背景技术
汽车座椅套可保护原车座椅干燥干净,防止皮革老化的作用。汽车座椅套是汽车用品,汽车座椅套一般分为通用座套和专车专用座套:通用座套的材质采用高弹性布料,有很大的收缩和扩张空间。现在的汽车每天乘坐的人经常变动,就算是相同的人乘坐,汽车座椅上也是容易滋生细菌的。而现有的汽车座椅椅套主要是对汽车座椅进行保护防止其遭受污染,而不能够进行杀菌以及自我的清洁,导致座椅套在使用的过程中产生细菌对使用者造成不便,并且现有的座椅套采用电加热以及外部空调制冷的方式进行自我温度的调控,加热时候需要消耗能源,制冷时候,使得座椅套与人体接触的地方难以降温,导致温度调节不便,为此,我们提出一种汽车座椅椅套。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供一种自杀菌、自清洁的面料和汽车座椅椅套,能够有效的进行杀菌并且清理方便,还能够进行温度的调控,使用方便,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种自杀菌、自清洁的面料,包括杀菌面料和自清洁面料,所述杀菌面料包含基布层和杀菌层,基布层由涤纶纤维和竹炭纤维交错编织而成,并且在涤纶纤维和竹炭纤维交错编织之间预留有间隙,在间隙内填充由有硅胶粒子和活性炭粒子填充;杀菌层包括基础层和均匀涂覆在所述基础层表面的一层纳米银层,所述基础层由亚麻纤维与聚氨酯纤维堆叠压平形成基础层,在基础层的表面均匀涂覆一层纳米银层,所述基布层上表面和杀菌层下表面通过胶水粘接;所述自清洁面料包含碳纤维层和二氧化钴层,所述碳纤维层上表面粘贴设置二氧化钴层,所述杀菌面料与自清洁面料缝合在一起,所述碳纤维层与纳米银层接触。

3、椅套采用自杀菌、自清洁的面料,能够进行自杀菌和自清洁,在保护座椅的同时能够在一定程度上避免自身沾染污物,还能够进行杀菌,在一定程度上减少了使用者沾染细菌保证了使用者的身体健康。
4、椅套设置有温度调节层,采用相变储能材料进行温度调节,不需要消耗外部能源,利用相变储能材料本身的吸热以及放热进行温度调节,使用方便。

如图1所示,一种汽车座椅椅套,包括由实施例一的自杀菌、自清洁的面料1制成的坐垫2、坐垫下包裹布3、靠背4和头枕5,坐垫2、坐垫下包裹布3、靠背4为一体成型结构,坐垫2的下端周侧缝合有坐垫下包裹布3,坐垫下包裹布3对座椅椅面四周进行保护,靠背4呈U型,具体实施的时候靠背4的上端开设有两个小孔,用于汽车头枕安装时候铁杆的穿过,在靠背4的U型两侧面分别设有相互粘接的魔术贴公面6和魔术贴母面7,U型的靠背4套接在椅背上用魔术贴公面6和魔术贴母面7粘贴的方式进行安装,头枕5呈U型,在头枕5的U型两侧面缝合有弹性带8,头枕5套接在汽车头枕上,弹性带8进行紧固,在坐垫2的底部以及靠背4的内腔前侧均通过胶水粘贴有温度调节层9,温度调节层9包括硅胶外壳91,硅胶外壳91既环保又能够起到导热的作用,在硅胶外壳91内填充有相变储能材料92,相变储能材料92为二氧化硅气凝胶粉末、石蜡相变储能材料、泡沫铜相变储能材料中的一种,采用相变储能材料92进行温度调节,不需要消耗外部能源,利用相变储能材料92本身的吸热以及放热进行温度调节,使用方便。
在使用时:将U型的靠背4套接在椅背上用魔术贴公面6和魔术贴母面7粘贴的方式进行安装,使坐垫2对应汽车座椅椅面,利用坐垫下包裹布3对汽车座椅椅面四周进行包裹,头枕5套接在汽车头枕上,弹性带8进行紧固,安装完毕,坐垫2、坐垫下包裹布3、靠背4和头枕5采用自杀菌、自清洁的面料1制成,具备自杀菌、自消毒的功能。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (10)

1.一种自杀菌、自清洁的面料,其特征在于,包括杀菌面料(11)和自清洁面料(12);
所述杀菌面料(11)包含基布层(111)和杀菌层(112),基布层(111)由涤纶纤维(1111)和竹炭纤维(1112)交错编织而成,并且在涤纶纤维(111)和竹炭纤维(1112)之间预留有间隙,在间隙内填充有硅胶粒子和活性炭粒子;杀菌层(112)包括基础层(1121)和均匀涂覆在所述基础层(1121)表面的一层纳米银层(1122),所述基础层(1121)由亚麻纤维与聚氨酯纤维堆叠压平形成,所述基布层(111)上表面和杀菌层(112)下表面通过胶水粘接;
所述自清洁面料(12)包含碳纤维层(121)和二氧化钴层(122),所述碳纤维层(121)上表面粘贴设置二氧化钴层(122),所述杀菌面料(11)与自清洁面料(12)缝合在一起,所述碳纤维层(121)与纳米银层(1122)接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自杀菌、自清洁的面料,其特征在于:所述涤纶纤维(1111)和竹炭纤维(1112)交错编织的倾斜角角度在60度-90度之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自杀菌、自清洁的面料,其特征在于:所述基础层(1121)的亚麻纤维与聚氨酯纤维长度为20纳米-40纳米之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种自杀菌、自清洁的面料,其特征在于:所述基础层(1121)表面所涂覆的纳米银层(1122)厚度范围为0.1毫米到0.2毫米。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种自杀菌、自清洁的面料,其特征在于:所述胶水呈条状间隔分布在基布层(111)上表面和杀菌层(112)下表面之间。
6.一种汽车座椅椅套,其特征在于:所述汽车座椅椅套包括由权利要求1-5任一所述的自杀菌、自清洁的面料制成的坐垫(2)、坐垫下包裹布(3)、靠背(4)和头枕(5),所述坐垫(2)、坐垫下包裹布(3)、靠背(4)为一体成型结构,在坐垫(2)的底部以及靠背(4)的内腔前侧均通过胶水粘贴有温度调节层(9),所述温度调节层(9)包括硅胶外壳(91),在硅胶外壳(91)内填充有相变储能材料(92)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种汽车座椅椅套,其特征在于:所述坐垫(2)的下端周侧缝合有坐垫下包裹布(3)。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种汽车座椅椅套,其特征在于:所述靠背(4)呈U型,在靠背(4)的U型两侧面分别设有相互粘接的魔术贴公面(6)和魔术贴母面(7)。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种汽车座椅椅套,其特征在于:所述头枕(5)呈U型,在头枕(5)的U型两侧面缝合有弹性带(8)。
10.根据权利要求6所述的一种汽车座椅椅套,其特征在于:所述相变储能材料(92)为二氧化硅气凝胶粉末、石蜡相变储能材料、泡沫铜相变储能材料中的一种。
