Example one
The embodiment provides a brake caliper protective cover which can be applied to a railway vehicle and used for protecting a brake caliper and reducing snow particles from being attached to the brake caliper. The rail vehicle can be a diesel locomotive or an electric locomotive, and can be a motor train unit, a subway, a light rail or a tramcar and the like.
The brake caliper that the brake caliper protection casing that this embodiment provided can be suitable for includes: the brake pad comprises a main body part, a clamping arm connected with the main body part and a brake pad connected to the end part of the clamping arm. The clamping arm cover body 20 is covered outside the clamping arm, and the size of the clamping arm cover body can be set according to the size and the moving stroke of the clamping arm, so that the normal action of the clamping arm cannot be influenced by the clamping arm cover body 20. The damper cover 30 covers the outside of the damper, and its size can be set according to the size and the moving stroke of the damper, so that the damper cover 30 cannot affect the normal operation of the damper.

In the shield of the present embodiment, the number of the clamping arm covers 20 is two, and the two clamping arm covers are respectively covered outside the two clamping arms 42. The damper cover 30 covers the outside of the damper 43 and is connected to the arm lock cover 20. The connecting hood 10 is connected to two clamping arm hoods 20 and is connected to the framework by a connecting part 11. The brake pad cover 30 and the clip arm cover 20 are only respectively covered on the outer sides of the brake pad 43 and the clip arm 42, and do not contact with the brake pad 43 or the clip arm 42, so that the brake pad cover does not affect the action of the brake clamp.

As shown in fig. 5 to 7, the damper blade cover 30 includes: an outer cover 31 and an inner cover 32. Wherein, the outer side cover 31 is connected with the clamping arm cover 20, and the inner side cover 32 is connected with the outer side cover 31. The outer cover 31 covers an end portion of the arm 42 connected to the damper 43, and the inner cover 32 covers an outer end surface (referred to as a damper end surface 432) of the damper 43.
The outer cover 31 and the clip arm cover 20 may be bonded together, or the outer cover 31 and the clip arm cover 20 may be formed integrally. The inner shell 32 and the outer shell 31 may be bonded together, or they may be integrally formed.

Specifically, the inner cover 32 has a first outer side 321, a first inner side 322, and a first end 323, wherein the first outer side 321 faces away from the damper blades 43. The first inner side 322 faces the damper blades 43 at an equal distance from the damper blades 43. First end 323 is connected to outer shroud 31.
The upper end of the inner cover 32 is bent downward to conform to the shape of the damper 43, and covers the damper 43. The lower end of the inner cover 32 is bent upward to conform to the shape of the damper 43, and covers the lower portion of the damper 43 to protect the damper 43 in all directions.

As shown in fig. 10 and 11, outer cover 31 has a second outer side surface (not shown), which is opposite to second inner side surface 311, a second inner side surface 311, and a second end surface 312, which is perpendicular to second outer side surface and second inner side surface 311.
The second inner side surface 311 is connected to the inner side cover 32, and the shape of the second end surface 312 is the same as that of the inner side cover 32, so that the connection area between the inner side cover 32 and the second inner side surface 311 is large, the connection firmness is improved, and the overall appearance of the brake lining cover 30 can be kept consistent, and the visual effect is improved.
The second inner side 311 is provided with an accommodating groove 313 for accommodating a connecting end 421 of the clamping arm 42 for connecting with the brake pad 43. Each clamping arm 42 is provided with two connecting ends 421, and each outer cover 31 is correspondingly provided with two receiving grooves 313.
For the above-mentioned clamping arm cover body 20, the embodiment also provides a specific implementation manner:

Wherein, the lateral plate 21 is connected with the connecting cover body 10, the top plate 22 is connected with the top end of the lateral plate 21, and the bottom plate 23 is connected with the bottom end of the lateral plate 21. Top plate 22 is substantially perpendicular to side plate 21 and extends over and covers clamp arms 42. Bottom plate 23 is substantially perpendicular to side plate 21 and extends below and covers clamp arms 42.
The shape of the side plate 21 can be the same as the shape of the side surface of the clamping arm 42, so that no larger gap exists between the side plate 21 and the clamping arm 42, and snow particles are prevented from entering the gap and then being attached to the clamping arm 42.
On the basis of the above technical solution, a first heating device may be further disposed on the brake pad cover 30, and the first heating device may be a heating device commonly used in the prior art, for example: heating wires, heating plates, semiconductor heating devices, and the like. In this embodiment, the first heating device is a semiconductor heating device, is formed in a flat plate-like structure, and can be laid on the shutter cover 30. The semiconductor heating device has a cold side and a hot side having a temperature difference when a voltage is applied between the cold side and the hot side. Even if snow particles or ice cubes adhere to the shutter 43, the heat released by the first heating means can melt the snow particles or ice cubes adhering to the shutter 43.
The first heating device may be disposed in the receiving groove 313 of the outer cover 31 and attached to an inner surface of the receiving groove 313.
As shown in fig. 6, a first fluid passage hole 324 is further formed at the bottom end of the inner cover 32. The snow particles or ice adhering to the damper 43 can be discharged from the first liquid passage hole 324 after melting.
A second heating device may also be disposed on the clamping arm cover 20, and the second heating device may also be a semiconductor heating device. The second heating means may be applied to the inner surface of the top plate 22 or to the inner surface of the bottom plate 23. Even if snow particles or ice cubes adhere to the clamp arms 42, the heat released by the second heating means can melt the snow particles or ice cubes adhering to the clamp arms 42.
As shown in fig. 6 and 13, a second liquid through hole 231 is further opened in the bottom plate 23. The liquid formed by melting the snow particles or ice blocks attached to the clamp arm 42 can be discharged from the second liquid through hole 231.
Example two
The present embodiment provides a rail vehicle, including: a frame, a brake caliper, and a brake caliper guard as provided in any of the above, the guard being disposed outside the brake caliper. The brake caliper hood can be connected to the frame, in particular to a cross beam of the frame.
The rail vehicle provided by the embodiment has the same technical effects as the brake caliper protective cover.

1. A brake caliper guard, comprising:
connecting the cover body; the connecting cover body is provided with a connecting part for connecting with the bogie frame;
the clamping arm cover body is connected with the connecting cover body and is used for covering the outer side of the clamping arm in the brake clamp;
a brake pad cover body; the brake lining cover body comprises:
the outer side cover body is connected with the clamping arm cover body and is used for covering the end part of the clamping arm;
and the inner side cover body is connected with the outer side cover body and is used for covering the outer end face of the brake pad in the brake clamp.
2. The brake caliper guard of claim 1, wherein the inner shield is a curved plate having a shape that is the same as the shape of the outer end surface of the brake pad.
3. The brake caliper guard of claim 1 or 2, wherein the outer cover has a receiving slot for receiving the connecting end of the clip arm; and a first heating device is arranged in the accommodating groove.
4. The brake caliper guard of claim 3, wherein the bottom of the inner cover has a first fluid passage hole.
5. The brake caliper guard of claim 1 wherein said clip arm cover includes:
the side plate is connected with the connecting cover body and extends to cover the side surface of the clamping arm;
the top plate is connected with the top end of the side plate and extends to cover the upper part of the clamping arm;
and the bottom plate is connected with the bottom ends of the side plates and extends to cover the lower part of the clamping arm.
6. The brake caliper guard of claim 5, wherein the side plates are shaped to correspond to the sides of the clip arms.
7. A brake caliper guard according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the inner surface of the top and/or bottom plate is provided with second heating means.
8. The brake caliper guard of claim 5, wherein the base plate defines a second fluid passage.
9. A rail vehicle, comprising:
a frame;
a brake caliper disposed on the frame;
the brake caliper guard of any one of claims 1-8 attached to the frame for covering the outside of the brake caliper.
