Abstract

The vertical rotation structure for the rehabilitation training device and the upper limb training thereof can better solve the vertical rotation function of the upper limb training device by utilizing the angle limiting device, the axial limiting device and the like on the basis of considering the safety and the installation performance, and provide reference for realizing the movement of the upper limb in the horizontal plane by similar products.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2-6, there is provided a vertical swivel structure for upper limb training, comprising an upper limb assembly 2; the upper limb assembly 2 comprises a horizontal rotating part 21, a vertical rotating part 22, a rotating shaft 23, a stop block 24, a bearing 25, an axial fixing part 26 and a limiting column 29; the rotating shaft 23 is provided with a threaded hole 231, an angle limiting block 232 and an angle limiting waist hole 233;
the stop block 24 limits the rotation angle of the vertical rotation part 22, and preferably a stop opening corresponding to the angle limiting block 232 on the rotation shaft 23 is arranged on the stop block 2 to limit the angle range of the vertical rotation part 22 during rotation, and preferably the angle range during rotation is 0-90 degrees;
the stop block 24 and the bearing 25 sequentially penetrate through the rotating shaft 23 and limit axial movement through the axial fixing piece 26;
the stopper 24 is installed on the horizontal rotation part 21, and is preferably fixed to the horizontal rotation part 21 by a horizontal rotation part screw 27, and further, a countersunk hole formed on the stopper 24 is aligned with the hole position of the horizontal rotation part 21 and is fixed to the horizontal rotation part 21 by the horizontal rotation part screw 27;

the stopper post 29 cooperates with the angle stopper 232, the angle stopper waist hole 233, and the stopper 24 to restrict the vertical rotation of the vertically rotating portion 22, preferably 0/90 °.
The angle limiting waist hole 233 is a waist hole, so that the positioning accuracy is guaranteed, and meanwhile, the error that the hole positions cannot be aligned when an installer blindly screws the limiting column 29 can be avoided.
The installation process comprises the following steps:
1. the stop block 24 and the bearing 25 sequentially penetrate through the rotating shaft 23 and limit axial movement through the axial fixing piece 26, and an angle limiting block 232 arranged on the rotating shaft 23 is matched with a corresponding rabbet on the stop block 24;
2. the mounted stop block 24, the bearing 25, the rotating shaft 23 and the axial fixing piece 26 are placed in the horizontal rotating part 21, and a countersunk hole formed in the stop block 24 is aligned with the hole position of the horizontal rotating part 21 and then fixed on the horizontal rotating part 21 through a horizontal rotating part screw 27;
3. the vertical rotation part 22 is fixed to the rotation shaft 23 by a vertical rotation part screw 28;
4. the limiting posts 29 on both sides are screwed into the horizontal rotating part 21 and further inserted into the angle limiting waist holes 233 arranged on the rotating shaft 23, the limiting posts 29 are matched with the angle limiting blocks 232, the angle limiting waist holes 233 and the stop blocks 24, and the vertical rotating posture of the vertical rotating part 22 is limited to 0/90 degrees.
Example 2
According to another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2, there is provided a rehabilitation training device, including: a lower limb base 1, an upper limb assembly 2 and a rotary screen 3.
The lower limb base 1 has a height adjusting function and can comprise a basic structure of a lower limb rehabilitation training device;
the rotary screen 3 is rotatably mounted on the upper limb assembly 2; the rotary screen 3 can horizontally rotate by 360 degrees;
the horizontal rotation portion 21 is rotatably connected to the lower limb base 1, and can adjust the posture of the upper limb unit 2 to 0 °/180 ° with respect to the lower limb base 1.
The rehabilitation training device and the vertical rotating structure for training the upper limbs thereof in the embodiment of the invention better solve the vertical rotating function of the upper limb training device by utilizing the angle limiting device, the axial limiting device and the like on the basis of considering the safety and the installation property, and provide reference for realizing the movement of the upper limbs in the horizontal plane by similar products.

the stop block and the bearing sequentially penetrate through the rotating shaft and limit axial movement through the axial fixing piece; the stop block is arranged on the horizontal rotating part, the vertical rotating part is arranged on the rotating shaft, and the limiting column is adjustably arranged on the horizontal rotating part; the limiting column is matched with the angle limiting block, the angle limiting waist hole and the stop block together to limit the vertical rotating angle of the vertical rotating part; the stopper restricts a rotation angle of the vertical rotation portion.
2. The vertical rotation structure for upper limb training according to claim 1, wherein the stopper is provided with a spigot corresponding to the angle limiting block on the rotation shaft to limit the angle range of the vertical rotation part when rotating.
