The first rotary component consists of a first thrust bearing, a first worm wheel, a first sliding bearing, a hollow inner shaft, a second sliding bearing, a first cross arm, a second thrust bearing, a first square seat and two pressing strips; the hollow inner shaft is provided with a through stepped hole, the two ends of the hollow inner shaft are respectively provided with an outer spline section and a journal section, the journal section is connected with a wheel seat shaft section, the wheel seat section is connected with a round handle flange, the end surface of the inner side of the round handle flange is provided with an annular groove, and a shaft body section is arranged between the annular groove and the outer spline section; the first cross arm is integrally of a rod-shaped structure, a shaft sleeve and a rectangular block are arranged at two ends of the first cross arm respectively, an internal spline hole is formed in the shaft sleeve, a circular sinking platform and a circular ring platform are arranged at two ends of the internal spline hole respectively, a through long hole is formed in the middle of the rectangular block, a rectangular sinking platform is arranged on the upper end face of the long hole, and a combined threaded hole group is arranged at two sides of the top face of the rectangular sinking platform respectively; the first sliding bearing and the second sliding bearing are respectively arranged at two ends of a stepped hole of the hollow inner shaft and are fixedly connected; the first worm wheel is provided with a round through hole which is arranged on the wheel seat shaft section of the hollow inner shaft, and the first worm wheel is fixedly connected with the round handle flange of the hollow inner shaft; a shaft ring of the first thrust bearing is arranged on a journal section of the hollow inner shaft, an inner spline hole of the first cross arm is arranged on an outer spline section of the hollow inner shaft, and a seat ring of the second thrust bearing is arranged on a circular sinking platform of the first cross arm; the first square seat is integrally square and blocky, a square step is arranged on the periphery of the bottom of the first square seat, a through round hole is formed in the center of the first square seat, the square step of the first square seat is arranged in a rectangular sinking table of the first cross arm, the first square seat can slide in the rectangular sinking table of the first cross arm along the length direction of the rod of the first cross arm so as to adjust the position, the two pressing strips are fixedly connected to the first cross arm through a screw hole combination group of the first cross arm, and the first square seat is tightly pressed on the first cross arm through the two pressing strips; the stepped hole of the hollow inner shaft of the first rotary assembly penetrates through the shaft body section of the mandrel of the double-transmission-box device, the seat ring of the first thrust bearing of the first rotary assembly is arranged in the annular groove of the mandrel of the double-transmission-box device, and the first sliding bearing and the second sliding bearing of the first rotary assembly respectively form a revolute pair with the shaft body section and the shaft neck section of the mandrel of the double-transmission-box device.
The second rotary component consists of a first thrust bearing, a second worm wheel, a hollow outer shaft, a second cross arm, a second thrust bearing, a second square seat and two pressing strips; the hollow outer shaft is provided with a through inner hole, the two ends of the hollow outer shaft are respectively provided with an outer spline section and a journal section, the wheel seat shaft section is connected with the journal section, and the round handle flange is connected with the wheel seat shaft section; the second cross arm is integrally of a rod-shaped structure, a shaft sleeve and a rectangular block are arranged at two ends of the second cross arm respectively, an internal spline hole is formed in the shaft sleeve, a sunken round table is arranged at one end of the internal spline hole, a through long hole is formed in the middle of the rectangular block, a rectangular sunken table is arranged on the upper end face of the long hole, and a combined thread hole group is arranged at two sides of the top face of the rectangular sunken table respectively; the second worm wheel is provided with a round through hole which is arranged on the wheel seat shaft section of the hollow outer shaft, and the second worm wheel is fixedly connected with the round handle flange of the hollow outer shaft; a shaft ring of the first thrust bearing is arranged on a journal section of the hollow outer shaft, an inner spline hole of the second cross arm is arranged on an outer spline section of the hollow outer shaft, and a seat ring of the second thrust bearing is arranged in a circular sinking platform of the second cross arm; the second square seat is integrally square-block-shaped, a square step is arranged on the periphery of the bottom of the second square seat, a through round hole is formed in the center of the second square seat, the square step of the second square seat is arranged in a rectangular sinking table of the second cross arm, the second square seat can slide in the rectangular sinking table of the second cross arm along the length direction of the rod of the second cross arm so as to adjust the position, the two pressing strips are fixedly connected to the second cross arm through a combined threaded hole group of the second cross arm, and the second square seat is tightly pressed on the second cross arm through the two pressing strips; an inner hole of a hollow outer shaft of the second rotary assembly is arranged on a shaft body section of a hollow inner shaft of the first rotary assembly to form a revolute pair, a seat ring of a first thrust bearing of the second rotary assembly is arranged in an annular groove of the hollow inner shaft of the first rotary assembly, and an annular table of a first cross arm of the first rotary assembly is arranged in a shaft ring of a second thrust bearing of the second rotary assembly; the thrust bearing pressure plate is arranged on a second thrust bearing of the first rotary assembly, and the locking nut is arranged on a threaded section of a mandrel of the double-transmission-case device and is tightly pressed on the thrust bearing pressure plate; a first worm wheel of the first rotating assembly and a second worm wheel of the second rotating assembly are respectively meshed with a worm tooth of a worm of the double-transmission-box device; the two half cover plates are fixedly connected to a rectangular flange of a box seat of the double-transmission box device; the heat preservation cover hanging device consists of an air cylinder, a round hanging plate, a ball joint, a heat preservation cover and three steel ropes; a spherical hole is arranged at the central position of the circular hanging plate, the ball joint is in spherical connection with the circular hanging plate, the ball joint is fixedly connected with a piston rod of the cylinder, and three steel ropes are fixedly connected between the circular hanging plate and the heat-insulating cover at equal intervals on the circumference to realize the hanging of the heat-insulating cover on the circular hanging plate; the cylinders of the two heat-insulating cover hanging devices are respectively arranged on a first square seat of the first rotary component and a second square seat of the second rotary component; the first detection support is fixedly connected to the end face of the threaded section of the mandrel of the double-transmission-box device, and the plurality of first proximity switches are arranged on the first detection support; the second detection support is fixedly connected to the two half cover plates, and the plurality of second proximity switches are arranged on the second detection support.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: 1. the pneumatic tooth clutch is adopted, so that the transmission torque is large, and the damage of reverse transmission of motion to the worm and worm gear pair can be prevented; 2. the disc brake adopts a normally closed structure of spring clamping and hydraulic cylinder loosening and double-point clamping, adopts a floating clamping mode, has good braking reliability, ensures that the braking force on the two braking contracting brakes is uniform, adopts a parallelogram link mechanism to ensure that the two braking contracting brakes and the friction disc surface are in a parallel state, has large contact surface during clamping and high braking efficiency; 3. the supporting gear ring of the supporting bearing device can bear loads and tilting moments in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, and the bearing capacity is high; 4. the lifting hydraulic cylinder is arranged in the foundation frame, so that the environment temperature is low, the pollution is small, the leakage of hydraulic oil is less, the reliability is high, a lever labor-saving mechanism is adopted, the cylinder diameter of the hydraulic cylinder is small, the rigidity of a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is high, and the stability is good; 5. the lifting device adopts a parallelogram connecting rod structure as a transmission mechanism, the steel ladle is kept in a vertical state in the lifting process, the leakage of molten steel is effectively prevented, the reliability and the safety are good, four groups of belleville springs are adopted to provide buffer for the placement of the steel ladle, and the impact of a symmetrical weight sensor is reduced; 6. the double-transmission-box device is adopted to provide power for the rotation of the two heat-insulation covers in a centralized manner, and the first rotating assembly and the second rotating assembly adopt coaxial sleeve structures, so that the structure is compact, the installation and the maintenance are convenient, the occupied space is small, and the power transmission is accurate; 7. the cylinder is adopted to provide power for the lifting of the heat-insulating cover, so that the capping action is reliable, the structure is simple, the heat-insulating cover is hung by adopting the flexible steel rope, and the descending distance of the heat-insulating cover can be effectively compensated when the steel ladle descends.

Referring to fig. 1, the present invention is composed of a rotary supporting device 1, a lifting device 2 and a heat preservation cover device 3, wherein J1 is a ladle; the lifting device 2 is arranged on the rotary supporting device 1, the heat-insulating cover device 3 is arranged on the lifting device 2, and the ladle J1 is arranged on the lifting device 2.
Referring to fig. 2, the rotation support device 1 is composed of a base 11, a vertical worm transmission case 12, a first brake bracket 13, a second brake bracket 14, two hydraulic disc brakes 15, and a support bearing device 16; the basic seat 11 is a combination of a conical box seat 111 and a rectangular box seat 112, a foot handle flange 113 is arranged on the periphery of the bottom of the combination, a round handle flange 114 is arranged on the top of the conical box seat 111, a rectangular handle plate 115 is arranged on the top surface of the rectangular box seat 112, and a first vertical surface 116 and a second vertical surface 117 are respectively arranged on two sides of the rectangular box seat 112; the first brake bracket 13 is provided with an inclined vertical plate 131, the second brake bracket 14 is provided with an inclined vertical plate 141, and the first brake bracket 13 and the second brake bracket 14 are fixedly connected to the first vertical surface 116 and the second vertical surface 117 of the base 11 respectively.

Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the rectangular plywood 1551 of the butterfly base 155 of the two hydraulic disc brakes 15 is respectively fixed on the vertical plate 131 of the first brake bracket 13 and the vertical plate 141 of the second brake bracket 14.

Referring to fig. 2 to 5, the handle flange 1612 of the support base 161 of the supporting bearing device 16 is fixedly connected to the handle flange 114 of the base 11; the supporting ring gear 163 of the supporting bearing device 16 is meshed with the gear 1217 of the vertical worm gear box 12; the wear plates 1533 of the two brake linings 153 of the hydraulic disc brake 15 are each arranged on an annular friction surface 1621 of the friction disc 162 of the support bearing device 16.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the lifting device 2 comprises two fork-shaped rotating arms 21, a base frame 22, four angular bearing seat assemblies 23, two encoder brackets 24, two rotary encoders 25, four saddle devices 26, four connecting rod assemblies 27 with pins, two binaural flange seats 28, and two lifting hydraulic cylinders 29; the lifting hydraulic cylinder 29 is provided with a single lug seat 291 with a pin and a double lug seat 292 with a pin at two ends.
Referring to fig. 8, a rotation shaft 211 is disposed in the middle of the fork-shaped rotation arm 21, a journal section 212 is disposed at each end of the rotation shaft 211, a bearing arm 213 is disposed at each inner side of the two journal sections 212, a first through pin hole 214 is disposed at each front end of the two bearing arms 213, the two bearing arms 213 are fixedly welded to the rotation shaft 211, an "L" -shaped bent plate 215 is disposed at the middle of the rotation shaft 211, a second through pin hole 216 is disposed at the lower end of the "L" -shaped bent plate 215, and a threaded hole 217 is disposed at the center of the outer end surface of the journal section 212.
Referring to fig. 9, the main body of the base frame 22 is a combination of a cylinder 221 and a rectangular box 222, a through circular through hole 223 is formed at the center of the base frame 22, a circular handle flange 224 is formed at the bottom of the cylinder 221, a trapezoidal box holder 225 is fixedly welded at two sides of the cylinder 221, two trapezoidal box holders 225 are simultaneously fixedly welded with the rectangular box 222, and a circular through hole 2251 is formed on each of the two trapezoidal box holders 225; an angular seat 226 is respectively arranged at four corners of the top surface of the rectangular box body 222; the angle seat 226 is provided with a vertical seat 2261, the upper part of the vertical seat 2261 is provided with a right-angle handle combination surface 2262, the lower part of the vertical seat 2261 is provided with a through fabrication hole 2263, the side surface of the vertical seat 2261 is provided with a rectangular handle combination plate 2264, the inner sides of the four angle seats 226 are respectively provided with a double-lug plate seat 227, the double-lug plate seat 227 is provided with a through pin hole 2271, and the top surface of the rectangular box body 222 is provided with a handle combination threaded hole group 228.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, the saddle device 26 is composed of a saddle 261, a V-shaped support 262, four guide shafts 263, four belleville spring sets 264, four load cells 265, a cylindrical pin 266, and a clamping plate 267; a top plate 2611 is arranged at the upper part of the saddle 261, two side plates 2612 arranged in parallel are arranged at the middle part, a single lug plate 2613 is arranged at the lower part, four rectangular step counter bores 2614 are arranged at four corners of the top surface of the top plate 2611, four rectangular circular sinking platforms 2615 are arranged at the inner sides of the four step counter bores 2614, a first through pin hole 2616 is arranged on the two side plates 2612, and a second through pin hole 2617 is arranged on the single lug plate 2613; a rectangular supporting bottom plate 2621 is arranged at the lower part of the V-shaped support 262, two vertical blocks 2622 are respectively arranged at two sides of the top surface of the supporting bottom plate 2621, an inclined surface 2623 is arranged on each vertical block 2622, the inclined surfaces 2623 of the two vertical blocks 2622 are relatively formed into a V shape, four counter bores 2624 arranged in a rectangular shape are arranged at four corners of the bottom surface of the supporting bottom plate 2621, a guide hole 2625 is arranged at the bottom surface of each counter bore 2624, and four round bosses 2626 arranged in a rectangular shape are arranged at the inner sides of the four counter bores 2624; a guiding shaft segment 2631 and a positioning shaft segment 2632 are respectively arranged at two ends of the guiding shaft 263, and a round handle flange 2633 is arranged at the middle position; a positioning shaft section 2632 and a circular handle legal flange 2633 of the guide shaft 263 are fixedly connected in a stepped counterbore 2614 of the saddle 261, four weighing sensors 265 are respectively arranged in a circular sinking platform 2615 of the saddle 261, four belleville spring groups 264 are respectively arranged on a guide shaft section 2631 of the guide shaft 263, the upper parts of the belleville spring groups 264 arranged on the guide shaft 263 are arranged in the counterbores 2624 of the V-shaped support 262, and the guide shaft section 2631 of the guide shaft 263 is arranged in a guide hole 2625 of the V-shaped support 262; the four belleville spring sets 264 in a natural state can jack up the V-shaped support 262, and the four load cells 265 are not in contact with the four round bosses 2626 of the V-shaped support 262; the cylindrical pin 266 is provided with a slot 2661, the cylindrical pin 266 passes through a first pin hole 2616 of the saddle 261, and the catch plate 267 is arranged in the slot 2661 of the cylindrical pin 266 and is fixedly connected to the saddle 261.
Referring to fig. 6 to 10, the four corner bearing assemblies 23 are respectively attached to the right-angled engaging surfaces 2262 of the corner seats 226 of the base frame 22; two journal sections 212 of the fork-shaped rotating arm 21 are respectively arranged in bearing holes of an angular bearing seat assembly 23 to form a rotating pair; the two double-lug flange seats 28 are fixedly connected to the end face of a circular through hole 2251 of a trapezoidal box seat 225 of the base frame 22, the single-lug seats 291 with pins of the two lifting hydraulic cylinders 29 are in pin connection with one double-lug flange seat 28 to form a revolute pair, and the double-lug seats 292 with pins of the two lifting hydraulic cylinders 29 are in pin connection with the second pin holes 216 of one fork-shaped revolving arm 21 to form a revolute pair; the cylindrical pin 266 of the saddle device 26 is in pin connection with the first pin hole 214 of the fork-shaped rotating arm 21 and forms a rotating pair; a first cylindrical pin 271 and a second cylindrical pin 272 are respectively arranged at two ends of the pin-containing connecting rod assembly 27, the first cylindrical pin of the pin-containing connecting rod assembly 27 is in pin connection with the second pin hole 2617 of the saddle 261 of the saddle device 26 to form a revolute pair, and the second cylindrical pin 272 of the pin-containing connecting rod assembly 27 is in pin connection with the pin hole 2271 of the double lug plate seat 227 of the base frame 22 to form a revolute pair; the two encoder brackets 24 are fixedly connected to a rectangular handle plate 2264 of an angular seat 226 of the base frame 22, the two rotary encoders 25 are fixedly connected to one encoder bracket 24, and the extending shafts of the two rotary encoders 25 are fixedly connected to the threaded holes 217 of the fork-shaped rotating arm 21.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 5, 6 and 9, the circular engaging flange 224 of the base frame 22 of the lifting device 2 is fixedly connected to the second engaging end surface 1632 of the supporting gear ring 163 of the supporting bearing device 16 of the slewing supporting device 1.
Referring to fig. 12, the thermal insulation cover device 3 is composed of a base 31, a dual transmission case device 32, a first rotating assembly 33, a second rotating assembly 34, two half cover plates 35, a thrust bearing pressure plate 36, a locking nut 37, two thermal insulation cover hanging devices 38, a first detection bracket 39, a plurality of first proximity switches 310, a second detection bracket 311, and a plurality of second proximity switches 312; the base 31 is a hollow rectangular pyramid box structure, a rectangular handle flange 311 is provided at the lower periphery, a rectangular handle plate 312 is provided at the top, and a through rectangular opening 313 is provided at the lower position.
Referring to fig. 13 and 14, the dual transmission case device 32 comprises a case base 321, a mandrel 322, two worm assemblies 323, two blank caps 324, two stop plates 325, two stop bolt sets 326, two reduction motors 327, and two shaft end baffles 328; the box base 321 is a rectangular box structure, the bottom of the box base is provided with a rectangular handle plate 3211, the periphery of the top of the box base is provided with a rectangular flange 3212, the front wall and the rear wall of the box base are provided with a first coaxial hole system 3213 and a second coaxial hole system 3214 which are arranged in a staggered manner in height relative to the bottom surface of the box base 321, and the middle position of the front wall is provided with two thread handle bosses 3215; the two ends of the spindle 322 are respectively provided with a threaded section 3221 and a positioning circular table 3222, a neck section 3223 is arranged inside the threaded section 3221, a circular flange 3224 is arranged inside the positioning circular table 3222, an annular groove 3225 is arranged on the end surface of the inner side of the circular flange 3224, and a shaft section 3226 is arranged between the neck section 3223 and the annular groove 3225; a circular flange 3224 of the mandrel 322 is fixedly connected to the center of the bottom of the inner side of the box seat 321; the worm assembly 323 comprises two bearings 3231, a worm 3232, a flat key 3233, a bearing cup 3234 and a transparent cover 3235, wherein: the worm 3232 is provided with a first journal section 32321 and a head section 32322 at two ends, wherein a worm tooth 32323 is arranged at the middle position, a second journal section 32324 is arranged at the inner side of the head section 32322, and a keyway 32325 is arranged on the head section 32322; the bearing cup seat 3234 is a rotary structure, and is provided with a circular flange 32341 and a cylinder 32342, a through bearing hole 32343 is arranged at the central position of the bearing cup seat 3234, and a circular sunken table 32344 is arranged on the outer end surface of the circular flange 32341; inner rings of two bearings 3231 are respectively arranged on a first journal section 32321 and a second journal section 32324 of the worm 3232, an outer ring of the bearing 3231 at the second journal section 32324 is arranged in a bearing hole 32343 of a bearing cup 3234, a transparent cover 3235 is fixedly connected to a handle circular sunken table 32344 of the bearing seat 3234, and a flat key 3233 is arranged in a key groove 32325 of the worm 3232; the two worm assemblies 323 are respectively supported in the first coaxial hole system 3213 and the second coaxial hole system 3214 of the box base 321 through a bearing 3231 and a bearing cup 3234 thereon, the bearing cup 3234 of the two worm assemblies 323 is fixedly connected to the box base 321, and the two blank covers 324 are fixedly connected to the box base 321; two ends of the stop plate 325 are respectively provided with a round through hole 3251 and a combining hole 3252, and the two stop plates 325 are respectively fixedly connected with a speed reducing motor 327; the gear motors 327 are hollow shaft type gear motors, inner holes of output shafts of the two gear motors 327 are respectively arranged on a shaft head section 32322 of a worm 3232 of a worm assembly 323 and are circumferentially fixed with the worm 3232 through a flat key 3233 of the worm assembly 323, and a shaft end baffle 328 is fixedly connected on the end surface of the shaft head section 32322 of the worm 3232; the set of stop bolts 326 attach the stop plate 325 to a threaded engagement boss 3215 of the box base 321.

Referring to fig. 12, 13 and 15, the stepped bore 3341 of the hollow inner shaft 334 of the first rotating assembly 33 passes through the shaft section 3226 of the spindle 322 of the double gearbox assembly 32, the race of the first thrust bearing 331 of the first rotating assembly 33 is disposed in the annular groove 3225 of the spindle 322 of the double gearbox assembly 32, and the first sliding bearing 333 and the second sliding bearing 335 of the first rotating assembly 33 form a rotating pair with the shaft section 3226 and the journal section 3223 of the spindle 322 of the double gearbox assembly 32, respectively.
Referring to fig. 16, the second rotating assembly 34 is composed of a first thrust bearing 341, a second worm gear 342, a hollow outer shaft 343, a second cross arm 344, a second thrust bearing 345, a second square seat 346, and two pressing bars 347; the hollow outer shaft 343 is provided with a through inner hole 3431, both ends of the hollow outer shaft are respectively provided with an external spline section 3432 and a journal section 3433, a wheel seat shaft section 3434 is connected with the journal section 3433, and a round handle legal flange 3435 is connected with the wheel seat shaft section 3434; the second cross arm 344 is integrally in a rod-shaped structure, two ends of the second cross arm 344 are respectively provided with a shaft sleeve 3441 and a rectangular block 3442, the shaft sleeve 3441 is provided with an inner splined hole 3443, one end of the inner splined hole 3443 is provided with a countersunk circular table 3444, the middle position of the rectangular block 3442 is provided with a through long hole 3445, the upper end surface of the long hole 3445 is provided with a rectangular sunken table 3446, and two sides of the top surface of the rectangular sunken table 3446 are respectively provided with a handle screw hole group 3447; the second worm gear 342 is provided with a round through hole 3421, the round through hole 3421 is arranged on the wheel seat shaft section 3434 of the hollow outer shaft 343, and the round flange 3435 of the second worm gear 342 and the round hollow outer shaft 343 are fixedly connected together; the races of the first thrust bearing 341 are seated on the journal section 3433 of the hollow outer shaft 343, the internally splined bore 3443 of the second cross arm 344 is seated on the externally splined section 3432 of the hollow outer shaft 343, and the races of the second thrust bearing 345 are seated in the circular lands 3444 of the second cross arm 344; the second square seat 346 is a square block shape as a whole, the bottom periphery of the second square seat 346 is provided with a square step 3461, the center position of the second square seat is provided with a through round hole 3462, the square step 3461 of the second square seat 346 is arranged in the rectangular sinking table 3446 of the second cross arm 344, the second square seat 346 can slide in the rectangular sinking table 3446 of the second cross arm 344 along the length direction of the rod of the second cross arm 344 to adjust the position, the two pressing strips 347 are fixedly connected on the second cross arm 344 through the combined threaded hole group 3447 of the second cross arm 344, and the two pressing strips 347 press the second square seat 346 on the second cross arm 344.
Referring to fig. 12, 13, 15 and 16, the inner bore 3431 of the hollow outer shaft 343 of the second swing assembly 34 is seated on the shaft section 3347 of the hollow inner shaft 334 of the first swing assembly 33 to form a revolute pair, the race of the first thrust bearing 341 of the second swing assembly 34 is seated in the annular groove 3346 of the hollow inner shaft 334 of the first swing assembly 33, and the annular land 3365 of the first cross arm 336 of the first swing assembly 33 is seated in the race of the second thrust bearing 345 of the second swing assembly 34; the thrust bearing pressure plate 36 is arranged on the second thrust bearing 337 of the first swivel assembly 33, and the lock nut 37 is arranged on the threaded section 3221 of the spindle 322 of the double gearbox assembly 32 and is pressed against the thrust bearing pressure plate 36; the first worm gear 332 of the first swing assembly 33 and the second worm gear 342 of the second swing assembly 34 are respectively engaged with the worm teeth 32323 of a worm 3232 of the dual gearbox assembly 32; the two half cover plates 35 are fixedly connected on a rectangular flange 3212 of the box seat 321 of the double transmission box device 32; the heat preservation cover hanging device 38 consists of an air cylinder 381, a round hanging plate 382, a ball joint 383, a heat preservation cover 384 and three steel ropes 385; a spherical hole 3821 is arranged at the center of the circular hanging plate 382, the ball joint 383 is in spherical connection with the circular hanging plate 382, the ball joint 383 is fixedly connected with a piston rod of the cylinder 381, and three steel ropes 385 are fixedly connected between the circular hanging plate 382 and the heat-insulating cover 384 at equal intervals on the circumference to realize the hanging of the heat-insulating cover 384 on the circular hanging plate 382; the cylinders 381 of the two insulating cover hanging devices 38 are respectively arranged on the first square base 338 of the first rotating assembly 33 and the second square base 346 of the second rotating assembly 34; the first detection bracket 39 is fixedly connected with the end surface of the threaded section 3221 of the mandrel 322 of the double-transmission-case device 32, and a plurality of first proximity switches 310 are arranged on the first detection bracket 39; the second detecting bracket 311 is fixedly connected to the two half cover plates 35, and a plurality of second proximity switches 312 are disposed on the second detecting bracket 311.
Referring to fig. 1, 6, 9 and 12, the rectangular handle flange 311 of the base 31 of the thermal cover device 3 is fixedly connected with the base frame 22 of the lifting device 2 through the handle screw hole group 2212 of the base frame 22 of the lifting device 2.
The embodiment comprises a rotary supporting device, a lifting device and a heat-insulating cover device, wherein the rotary supporting device provides power for rotary motion of a steel ladle and accurate stop of the steel ladle after rotation, the lifting device provides power for lifting of the steel ladle, the heat-insulating cover device provides power for rotation of the heat-insulating cover, a proximity switch is arranged in the embodiment to provide stroke control for the rotary motion of the steel ladle and the rotary motion of the heat-insulating cover, and a rotary encoder is adopted to provide stroke control for the lifting motion of the steel ladle.
The rotary supporting device is mainly provided with a foundation base, a supporting bearing device, a vertical worm transmission box, two brake supports, two hydraulic disc brakes and the like. The foundation base is a foundation piece of the rotary supporting device, and the legal flange is arranged on the foundation by the ground feet arranged at the bottom of the foundation base and is fixedly connected with the foundation; the supporting bearing device is provided with a supporting seat, a friction disc, a supporting gear ring, a first end face rolling element assembly, a radial rolling element assembly, a second end face rolling element assembly, a first induction plate, a second induction plate and the like, the friction disc is fixedly connected onto the supporting gear ring, the inner hole of the supporting gear ring and two end faces of the inner hole are respectively provided with the radial rolling element assembly, the first end face rolling element assembly and the second end face rolling element assembly, the rolling element assemblies all adopt cylinders as rolling elements, the supporting bearing device can form a 'big bearing' through the arrangement, the supporting gear ring is the outer ring of the 'big bearing', the supporting seat is the inner ring of the 'big bearing', and the 'big bearing' can bear loads and tilting moments in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction. The round handle flange of the supporting seat of the supporting bearing device is fixedly connected with the round handle flange of the base seat; the vertical worm transmission case is provided with a hollow shaft type speed reducing motor, a transmission case body, a pneumatic motor, a stop bent plate, a gear, a pneumatic tooth clutch, a first proximity switch, a second proximity switch, a proximity switch bracket, a stop plate, a stop bolt, a worm wheel shaft and the like. The worm wheel is fixedly connected to a worm wheel shaft, the worm and the worm wheel shaft are supported on the transmission box body through bearings, the worm and the worm wheel are meshed together, and a hollow shaft type speed reducing motor and a pneumatic motor are respectively arranged at two ends of the worm. The stop plate is fixedly connected to the hollow shaft type speed reducing motor, and the stop plate and the hollow shaft type speed reducing motor are fixedly connected with the transmission box body through a stop bolt. The pneumatic tooth clutch is arranged on the end shaft section of the worm wheel shaft and is circumferentially fixed with the worm wheel shaft through a flat key. The gear wheel is arranged on the driven toothed disc of the pneumatic tooth clutch, and the gear wheel is meshed with the supporting toothed ring of the supporting bearing device. When the pneumatic clutch acts, the driving fluted disc and the driven fluted disc are combined together to switch on a transmission chain between the worm shaft and the gear, and further switch on the transmission chain between the hollow shaft type speed reducing motor and the supporting gear ring of the supporting bearing device, and when the pneumatic clutch stops acting, the transmission chain is disconnected through the reset spring arranged on the pneumatic clutch. The hollow shaft type speed reducing motor is used as a main power source, and when the hollow shaft type speed reducing motor acts, the ladle is driven to perform a ladle replacing action of normal work; the pneumatic motor is a safe power source, and when the power is off, the ladle in the casting state can be rotated to a safe position by using the pneumatic motor. The two hydraulic disc brakes are respectively and fixedly connected to a brake support, the two brake supports are fixedly connected to the foundation base, and the wear plates of the two hydraulic disc brakes are clamped at two sides of the friction disc of the supporting bearing device. When the hydraulic cylinder acts, the two brake contracting brakes of the brake are mutually separated, the friction disc is loosened, when the hydraulic cylinder stops acting, the disc spring provides power, and the two brake contracting brakes of the brake are mutually closed to clamp the friction disc.
The lifting device is mainly provided with two fork-shaped rotating arms, a base frame, four angular bearing seat assemblies, two encoder assemblies, four connecting rod assemblies, four saddle devices, two lifting hydraulic cylinders and a double-lug flange seat; the four angular bearing seat assemblies are arranged on the base frame, the two fork-shaped rotating arms are respectively arranged on the two coaxial angular bearing seat assemblies, the fork-shaped rotating arms and the two angular bearing seat assemblies form a lever mechanism, a bent plate of each fork-shaped rotating arm is a power arm of the lever mechanism, and the power arm is arranged inside the base frame, so that the structure is compact, the power arm can be longer, the power arm is larger than the resistance arm to form a labor-saving lever, and the cylinder diameter size of the hydraulic cylinder can be reduced. The saddle device is mainly provided with a saddle, a V-shaped support, four guide shafts, four belleville spring groups, four weighing sensors and the like, wherein the guide shafts are fixedly connected to the saddle, the four weighing sensors are respectively arranged in a circular sinking platform of the saddle, the four belleville spring groups are respectively arranged on a guide shaft section of one guide shaft, the upper parts of the belleville spring groups arranged on the guide shafts are arranged in counter bores of the V-shaped support, the guide shaft sections of the guide shafts are arranged in guide holes of the V-shaped support, the V-shaped support can be jacked up by the four belleville spring groups in a natural state, and the four weighing sensors are not in contact with four circular bosses of the V-shaped support at the moment; when the steel ladle is arranged on the V-shaped supports of the two saddle devices, the eight butterfly spring groups of the two saddle devices are pressed and deformed, the weight of the steel ladle overcomes the elastic force of the eight butterfly spring groups and presses the weighing sensors, the eight butterfly spring groups play a role in buffering and absorbing vibration, the indication values of the eight weighing sensors on the two saddle devices and the elastic force of the eight butterfly spring groups on the two saddle devices are the weight of the steel ladle, and the residual steel amount in the steel ladle can be effectively controlled during casting through weighing. A single lug seat and a double lug seat are respectively arranged at two ends of the lifting hydraulic cylinder, the single lug seat and the double lug flange seat of the lifting hydraulic cylinder are hinged together to form a revolute pair, the double lug flange seat is fixedly connected to the base frame, and the double lug seat of the lifting hydraulic cylinder is hinged together with a second pin hole of the forked rotary arm to form the revolute pair. A cylindrical pin of the saddle device is hinged with a first pin hole of the fork-shaped rotating arm to form a rotating pair; the first cylindrical pin of the connecting rod assembly is hinged with the second pin hole of the saddle device to form a revolute pair, the second cylindrical pin of the connecting rod assembly is hinged with the double-lug plate seat of the base frame to form the revolute pair, the saddle, the forked rotary arm, the base frame and the connecting rod form a parallelogram four-bar mechanism, and because the axial lead of the pin hole of the double-lug plate seat on the base frame and the bearing hole of the angular bearing seat assembly are positioned on the same vertical plane, the two pin holes on the saddle can be always in a vertical state when the mechanism moves, and the steel ladle is arranged on the saddle device, so that the steel ladle is ensured not to be toppled over, and the safety accident caused by the overflow of molten steel can be prevented. The two lifting hydraulic cylinders are positioned in the foundation frame, and the piston rods of the lifting hydraulic cylinders are always in a tension state, so that the rigidity of the piston rods is high, and the stability is good.
The heat preservation cover device is mainly provided with a base, a double-transmission-box device, a first rotary component, a second rotary component, two heat preservation cover hanging devices, a first detection support, a plurality of first proximity switches, a second detection support and a plurality of second proximity switches; the double-transmission box device is mainly provided with a mandrel, a box seat, two worms, two speed reducing motors, two stop plates and the like, wherein the two worms are horizontally supported on the box seat; the first rotary component is mainly provided with a first thrust bearing, a first worm wheel, a first sliding bearing, a hollow inner shaft, a second sliding bearing, a first cross arm, a second thrust bearing, a first square seat and two pressing strips, the first sliding bearing and the second sliding bearing of the first rotary component are fixedly connected to the hollow inner shaft, the hollow inner shaft is supported on a mandrel of the double-transmission-box device through the first sliding bearing and the second sliding bearing arranged on the hollow inner shaft, axial motion isolation and supporting effects are realized through the first thrust bearing and the second thrust bearing of the first rotary component and the mandrel of the double-transmission-box device, the first cross arm and the hollow inner shaft are connected together through splines, and the worm wheel of the first rotary component is fixedly connected to the hollow inner shaft; the second rotary component is mainly provided with a first thrust bearing, a second worm wheel, a hollow outer shaft, a second cross arm, a second thrust bearing, a second square seat and two pressing strips, the hollow outer shaft of the second rotary component is sleeved on the hollow inner shaft of the first rotary component in a hollow mode to form a revolute pair, the hollow outer shaft is respectively in motion isolation and supporting action with the hollow inner shaft of the first rotary component and the first cross arm of the first rotary component through the first thrust bearing and the second thrust bearing of the second rotary component, the second cross arm and the hollow outer shaft are connected together through splines, and the worm wheel of the second rotary component is fixedly connected to the hollow outer shaft; the first worm wheel and the second worm wheel are respectively meshed with a worm of the double-transmission-box device. The heat-insulating cover hanging device is mainly provided with an air cylinder, a round hanging plate, a heat-insulating cover, a ball joint and three steel ropes, wherein two ends of the three steel ropes are fixedly connected to the heat-insulating cover and the round hanging plate respectively; because the ball joint and the circular hanging plate are combined by the spherical pair, the self position can be automatically adjusted under the action of the gravity of the heat-insulating cover, and the end surface of the heat-insulating cover can be kept in a horizontal state. The cylinder of the heat-insulating cover hanging device is fixedly connected to a first square seat of the first rotary component or a second square seat of the second rotary component, and the first square seat and the second square seat are fixedly connected to the first cross arm and the second cross arm respectively. When two speed reducing motors of the double-transmission-box device drive worms connected with the double-transmission-box device to rotate, the motion is transmitted to a first cross arm or a second cross arm coaxially connected with a first worm wheel or a second worm wheel through a pair of worm and worm wheel pairs, so that the first cross arm or the second cross arm and a heat-preservation cover hanging device arranged on the first cross arm or the second cross arm rotate together; when the cylinder of the heat preservation cover hanging device acts, the heat preservation cover can be driven to move up and down. The first cross arm position detection device and the second cross arm position detection device are both provided with a plurality of proximity switches, and the proximity switches can detect whether the first cross arm or the second cross arm and the heat preservation cover on the first cross arm or the second cross arm reach the working position or the safety position of the heat preservation cover or not and accurately control the first cross arm or the second cross arm and the heat preservation cover on the first cross arm or the second cross arm.
The working process of the embodiment is as follows: 1. placing a steel ladle filled with molten steel on a saddle of a lifting device at a seat ladle position through a crane; 2. the speed reduction motor of the heat preservation cover device acts, the heat preservation cover rotates to the position above the steel ladle, after the proximity switch of the heat preservation cover device senses that the heat preservation cover is in place, the air cylinder above the heat preservation cover acts, and the heat preservation cover descends and covers the steel ladle; 3. after the previous ladle is cast, the cylinder above the heat-insulating cover acts, the heat-insulating cover rises to a safe position, the speed reduction motor of the heat-insulating cover device acts, the heat-insulating cover rotates 90 degrees in the forward direction to remove the ladle, and the cylinder above the heat-insulating cover stops acting after the proximity switch of the heat-insulating cover device senses that the heat-insulating cover is in place; 4. the lifting device acts, the previous ladle ascends along with the saddle, and a rotary encoder of the lifting device senses that the ladle reaches the safe height and then immediately sends a ladle changing instruction; 5. the pneumatic tooth clutch acts and is connected with the transmission chain, a hydraulic cylinder of the hydraulic disc brake acts, the hydraulic disc brake releases a friction disc of the rotary supporting device, a speed reducing motor of the rotary supporting device acts to perform 180-degree rotation package replacement, and the speed reducing motor of the rotary supporting device stops acting when a proximity switch arranged on the rotary supporting device senses that the rotation reaches a position; 6. the hydraulic cylinder of the hydraulic disc brake stops acting, the hydraulic disc brake clamps a friction disc of the rotary supporting device, and the pneumatic tooth clutch stops acting and disconnects the transmission chain; 7. the method comprises the following steps that a lifting device moves, a steel ladle filled with molten steel descends, when a rotary encoder of the lifting device senses that the steel ladle reaches a casting position, the lifting device stops moving and starts to place the molten steel into a tundish, an empty steel ladle is taken away by a crane in the process, and the next steel ladle filled with the molten steel is placed on a saddle at a ladle seating position; the working steps form an automatic cycle process, and the continuous operation of the continuous casting machine is ensured.
