun (19),
hot air blown out of the hot air gun is blown out through an air blowing opening (9), the air blowing opening is positioned in front of the set glue outlet position and faces the gluing path, or the gun opening of the hot air gun is positioned in front of the set glue outlet position and faces the gluing path.
