Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile part manufacturing, in particular to a method for manufacturing an automobile engine cover.
Background
The shape process of the automobile engine cover is complex, so that stress concentration at various places can be caused by uneven stress in the manufacturing process, and the place is damaged; moreover, since the hood is exposed on the surface of the automobile, the hood is easily deformed after collision and cannot protect the electric equipment therein, and therefore, the structural strength of the hood is inevitably improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to the above problems and provides a method for manufacturing a vehicle hood.
The invention realizes the purpose through the following technical scheme:
the automobile cover comprises an inner plate and an outer plate, the inner plate is welded with the outer plate, the edge of the inner plate is enclosed in the outer plate, and the manufacturing process is as follows:
processing an outer plate:
firstly, cutting a flat shearing plate, and shearing a cold coil after being cut flat into iron plates with corresponding sizes;
secondly, oil pressure and punching machine, firstly, stretching the iron plate; and then trimming and punching the steel: then, folding and punching the edge; finally, folding the side of the paper; the manufacture of the outer plate is completed;
processing an inner plate:
firstly, cutting a flat shearing plate, and shearing a cold coil after being cut flat into iron plates with corresponding sizes;
secondly, oil pressure and punching machine, firstly, stretching the iron plate; secondly, trimming and punching the steel plate; then shaping and punching the steel plate; finally, shaping and side punching the hole;
the whole combination process of the automobile cover:
firstly, spot welding and group welding a left annular member and a right annular member on an outer plate; secondly, correspondingly welding the left thin L-shaped workpiece, the right thin L-shaped workpiece and the left thick L-shaped workpiece and the right thick L-shaped workpiece on the inner plate in a combined mode; correspondingly installing the arch-shaped piece in the middle of the inner plate; then, performing one-time edge covering and ending on the inner plate and the outer plate, pressing the inner plate and the outer plate, pulping, and preparing an adhesive: mixing and pulping polyvinyl chloride raw materials to prepare polyvinyl chloride pulp serving as a surface layer for later use, and stirring and preparing adhesive raw materials, wherein the adhesive is an ethylene amination polymer; (ii) a Heating and gelatinizing the prepared polyvinyl chloride slurry at the temperature of 180-200 ℃ by a coating machine to form a polyvinyl chloride skin layer, and then instantly heating the polyvinyl chloride skin layer to 180-200 ℃ by infrared heating equipment to be laminated and compounded with the adhesive layer on the polypropylene foaming layer, thus completing the preparation.
Further, the trimming and punching can be replaced by a laser process.
Further, the edge knocking process is replaced by an automatic edge covering mechanism.
Compared with the prior art, the automobile cover directly processes the outer plate and the inner plate of the cover through the laser, punching of the punch press and the steel seal process, and has simple processing process and high production efficiency; the gap between the outer plate and the inner plate can be minimized through the expansion glue between the outer plate and the inner plate, and the firmness of the cover is improved; meanwhile, air is expelled, and finally, air, water and the like are thoroughly isolated from the inside of the cover by the outermost sealant, so that the oxidation condition is prevented.
