Abstract
The invention provides a vehicle component mounting structure, a method and a vehicle, wherein the vehicle component mounting structure comprises: a roof of the vehicle; the mounting bracket is positioned on the inner side of the car roof, and one side of the mounting bracket, which is close to the car roof, is provided with a mounting structure, the mounting structure is used for mounting a vehicle part, and the car roof covers the mounting structure, so that the mounting structure is not exposed on the outer side of the car roof. This structure can be in someone driving vehicle or unmanned car, unmanned driving promptly, and the mounting point is hidden when not installing other parts to the automatic driving vehicle, guarantees that the outward appearance is pleasing to the eye, during the use, reforms transform simply, the nimble operation of being convenient for.

Background
Along with the progress of science and technology, unmanned car is more and more, and the user also becomes diversified to unmanned car demand, and the application scene of unmanned car is different, and the structure that its outside needs to be installed also will be different, like unmanned spraying vehicle need install the sensor of road width, remind the speaker that falls the people, security protection car need install camera, router etc.. a roof of the vehicle;
the mounting bracket is positioned on the inner side of the car roof, and one side of the mounting bracket, which is close to the car roof, is provided with a mounting structure, the mounting structure is used for mounting a vehicle part, and the car roof covers the mounting structure, so that the mounting structure is not exposed on the outer side of the car roof.
Further, a guide portion is provided on an outer surface of the roof panel, the guide portion corresponding to a position of the mounting structure.
Further, the guide is a recess toward the mounting bracket, a projection away from the mounting bracket, a color, or a graphic indicia.
Furthermore, a limiting part matched with each other is arranged between the car roof and the mounting bracket.

The automobile roof comprises a vehicle roof-10, a guide part-11, a limiting column-12, a mounting bracket-20, a mounting structure-21, a limiting hole-22, a limiting part-30 and a supporting structure-31.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings of the embodiments of the present invention. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the described embodiments of the invention without any inventive step, are within the scope of protection of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic block diagram of a vehicle component mounting structure of an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the embodiment provides a vehicle component mounting structure including: a roof cover 10; the mounting bracket 20 is positioned on the inner side of the vehicle roof, and is provided with a mounting structure 21 on one side close to the vehicle roof 10, the mounting structure 21 is used for mounting vehicle components, and the vehicle roof 10 covers the mounting structure 21 and enables the mounting structure not to be exposed to the outer side of the vehicle roof (10).
Specifically, the roof cover 10 is a car roof cover, and can be mounted on the inner frame of the car as long as the mounting bracket is secured close to the roof, and the specific mounting base is not limited herein.
The mounting bracket 20 is close to one side of car roof 10 can be planar, also can with car roof 10 is along with the shape, preferably follows the shape from structural stability, follows the preferred plane of mass of processing. The vehicle component refers to a component to be mounted on the roof 10, which is mainly due to the fact that different vehicle owners have different requirements for mounting different components on different positions of the roof 10 whether the vehicle is an unmanned vehicle or a manned vehicle, and the vehicle owners have a shelf and a warning lamp, a loudspeaker or a router. Due to different use scenes of car owners, the functional requirements of the cars are different, and therefore, the component mounting points on the car roof 10 are different. In order to meet the requirements of different vehicle owners, the mounting structures 21 which may be used are completely reserved, and in order to not affect the appearance and simultaneously realize the mass production of vehicles, the mounting structures 21 are completely hidden under the roof cover 10.
The number of the mounting structures 21 may be determined according to the arrangement and mounting requirements of electrical components on the roof cover 10 of different vehicle types, may be multiple, and may be distributed at different positions under the roof cover 10, which is not limited herein.
The mounting bracket 20 is preferably made of aluminum alloy, and can support heavy loads.
Through the design, different car owners can get through the position of the car roof 10 corresponding to the mounting structure 21 according to own needs, and the car roof can be mounted. The punching-through can use a drill bit, a punching machine and the like to punch, is simple to reform and is convenient to operate flexibly. If the requirement for installing corresponding components is not met, the vehicle top cover 10 is not opened, and the overall attractiveness of the vehicle is not affected.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the roof cover 10 has a guide portion 11 on an outer surface thereof, and the guide portion 11 corresponds to the position of the mounting structure 21.
Wherein, the outer surface refers to a surface away from the mounting bracket 20, i.e., a surface facing the outside of the vehicle. The guide portion 11 may be a color mark, a graphic mark, a material mark, a shape mark, or the like that is different from the other positions of the roof panel 10. In addition to providing a distinct guide, a coordinate system may be provided according to a particular location, such as a distance from an edge of the roof, to define a corresponding location of the mounting structure to the roof. By arranging the guide part 11, a vehicle owner can conveniently and quickly and accurately find the position of the mounting structure 21 below the vehicle top cover 10.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the guide 11 is preferably a protrusion or a color or a graphic mark facing a recess of the mounting bracket 20, away from the mounting bracket 20.
The recess and the protrusion may be integrally formed in the machining process of the roof panel 10, or may be additionally installed by external force after the roof panel 10 is machined, preferably integrally formed. The graphic mark may be formed by directly spraying the paint on the roof panel 10 or by applying a graphic label after the spraying is completed. The color is different from that of the roof 10 in the guide part for distinguishing. Through the arrangement, on one hand, the whole streamline of the vehicle roof cover 10 is not greatly influenced, and the whole attractive appearance of the vehicle is not influenced, even more distinctive streamline or pattern can be formed; on the other hand, the corresponding position of the hidden mounting structure can also be clearly displayed.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the roof cover 10 and the mounting bracket 20 have a mutually-matched limiting portion 30 therebetween.
The limiting part 30 can be a matching of a limiting post and a limiting hole, that is, the vehicle roof 10 or the mounting bracket 20 is provided with the limiting post, the other is correspondingly provided with the limiting hole, and the limiting is realized by inserting the limiting post into the limiting hole; the vehicle roof structure can also be a limiting buckle, namely, mutually matched buckles are respectively arranged on the vehicle roof 10 and the mounting bracket 20, and the limiting is realized through the buckling of the buckles; the roof panel 10 may be provided with a stopper post, and the mounting bracket 20 may be directly stopped between the stopper posts. In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the position-limiting portion 30 includes a position-limiting pillar 12 located on the inner surface of the roof panel 10, and a position-limiting hole 22 located on the mounting bracket 20, and the position-limiting pillar 12 is matched with the position-limiting hole 22. That is, the stopper post 12 is inserted into the stopper hole 22, and the mounting structure is accurately aligned with the guide portion 11.
In another embodiment of the present invention, a support structure 31 is disposed between the inner surface of the roof cover 10 and the mounting bracket 20, and the support structure 31 is located at the outer periphery of the mounting structure 21.
The inner surface is the surface of the car roof far away from the outside of the car; the support structure 31 is located at the periphery of the mounting structure 21, i.e. the support structure is arranged around the mounting structure 21, and the support structure 31 may be a circular ring structure surrounding the mounting structure 21; or may be discrete support posts spaced about the mounting structure 21.
The support structure is arranged to prevent the corresponding roof cover 10 around the mounting structure 21 from deforming during the mounting of the vehicle part, since the mounting may involve screwing or knocking actions; on the other hand, the stable connection between the mounting bracket and the roof cover 10 can be realized because the mounting bracket is a plane and the roof cover 10 is a curved surface, and if no supporting structure is arranged, the roof cover 10 and the mounting bracket are movable, which is inconvenient for subsequent component installation.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the supporting structure 31 is preferably a cylindrical structure, the upper end of the cylindrical structure is integrally formed with the inner surface of the roof panel 10, and the lower end of the supporting structure 31 is a free end and contacts with the mounting bracket 20.
The supporting structure 31 is a cylindrical structure, so that deformation of the roof cover 10 during installation of the vehicle component can be better avoided, the cylindrical structure is a continuous ring, and a circle of the roof cover 10 is uniformly stressed, so that a good shape can be kept. If the support columns are arranged at intervals, the corresponding positions of the roof can be sunken towards the inside of the vehicle due to lack of supporting force if the vacant positions of the support columns lack, so that the appearance is not only influenced, but also the aging of the roof cover 10 is accelerated.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the mounting structure 21 is a mounting hole or a fitting structure or an adhering structure.
If mounting structure is for closing the structure soon, then can set up mounting structure into the mounting hole, and the internal surface sets up to the screw thread, when the installation vehicle part, uses the screw that has corresponding screw thread to realize the installation, convenient and fast. If the mounting structure is a fitting structure, fitting a vehicle component with the mounting structure when the vehicle component is mounted, if the mounting structure is a fitting part, the vehicle component is a member which can be fitted into the fitting part; if the mounting structure is a paste structure, the vehicle-mounted component may be bonded by glue or the like.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a vehicle including the foregoing vehicle component mounting structure.
Because the application range of vehicle is very extensive, if can be used to a plurality of fields such as security protection, relief of disaster and diagnosis and treatment, the accessory that its needs to install is more diversified, consequently, through setting up this hidden mounting structure, can be bigger satisfies different customers' demand.
Another embodiment of the present invention further provides a vehicle component mounting method, which is directed to the vehicle, and includes the following specific steps:
a hole is formed in the roof panel 10 at a position corresponding to the position of the mounting structure 21 on the mounting bracket 20;
the vehicle component is placed over the hole and mounted to the vehicle via the mounting structure 21.
When the vehicle parts are installed, the vehicle parts cannot be directly installed, and the positions of the roof cover 10 corresponding to the installation structure 21 need to be punched firstly and then installed.

1. A vehicle component mounting structure characterized by comprising:
a roof panel (10);
a mounting bracket (20), wherein the mounting bracket (20) is positioned at the inner side of the vehicle roof and is provided with a mounting structure (21) at one side close to the vehicle roof (10), the mounting structure (21) is used for mounting vehicle components, and the vehicle roof (10) covers the mounting structure (21) and does not expose the mounting structure to the outer side of the vehicle roof (10);
a supporting structure (31) is arranged between the inner surface of the vehicle roof cover (10) and the mounting bracket (20), and the supporting structure (31) is positioned on the periphery of the mounting structure (21);
the upper end of the supporting structure (31) and the inner surface of the roof cover (10) are integrally formed, and the lower end of the supporting structure (31) is a free end and is in contact with the mounting bracket (20);
the outer surface of the car roof (10) is provided with a guide part (11), and when the guide part is opened, the diameter of the guide part is matched with that of the mounting structure;
when the vehicle component is mounted, the guide part corresponding to the mounting structure (21) is opened for mounting.
2. The vehicle component mounting structure according to claim 1, wherein the roof panel (10) has a guide portion (11) on an outer surface thereof, the guide portion (11) corresponding to a position of the mounting structure (21).
3. The vehicle component mounting structure according to claim 2, wherein the guide portion (11) is a recess toward the mounting bracket (20), a projection away from the mounting bracket (20), a color, or a graphic mark.
4. The vehicle component mounting structure according to claim 1, wherein a stopper portion (30) that fits in each other is provided between the roof panel (10) and the mounting bracket (20).
5. The vehicle component mounting structure according to claim 4, wherein the stopper portion (30) includes a stopper post (12) located on an inner surface of the roof panel (10), and a stopper hole (22) located on the mounting bracket (20), the stopper post (12) being fitted with the stopper hole (22).
6. The vehicle component mounting structure according to claim 1, wherein the support structure (31) is a cylindrical structure, an upper end of the cylindrical structure is integrally formed with an inner surface of the roof panel (10), and a lower end of the support structure (31) is a free end and is in contact with the mounting bracket (20).
7. The vehicle component mounting structure according to claim 1, wherein the mounting structure (21) is a screw structure or a fitting structure.
8. A vehicle characterized by comprising the vehicle component mounting structure of any one of claims 1 to 7.
9. A method of mounting a vehicle component according to claim 8, comprising:
punching a hole in the roof (10), wherein the position of the hole corresponds to the position of the mounting structure (21) on the mounting bracket (20);
the vehicle component is placed over the hole and mounted to the vehicle by the mounting structure (21).
