Claims (17)

1. The utility model provides a door housing plate of train side wall which characterized in that includes:
the supporting vertical cover plate is used for being fixed with the top of the train body and the underframe of the train; the supporting vertical cover plate comprises an L-shaped longitudinal supporting strip plate;
the longitudinal supporting strip plate is used as a supporting main body of the supporting vertical cover plate, a first plate of the longitudinal supporting strip plate is used as a door frame border, and a second plate of the longitudinal supporting strip plate faces the interior of the train and covers a structure behind the longitudinal supporting strip plate; wherein, the vertical supporting and covering plate integrates the longitudinal supporting and covering functions;
the number of the supporting vertical cover plates is two, namely a first supporting vertical cover plate and a second supporting vertical cover plate, and the second supporting vertical cover plate is a symmetrical structure of the first supporting vertical cover plate; the first supporting vertical cover plate and the second supporting vertical cover plate are oppositely arranged to form a door frame;
the supporting transverse cover plate is used for being fixed with the top of the vehicle body and is supported between the first supporting vertical cover plate and the second supporting vertical cover plate; wherein, the supporting transverse cover plate integrates the transverse supporting and covering functions into a whole;
the horizontal shroud plate of support includes:
a J-shaped transverse brace bar plate used as a support main body for supporting the transverse cover plate; the straight plate part of the transverse supporting lath is used for being fixed with the top of the vehicle body;
an L-shaped transverse covering slat and a hinge shaft with a closing function; the first blade of the hinge shaft is fixed on the outer side of the end part of the hook-shaped part of the transverse supporting slat, and the second blade of the hinge shaft is fixed on the inner side of the first plate of the transverse covering slat, so that the transverse covering slat rotates and resets by taking the center of the hinge shaft as an axis;
the support vertical cover plate further comprises:
the corner reinforcing piece comprises a reinforcing plate and an L-shaped fixing plate; the reinforcing plate is provided with a right angle, and the two plates of the fixing plate are connected to the two right-angle sides of the reinforcing plate and are bent into a right angle relative to the reinforcing plate;
the right angle of the reinforcing plate is clamped at the right angle of the inner side of the longitudinal supporting lath, and the fixing plate is fixed with the longitudinal supporting lath so as to improve the rigidity of the longitudinal supporting lath.
2. The door decking of claim 1, wherein the longitudinal brace bar panels include:
the inner side of the first plate of the longitudinal supporting strip plate is provided with one C-shaped mounting groove, and the inner side of the second plate of the longitudinal supporting strip plate is provided with two C-shaped mounting grooves;
the fixing of the fixing plate and the longitudinal supporting strip plate is realized through bolts, nuts and the C-shaped mounting grooves.
3. The door covering as claimed in claim 2, wherein the corner reinforcements are plural and fixed at intervals in the height direction of the longitudinal brace plate.
4. The door panel according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the supporting riser panel further comprises a longitudinal cover plate and a connecting plate:
the longitudinal cover plate is used for covering a structure behind the door cover plate, and the thickness of the longitudinal cover plate is larger than that of the longitudinal support strip plate; the connecting plate is bridged over the longitudinal covering plates and the first filling frames of the longitudinal supporting strip plates and is fixed with the longitudinal covering plates and the first filling frames of the longitudinal supporting strip plates through screws respectively so as to realize the fixation of the longitudinal supporting strip plates and the longitudinal covering plates;
wherein the first compensation frame of the longitudinal brace bar plate is provided at an end portion of an inner side of the second plate of the longitudinal brace bar plate to compensate a thickness difference from the longitudinal cover plate.

A door panel according to any one of claims 2 to 3, wherein said support vertical panel further comprises a brush and a brush mount; the hairbrush mounting piece comprises an L-shaped longitudinal mounting batten and a hairbrush mounting groove, the hairbrush mounting groove is convexly arranged at the end part of the outer side of the first plate of the longitudinal mounting batten, and the hairbrush is fixed in the hairbrush mounting groove;
the second plate of vertical installation slat, the second plate of corner reinforcement spare, the second plate of vertical support slat loops through the bolt, the nut with the realization of C shape mounting groove.
6. The door panel according to claim 3, wherein the supporting riser panel further comprises:
a handrail; the first plate of the longitudinal support strip plate and the first plate of the fixing plate of the corner reinforcing part with the height matched with the handrail are fixed through nuts and bolts in sequence at the upper end of the handrail;
wherein the first one of the fixed plates is one of the fixed plates that is fixed with the first one of the longitudinal brace bar plates.
7. The door panel of claim 6, further comprising:
an L-shaped lower stiffener; the lower end of the handrail, the first plate of the longitudinal support slat and the first plate of the lower reinforcing piece are fixed through nuts and bolts in sequence; and the second plate of the lower reinforcing part and the second plate of the longitudinal supporting strip plate are fixed through nuts and bolts.
8. The door panel as claimed in claim 4, wherein an installation frame is provided to an inner side of the first one of the lateral masking strips;
the second blade of the hinge shaft is in a shape matched with the mounting frame, and the second blade of the hinge shaft and the mounting frame are fixed through bolts and nuts.
9. The door covering panel as claimed in claim 7, wherein the supporting cross-plate further comprises a telescopic structure having one end fixed to an outer side of a bottom of the hook portion of the lateral supporting slat and the other end fixed to an inner side of the second one of the lateral covering slats.
10. The door panel according to claim 4, wherein the longitudinal cover plate is opened with an access opening;
the door shield plate also comprises an access door; wherein the access door is installed at the access door to expose the access opening when the access door is opened, and cover the access opening when closed.
11. The door panel according to claim 4, wherein the longitudinal direction covering plate is opened with a trash can installation opening;
the door shield plate also comprises a dustbin and a dustbin inspection door; the dustbin is arranged behind the longitudinal covering plate and is positioned behind the dustbin mounting opening, the dustbin inspection door is detachably arranged at the dustbin mounting opening, and the dustbin inspection door is provided with a dustbin delivery opening.
12. The door panel according to claim 4, wherein the longitudinal direction covering plate is opened with a control box mounting opening;
the door cover plate further comprises a door control box, and the door control box is arranged behind the longitudinal cover plate and exposes out of a control button on the door control box from a control box mounting opening.
13. A train comprising a door panel according to claim 4 or 8 or 10 or 11 or 12.
14. The train of claim 13, further comprising a plurality of first hook connection codes;
the second replenishing frame of the longitudinal supporting strip plate is fixedly connected with the top of the train body through the first hook-shaped connecting code, the nut and the bolt;
wherein the second completion frame of the longitudinal brace bar plate is disposed at the top of the inner side of the second plate of the longitudinal brace bar plate to complete the thickness difference with the longitudinal cover plate.
15. The train of claim 14, further comprising a plurality of second hook connection codes;
and the longitudinal cover plate is fixedly connected with the top of the train body of the train through the second hook-shaped connecting code, the nut and the bolt.
16. The train of claim 14, further comprising a plurality of pairs of a first sigmoid connector and a first L-shaped connector;
the first arm of the first Z-shaped connecting code is welded on a train body underframe of the train, an interior floor of the train is pressed on the first arm of the first Z-shaped connecting code, the longitudinal supporting strip plate is pressed on the interior floor, and the second arm of the first Z-shaped connecting code and the third filling frame of the longitudinal supporting strip plate are fixed through the first L-shaped connecting code, bolts and nuts;
the third filling frame of the longitudinal supporting strip plate is arranged at the bottom of the inner side of the second plate of the longitudinal supporting strip plate and is used for filling the thickness difference between the longitudinal supporting strip plate and the longitudinal covering plate.
17. The train of claim 14, further comprising a plurality of pairs of second diethyl connection codes and second L-shaped connection codes;
the first arm of the second diethyl connecting block is welded on the train body underframe of the train, an interior floor of the train is in press connection with the first arm of the second diethyl connecting block, the longitudinal covering plate is in press connection with the interior floor, and the second arm of the second diethyl connecting block and the longitudinal covering plate are fixed through the second L-shaped connecting block.
