Example 2
A kitchen waste hydrolysis treatment method is carried out by using the kitchen waste hydrolysis treatment device in embodiment 1, and specifically comprises the following steps:
1) the kitchen waste is thrown into the hydrolysis high-pressure tank body through the feeding port of the hydrolysis tank, the exhaust pipe of the hydrolysis tank is closed, the grease discharge port is closed, the inlet valve of the sewage is closed, the discharge port of the hydrolysis tank is closed, the hot dry air inlet is closed, when the material in the hydrolysis high-pressure tank body reaches 10% of the total volume, the hot dry air inlet is opened, the air temperature of the hot dry air is adjusted to 115 ℃, and the exhaust pipe of the hydrolysis tank is opened at the same time.
2) When the material in the hydrolysis high-pressure tank reaches 55% of the total volume, closing the exhaust pipe of the hydrolysis tank, increasing the temperature of hot dry air to 125 ℃, increasing the pressure in the hydrolysis high-pressure tank to 0.62MPa, keeping the pressure for 13min, opening the exhaust pipe of the hydrolysis tank to release the pressure to the normal pressure, adjusting the air temperature of the hot dry air to 55 ℃, after treating for 18min, closing the exhaust pipe of the hydrolysis tank again, adjusting the temperature of the hot dry air to 168 ℃, increasing the pressure in the hydrolysis high-pressure tank to 0.85MPa, keeping the pressure for 13min, opening the exhaust pipe of the hydrolysis tank to release the pressure to 0.55MPa, closing the exhaust pipe of the hydrolysis tank, adjusting the temperature of the hot dry air to 190 ℃, increasing the pressure in the hydrolysis high-pressure tank to 0.95MPa, and keeping the pressure and the temperature for 60 min.
3) Opening an exhaust pipe of the hydrolysis tank, closing a hot dry air inlet, releasing pressure to 0.23MPa, opening a grease discharge port, then opening a sewage inlet valve until the pressure in the hydrolysis high-pressure tank body is reduced to normal pressure and no sewage flows into a sewage inlet pipe, and closing the sewage inlet valve and the grease discharge port; the sewage enters the aeration chamber after being filtered through the first filter plate, the aeration air inlet pipe is opened, bubbles are discharged into the sewage through the aeration port, impurities in the sewage are carried by the bubbles to float to the surface of a water body to form foams, after 30min of aeration treatment, the water outlet of the aeration chamber is opened, the water enters the adsorption chamber through the filter residue bag of the aeration chamber, the foams are filtered by the filter residue bag of the aeration chamber, after the water is further subjected to impurity removal through the second filter plate, the water is further purified through the adsorption plate and then is discharged through the treated water discharge port. As shown in figure 1, the height of the grease outlet is 55% of the total volume of the hydrolysis high-pressure tank.
4) And opening a hot dry air inlet, and drying the materials for 38 min.
5) Closing an exhaust pipe of the hydrolysis tank, increasing the pressure in the hydrolysis high-pressure tank to 0.28MPa, opening a discharge port of the hydrolysis tank, discharging the materials into a screening chamber, starting a stirring shaft, stirring the materials on the upper part of a screening plate by a stirring blade and screening by the screening plate, discharging the materials on the plate, which are inorganic materials not subjected to hydrolysis and fragmentation, into an inorganic material temporary storage box through an inorganic material discharge port, and discharging the materials on the plate, which are organic materials subjected to hydrolysis and fragmentation, into an organic material temporary storage box through an organic material discharge port.

Claims (9)

1. A kitchen waste hydrolysis treatment device is characterized by comprising a hydrolysis high-pressure tank part, a sewage treatment part and a screening part;
the hydrolysis high-pressure tank component comprises a hydrolysis high-pressure tank body, a hydrolysis tank feeding opening, a hydrolysis tank exhaust pipe, an oil discharge opening, an oil discharge pipe, an oil tank filter residue bag, an oil temporary storage tank, a hot dry air inlet pipe, a hot dry air injection pipe, an air heating cavity, a hydrolysis tank discharge opening, a hydrolysis tank discharge pipe and a hydrolysis tank water outlet filter plate; the high-pressure jar of hydrolysising body is for the dome round bottom hollow cylinder structure of vertically putting, is provided with at the top of the high-pressure jar of hydrolysising body hydrolysis jar pan feeding mouth and hydrolysis jar blast pipe, is provided with the grease discharge port at the middle part of the lateral wall of the high-pressure jar of hydrolysising body, grease discharge pipe one end and grease discharge port intercommunication, another pot head are equipped with grease case filter residue bag, grease temporary storage case sets up in the outside of the high-pressure jar of hydrolysising body and wraps and establish in grease discharge pipe and grease case filter residue bag outside, hot dry air entry sets up in the lower part of the lateral wall of the high-pressure jar of hydrolysising body, hot dry air inlet tube one end and hot dry air entry intercommunication, the other end and the air heating chamber intercommunication that sets up in the high-pressure jar of hydrolysising body outside, the air heating chamber is used for, the hot dry air injection pipe is integrally arranged in the hydrolysis high-pressure tank body, one end of the hot dry air injection pipe is communicated with the hot dry air inlet pipe, the other end of the hot dry air injection pipe is arranged in a zigzag manner, and a plurality of through holes are uniformly distributed on the pipe wall of the hot dry air injection pipe; the bottom of the round bottom of the hydrolysis high-pressure tank body is provided with a discharge port of the hydrolysis tank, a discharge pipe of the hydrolysis tank is communicated with the discharge port of the hydrolysis tank, an opening-closing valve is arranged on the discharge pipe of the hydrolysis tank, the side part of the round bottom of the hydrolysis high-pressure tank body is provided with a water outlet filter plate of the hydrolysis tank, and the water outlet filter plate of the hydrolysis tank is a densely distributed through hole plate;
the sewage treatment component comprises a filtering chamber, an aeration chamber and an adsorption chamber, wherein the filtering chamber comprises a sewage inlet pipe, a sewage inlet valve, a filtering chamber inlet, a first filtering plate and a filtering chamber water outlet; the inlet of the filter chamber is arranged at the top end of one side wall of the filter chamber, one end of the sewage inlet pipe is communicated with the inside of the hydrolysis high-pressure tank body through the water outlet filter plate of the hydrolysis tank, the other end of the sewage inlet pipe is communicated with the inlet of the filter chamber, a water outlet of the filter chamber is arranged on the side wall or the bottom wall of the filter chamber opposite to the inlet of the filter chamber, and the first filter plate is vertically or obliquely arranged between the inlet of the filter chamber and the; the aeration chamber comprises an aeration cavity, an aeration opening, an aeration air inlet pipe, an aeration chamber exhaust pipe, an aeration chamber water inlet, an aeration chamber water outlet, an aeration chamber drain pipe and an aeration chamber filter residue bag; the aeration chamber is arranged at the bottommost part of the aeration chamber, aeration ports are uniformly distributed on the top wall of the aeration chamber, the bottom wall of the aeration chamber is communicated with the aeration air inlet pipe, a pressurization air pump is arranged on the aeration air inlet pipe, a water inlet of the aeration chamber is arranged on the top wall of the aeration chamber and is communicated with a water outlet of the filter chamber, an exhaust pipe of the aeration chamber is also arranged on the top wall of the aeration chamber, and a water outlet of the aeration chamber is arranged on the side wall of the aeration chamber above the aeration chamber; the adsorption chamber comprises an adsorption chamber inlet, a second filter plate, an adsorption plate and a treated water discharge port; the adsorption chamber inlet is arranged at the top end of the side wall of the adsorption chamber, the aeration chamber drain pipe penetrates through the adsorption chamber inlet, one end of the aeration chamber drain pipe is communicated with the aeration chamber drain outlet, the other end of the aeration chamber drain pipe is sleeved with the aeration chamber filter residue bag, the second filter plate and the adsorption plate are transversely or obliquely arranged in the adsorption chamber below the aeration chamber filter residue bag, the adsorption plate is a mixture of quartz sand particles and active carbon particles clamped between stainless steel porous plates on two sides, and the treated water discharge port is arranged at the bottom wall or the bottom end of the side wall of the adsorption chamber;
the screening component comprises a screening chamber shell, a screening chamber feeding port, a screening plate, a stirring shaft, stirring blades, a stirring motor, an inorganic matter discharging port, an inorganic matter temporary storage box, an organic matter discharging port and an organic matter temporary storage box; screening room pan feeding mouth set up on the lateral wall top of screening outdoor housing and with hydrolysis tank row material pipe intercommunication, at the inside horizontal screening board that has of screening outdoor housing, (mixing) shaft, the (mixing) shaft bottom is provided with stirring vane, stirring vane's rotation plane and screening board parallel and with screening board between clearance less than or equal to 10mm, agitator motor sets up on the outer roof of screening outdoor housing and through shaft coupling and agitator shaft connection and drive the rotation of (mixing) shaft, is provided with in the lateral wall department of meeting of screening board and screening outdoor housing the inorganic matter discharge gate, inorganic matter temporary storage box and inorganic matter discharge gate intercommunication are provided with the organic matter discharge gate on the diapire of screening outdoor housing, organic matter temporary storage box and organic matter discharge gate intercommunication.
2. A kitchen waste hydrolysis treatment method is characterized in that the treatment method is carried out by using the kitchen waste hydrolysis treatment device of claim 1, and specifically comprises the following steps:
1) putting the kitchen waste into a hydrolysis high-pressure tank body through a feeding port of the hydrolysis tank, closing an exhaust pipe of the hydrolysis tank, closing a grease discharge port, closing a sewage inlet valve, closing a discharge port of the hydrolysis tank, closing a hot dry air inlet, opening the hot dry air inlet when the material in the hydrolysis high-pressure tank body reaches 10% of the total volume, adjusting the air temperature of the hot dry air to 110-120 ℃, and simultaneously opening the exhaust pipe of the hydrolysis tank;
2) when the total volume of the materials in the hydrolysis high-pressure tank reaches 50-60%, closing an exhaust pipe of the hydrolysis tank, increasing the temperature of hot dry air to 121-130 ℃, increasing the pressure in the hydrolysis high-pressure tank to 0.6-0.65 MPa, keeping the pressure for 10-15 min, opening the exhaust pipe of the hydrolysis tank to release the pressure to the normal pressure, adjusting the air temperature of the hot dry air to 50-60 ℃, treating for 15-20 min, closing the exhaust pipe of the hydrolysis tank again, adjusting the temperature of the hot dry air to 160-180 ℃, increasing the pressure in the hydrolysis high-pressure tank to 0.8-0.9 MPa, keeping the pressure for 10-15 min, opening the exhaust pipe of the hydrolysis tank to release the pressure to 0.5-0.6 MPa, closing the exhaust pipe of the hydrolysis tank, adjusting the temperature of the hot dry air to 180-195 ℃, increasing the pressure in the hydrolysis high-pressure tank to 0.9-1 MPa, and keeping the pressure and the temperature for 50-80 min;
3) opening an exhaust pipe of the hydrolysis tank, closing a hot dry air inlet, releasing pressure to 0.2-0.25 MPa, opening a grease discharge port, then opening a sewage inlet valve until the pressure in the hydrolysis high-pressure tank body is reduced to normal pressure and no sewage flows into the sewage inlet pipe, and closing the sewage inlet valve and the grease discharge port; the sewage enters an aeration chamber after being filtered by a first filter plate, an aeration air inlet pipe is opened, bubbles are discharged into the sewage through an aeration port, so that impurities in the sewage are carried by the bubbles to float on the surface of a water body to form foam, after 20-50 min of aeration treatment, a water outlet of the aeration chamber is opened, the water enters an adsorption chamber through a filter residue bag of the aeration chamber, the foam is filtered by the filter residue bag of the aeration chamber, and after the water is further filtered by a second filter plate to remove the impurities, the water is further purified by the adsorption plate and then is discharged through a treated water discharge port;
4) opening a hot dry air inlet, and drying the materials for 30-50 min;
5) closing an exhaust pipe of the hydrolysis tank, increasing the pressure in the hydrolysis high-pressure tank to 0.25-0.3 MPa, opening a discharge port of the hydrolysis tank, discharging the materials into a screening chamber, starting a stirring shaft, stirring the materials on the upper part of a screening plate by a stirring blade and screening by the screening plate, discharging the materials on the plate into an inorganic material temporary storage box through an inorganic material discharge port, and discharging the materials under the plate into an organic material temporary storage box through an organic material discharge port.
3. The kitchen waste hydrolysis treatment method according to claim 2, wherein the grease tank residue bag and the aeration chamber residue bag are both of a bag-shaped structure made of elastic fiber cloth.
4. The kitchen waste hydrolysis treatment method according to claim 2, characterized in that an air inlet fan is arranged at an inlet of the air heating cavity.
5. The kitchen waste hydrolysis treatment method according to claim 2, wherein the aeration gas inlet pipe is communicated with the hydrolysis tank exhaust pipe.
6. The method for hydrolytic treatment of kitchen waste according to claim 2, characterized in that the first filter plate, the second filter plate and the filter plate for water outlet of the hydrolysis tank are all densely distributed through-hole plates.
7. The kitchen waste hydrolysis treatment method according to claim 2, wherein the height of the grease outlet is 50-60% of the total volume of the hydrolysis high-pressure tank.
8. The method for hydrolytic treatment of kitchen waste according to claim 2, characterized in that the treated water discharge port is provided with an on-off valve.
