Background
The kitchen waste is a mixture of sewage and solid dirt as a main body, and contains a large amount of organic matters, so that a large amount of microbes such as bacteria can be bred in the temporary storage and transportation process, the transportation and storage time of the kitchen waste is reduced as much as possible or the kitchen waste is required to be subjected to deodorization and disinfection treatment and then to subsequent treatment, but the disinfectant is generally required to be added due to the deodorization and disinfection, and the addition of the disinfectant also prolongs the working procedures of the subsequent treatment.
At present, the kitchen waste is treated by adopting a high-pressure high-temperature steam treatment method, wherein the high-pressure high-temperature steam treatment method mainly adopts steam with the pressure of 0.8-1 MPa and the temperature of 120-210 ℃ for treatment, the kitchen waste is quickly decomposed and degraded through treatment, and thorough disinfection and sterilization are realized, so that the effect of converting organic waste into grease organic matter is realized. However, the existing high-pressure high-temperature steam treatment method can only realize the effects of sterilization and organic matter conversion, and complex separation and treatment steps are required subsequently.

Aiming at the technical problem, the invention provides a kitchen waste hydrolysis treatment method.

A kitchen waste hydrolysis treatment method, which is carried out by using the kitchen waste hydrolysis treatment device of claim 1, and specifically comprises the following steps:
1) the kitchen waste is thrown into the hydrolysis high-pressure tank body through the feeding port of the hydrolysis tank, the exhaust pipe of the hydrolysis tank is closed, the grease discharging port is closed, the inlet valve of the sewage is closed, the discharging port of the hydrolysis tank is closed, the hot dry air inlet is closed, when the material in the hydrolysis high-pressure tank body reaches 10% of the total volume, the hot dry air inlet is opened, the air temperature of the hot dry air is adjusted to 110-120 ℃, and the exhaust pipe of the hydrolysis tank is opened.
2) When the total volume of the materials in the hydrolysis high-pressure tank reaches 50-60%, closing an exhaust pipe of the hydrolysis tank, increasing the temperature of hot dry air to 121-130 ℃, increasing the pressure in the hydrolysis high-pressure tank to 0.6-0.65 MPa, keeping the pressure for 10-15 min, opening the exhaust pipe of the hydrolysis tank to release the pressure to the normal pressure, adjusting the air temperature of the hot dry air to 50-60 ℃, treating for 15-20 min, closing the exhaust pipe of the hydrolysis tank again, adjusting the temperature of the hot dry air to 160-180 ℃, increasing the pressure in the hydrolysis high-pressure tank to 0.8-0.9 MPa, keeping the pressure for 10-15 min, opening the exhaust pipe of the hydrolysis tank to release the pressure to 0.5-0.6 MPa, closing the exhaust pipe of the hydrolysis tank, adjusting the temperature of the hot dry air to 180-195 ℃, increasing the pressure in the hydrolysis high-pressure tank to 0.9-1 MPa, and keeping the pressure and the temperature for 50-80 min.
3) Opening an exhaust pipe of the hydrolysis tank, closing a hot dry air inlet, releasing pressure to 0.2-0.25 MPa, opening a grease discharge port, then opening a sewage inlet valve until the pressure in the hydrolysis high-pressure tank body is reduced to normal pressure and no sewage flows into the sewage inlet pipe, and closing the sewage inlet valve and the grease discharge port; the sewage enters the aeration chamber after being filtered through the first filter plate, open the aeration and go into the trachea, discharge the bubble to the sewage in through the aeration mouth, make debris in the sewage carry and float to the water surface formation foam by the bubble, after aeration treatment 20~50min, open the aeration chamber outlet, the water passes through aeration chamber filter residue bag and enters into the adsorption chamber, the foam is filtered by aeration chamber filter residue bag, the water passes through the second filter plate and filters after further removing debris, discharge through handling water discharge opening after further purifying through the adsorption plate.
4) And opening a hot dry air inlet, and drying the materials for 30-50 min.
5) Closing an exhaust pipe of the hydrolysis tank, increasing the pressure in the hydrolysis high-pressure tank to 0.25-0.3 MPa, opening a discharge port of the hydrolysis tank, discharging the materials into a screening chamber, starting a stirring shaft, stirring the materials on the upper part of a screening plate by a stirring blade and screening by the screening plate, discharging the materials on the plate into an inorganic material temporary storage box through an inorganic material discharge port, and discharging the materials under the plate into an organic material temporary storage box through an organic material discharge port.
Furthermore, the grease box filter residue bag and the aeration chamber filter residue bag are both of a bag-shaped structure made of elastic fiber cloth.
Furthermore, an air inlet fan is arranged at the inlet of the air heating cavity.
Further, the aeration air inlet pipe is communicated with the hydrolysis tank exhaust pipe.
Furthermore, first filter, second filter and hydrolysis tank play water filter plate are densely covered through-hole board, and the through-hole aperture of hydrolysis tank play water filter plate is about 5~8mm, and the through-hole aperture of first filter is about 3~5mm, and the through-hole aperture of second filter is about 0.5~1.5 mm.
Furthermore, the height of the grease discharge port is about 50-60% of the total volume of the hydrolysis high-pressure tank body.
Further, an open/close valve is provided in the treated water discharge port.
Furthermore, an alkali liquor adding box is arranged on the top wall of the aeration chamber, and the alkali liquor adding box releases calcium hydroxide or sodium hydroxide solution to the aeration chamber.

through the arrangement of the hydrolysis high-pressure tank body, the high-temperature treatment of repeated periodical pressurization and pressurization is carried out for many times, and the high-temperature gas is introduced, so that the high-temperature steam formed in the high-temperature gas has high water content in the kitchen waste, the high-temperature high-pressure decomposition and degradation of the kitchen waste are realized, the complete disinfection treatment of the kitchen waste is realized, harmful microorganisms in the kitchen waste are thoroughly killed, and the disinfection and hydrolysis treatment of the kitchen waste is realized. Due to the high-temperature and high-pressure treatment, macromolecular organic matters in the oil are decomposed into micromolecular organic matters, so that the oil integrally floats on the top layer of the material, the oil on the top layer is discharged through an oil discharge port, impurities on the oil discharge port are filtered by arranging an oil tank filter residue bag, and the oil is stored.
When the waste is in a high-temperature and high-pressure working state, organic matters in the waste are decomposed and degraded, macromolecules are broken into small molecules, and the decomposed organic matters are further crushed into powder in the drying and scattering process of multiple high-pressure-low-pressure repeated treatment and hot dry air blowing, but the original size and shape of the inorganic matters are basically kept because the inorganic matters do not reach the pressure and temperature for changing the physical properties of the inorganic matters, so that the crushed organic matters are screened to the lower part of the screening plate by arranging the screening plate, and the inorganic matters with larger relative sizes are kept to the upper part of the screening plate, thereby separating the organic matters from the inorganic matters.
The water body after high-pressure and high-temperature hydrolysis is discharged through the filter plate by arranging the inclined hydrolysis tank water outlet filter plate, so that about 80-85% of water can be separated from the solid material (after water is drained, hot dry air is blown to continue drying, so that the water content in the material is less than 10%), the water passes through the first filter plate and then filters out the residual impurities again, then enters the aeration chamber and passes through the bubbles sprayed by the aeration chamber, because the surface tension of the surface of the air bubbles enables the floccules and particles in the water body to form the air bubbles on the surface of the water body, the air bubbles are removed when the water body is released through the filter residue bag of the aeration chamber, and the water passes through the second filter again after the aeration chamber filter residue bag and realizes meticulous filtration, realizes adsorbing through the adsorption plate that has quartz sand and active carbon mixture and purifies to can realize low dirty emission (be close to the normal water index) through the discharged water body of processing water discharge port. Meanwhile, the gas discharged from the gas discharge pipe of the hydrolysis tank is mixed with acid corrosion gas, the acid corrosion gas is temporarily stored and enters the gas pipe through aeration, and after the acid corrosion gas is contacted with a water body, the acid gas (oxysulfide and nitric oxide) in the gas pipe can be adsorbed, so that the discharged gas is further purified.

The first filter plate, the second filter plate and the hydrolysis tank water outlet filter plate are all densely distributed through hole plates.

Example 2
A kitchen waste hydrolysis treatment method is carried out by using the kitchen waste hydrolysis treatment device in embodiment 1, and specifically comprises the following steps:
1) the kitchen waste is thrown into the hydrolysis high-pressure tank body through the feeding port of the hydrolysis tank, the exhaust pipe of the hydrolysis tank is closed, the grease discharge port is closed, the inlet valve of the sewage is closed, the discharge port of the hydrolysis tank is closed, the hot dry air inlet is closed, when the material in the hydrolysis high-pressure tank body reaches 10% of the total volume, the hot dry air inlet is opened, the air temperature of the hot dry air is adjusted to 115 ℃, and the exhaust pipe of the hydrolysis tank is opened at the same time.
2) When the material in the hydrolysis high-pressure tank reaches 55% of the total volume, closing the exhaust pipe of the hydrolysis tank, increasing the temperature of hot dry air to 125 ℃, increasing the pressure in the hydrolysis high-pressure tank to 0.62MPa, keeping the pressure for 13min, opening the exhaust pipe of the hydrolysis tank to release the pressure to the normal pressure, adjusting the air temperature of the hot dry air to 55 ℃, after treating for 18min, closing the exhaust pipe of the hydrolysis tank again, adjusting the temperature of the hot dry air to 168 ℃, increasing the pressure in the hydrolysis high-pressure tank to 0.85MPa, keeping the pressure for 13min, opening the exhaust pipe of the hydrolysis tank to release the pressure to 0.55MPa, closing the exhaust pipe of the hydrolysis tank, adjusting the temperature of the hot dry air to 190 ℃, increasing the pressure in the hydrolysis high-pressure tank to 0.95MPa, and keeping the pressure and the temperature for 60 min.
3) Opening an exhaust pipe of the hydrolysis tank, closing a hot dry air inlet, releasing pressure to 0.23MPa, opening a grease discharge port, then opening a sewage inlet valve until the pressure in the hydrolysis high-pressure tank body is reduced to normal pressure and no sewage flows into a sewage inlet pipe, and closing the sewage inlet valve and the grease discharge port; the sewage enters the aeration chamber after being filtered through the first filter plate, the aeration air inlet pipe is opened, bubbles are discharged into the sewage through the aeration port, impurities in the sewage are carried by the bubbles to float to the surface of a water body to form foams, after 30min of aeration treatment, the water outlet of the aeration chamber is opened, the water enters the adsorption chamber through the filter residue bag of the aeration chamber, the foams are filtered by the filter residue bag of the aeration chamber, after the water is further subjected to impurity removal through the second filter plate, the water is further purified through the adsorption plate and then is discharged through the treated water discharge port. As shown in figure 1, the height of the grease outlet is 55% of the total volume of the hydrolysis high-pressure tank.
4) And opening a hot dry air inlet, and drying the materials for 38 min.
5) Closing an exhaust pipe of the hydrolysis tank, increasing the pressure in the hydrolysis high-pressure tank to 0.28MPa, opening a discharge port of the hydrolysis tank, discharging the materials into a screening chamber, starting a stirring shaft, stirring the materials on the upper part of a screening plate by a stirring blade and screening by the screening plate, discharging the materials on the plate, which are inorganic materials not subjected to hydrolysis and fragmentation, into an inorganic material temporary storage box through an inorganic material discharge port, and discharging the materials on the plate, which are organic materials subjected to hydrolysis and fragmentation, into an organic material temporary storage box through an organic material discharge port.
