Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a cosmetic composition of organosilicon elastic powder, which comprises the following steps: a first step of stirring 82.75% of purified water and 5% of butanediol with a homogenizer at 2500 rpm; secondly, adding 10 percent of organosilicon elastic powder composition into the result of the first step, and then stirring for 5 minutes by a homogenizer at the rotating speed of 3000 rpm; thirdly, adding 0.25 percent of hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyl dimethyl taurate copolymer into the result of the second step, and stirring for 5 minutes at 4000rpm by a homogenizer; and fourthly, cooling the result obtained in the step 3 to 45-50 ℃, adding 2% of 1, 2-hexanediol, stirring for 1 minute at 2500rpm by using a homogenizer, and cooling to below 30 ℃, thus finishing the process. The present invention can temporarily improve wrinkles and does not block skin pores by wrapping the continuous phase with a water-soluble material, thus causing no skin irritation inflammation.

one or more components of phenyl trimethyl silicone oil, diphenyl dimethyl silicone oil, phenyl trimethyl siloxy diphenyl siloxane, diphenyl dimethyl silicone oil and diphenyl methyl diphenyl trisiloxane;
at least one component selected from semi-solid polyglycerin-4 stearate, polyglycerin-4 oleate, polyglycerin-6 myristate, polyglycerin-10 isostearate and polyglycerin-10 stearate among components having HLB value of 10 or more in the polyglycerin emulsifier for improving adsorption ability;
and a suitable mixture of glycerol, maltitol and purified water as a continuous phase for reducing the prevention of pore clogging of the silicone elastic powder;
in addition, the silicone elastic powder composition of the present invention,
40-80 parts by weight of one or more organosilicon elastic powders of polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl dimethyl siloxane cross-linked polymer and vinyl dimethyl siloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane cross-linked polymer;
10-50 parts by weight of one or more of phenyl trimethyl silicone oil, diphenyl dimethyl silicone oil, phenyl trimethyl siloxy diphenyl siloxane, diphenyl dimethyl silicone oil and diphenyl methyl diphenyl trisiloxane;
at least one component of polyglycerol-4 stearate, polyglycerol-4 oleate, polyglycerol-6 myristate, polyglycerol-10 isostearate and polyglycerol-10 stearate is 10 parts by weight;
further comprising 30-40 parts by weight of a mixture of glycerin, maltitol and purified water as a continuous phase in a weight ratio of 40:30:30 to prevent the phenomenon of pore clogging of silicon powder.
Preparation example 2 Process for producing Silicone elastic powder composition
An example of a method for producing the silicone elastic powder composition of preparation example 1 is as follows. The following values may be adjusted within an appropriate range according to design conditions.
A first step of stirring 40 parts by weight of a polydimethylsiloxane/vinyldimethylsiloxane crosspolymer powder having a diameter of 1 to 10 μm and a specific gravity of 1.01 or less, and 20 parts by weight of phenyl trimethicone oil for 5 minutes using a homogenizer at 2000 rpm;
a second step of dissolving 10 parts by weight of polyglycerol-4 oleate at 60 ℃ or higher in the first step and stirring at 2000rpm for 5 minutes using a homogenizer;
and step three, adding 30 parts by weight of glycerol, maltitol and purified water in the step two, wherein the ratio of the mixture to the total weight of the mixture is 4: 3: 3 weight ratio of the mixture as a continuous phase to produce a water-in-oil emulsion and stirring the mixture for 5 minutes at 3000rpm using a homogenizer;
preparation example 3 cosmetic composition Using Silicone elastic powder composition
An example of the composition of a cosmetic composition to which the silicone elastic powder composition of preparation example 1 was applied is as follows.
An organosilicon elastomeric powder composition; butanediol; hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer and 1, 2-hexanediol;
preferably, 10 parts by weight of an organosilicon elastomeric powder composition; 5 parts by weight of butanediol; 0.25 parts by weight of hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer and 2 parts by weight of 1, 2-hexanediol.
Preparation example 4 method for producing cosmetic composition Using Silicone elastic powder composition
An example of a method for producing the cosmetic composition of preparation example 3 is as follows. The following values may be adjusted to some extent within an appropriate range according to design conditions.
A first step of stirring 82.75% of purified water and 5% of butanediol with a homogenizer at 2500 rpm;
secondly, adding 10 percent of organosilicon elastic powder composition into the result of the first step, and then stirring for 5 minutes by a homogenizer at the rotating speed of 3000 rpm;
thirdly, adding 0.25 percent of hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyl dimethyl taurate copolymer into the result of the second step, and stirring for 5 minutes at 4000rpm by a homogenizer;
and fourthly, cooling the result obtained in the step 3 to 45-50 ℃, adding 2% of 1, 2-hexanediol, stirring for 1 minute at 2500rpm by using a homogenizer, and cooling to below 30 ℃, thus finishing the process.
Experimental example 1, verification of the composition for preparing column 1 and the method for preparing column 2
[ Experimental method ]
Silicone elastomeric powder compositions of examples consisting of the ingredients and amounts described in table 1 were prepared as follows.
Phase a was stirred using a homogenizer at 2000rpm for 5 minutes, then phase B was added to phase a, dissolved to 60 ℃, and stirred at the same rpm for 5 minutes. Next, phase C was added and stirred with a homogenizer at 3000rpm for 5 minutes.

As shown in Table 2 below, in order to determine the adhesion between wrinkles upon coating of examples and comparative examples, the adhesion was measured using CT3TA-SF of Brookfield under the following conditions: target value: 10.0 mm; triggering load: 1.0 g; testing speed: 1.0mm/s, sample temperature: 25 +/-3 ℃.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, particle observation was performed to measure the degree of coalescence of the silicone elastic powders of examples and comparative examples. In the particle observation and the particle measurement, observation was performed using an olympus BX43 microscope at a magnification of 400 times the polarization mode.

From the results, it can be seen that when the content of the polydimethylsiloxane/vinyldimethylsiloxane crosspolymer is 50% or more, the coalescence phenomenon is remarkable and the dispersibility is poor; a dimethicone/vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer content of from 20 to 30. The performance is good, but the distribution of spherical silicon powder is small, or the particle size of the composite material is increased.
As can be seen from the adhesive strength, examples 3 and 5 have the best adhesion.
Thus, example 5, which contains 40% of a polydimethylsiloxane/vinyldimethylsiloxane crosspolymer, can be judged to have excellent adhesion, and can be judged to have a fairly stable particle size distribution and a uniform size.
[ Performance evaluation 2]
The silicone elastic powder has the property of absorbing oil, and when applied to the skin, can be absorbed and fixed by the oil of the human body. Therefore, general cleaning methods are often difficult to remove, or require thorough cleaning, and substances that are not easy to clean are present in pores, wrinkles, etc., thereby causing skin inflammation or acne.
Therefore, in order to prevent pore clogging, the water solubility of the examples and comparative examples was evaluated to confirm that the continuous phase was an aqueous phase, as shown in table 3.
Referring to fig. 6, it can be seen that when the composition is aqueous in the continuous phase before and after coating, a temporary anti-wrinkle effect is produced.
To measure the water solubility, 95% purified water was added to examples and comparative examples having a content of 10%, and the water solubility was measured after stirring at 1000rpm for 5 minutes in a homogenizer.

The water solubility of example 5 was evaluated to be excellent.
However, it can be seen that the water solubility of example 7 and comparative example 2 is very stable, but this is due to the polydimethylsiloxane/vinyldimethylsiloxane crosspolymer being less than 10%.
Experimental example 2, verifying the composition of preparation example 3 and the method of preparation example 4
As shown in Table 4, water-in-oil cosmetic examples 8, 9 and 10 were prepared using examples 1, 3 and 5, some of which were expected to have the best performance. In addition, comparative example 3 was prepared by performing comparison using comparative example 1.
For a more objective evaluation, only a minimum of raw materials is used.
The manufacturing method is as follows.
Phase a was stirred at 2500RPM for 5 minutes at room temperature using a homogenizer, then phase B was added to phase a and stirred at 3000RPM for 5 minutes using a homogenizer. After confirming successful dispersion, phase C was placed into phase a and then stirred using a homogenizer at 4000RPM for 5 minutes. Thereafter, phase D was added and the mixture was stirred for 1 minute at 2500RPM using a homogenizer and the process was terminated.

As shown in table 5, the stability of the formulation in a high temperature chamber at 50 ℃ and the surface stability of the formulation within 1 month, which are long-term problems of the spherical silicone powder, floating on the surface with time, were used to evaluate the high temperature stability in the water system. Evaluate it for the desired properties-and perform a sensory evaluation of spreadability and wrinkles after skin application.

It can be seen that example 10, to which example 5 was applied as described above, exhibited significantly improved properties in various aspects such as raw material stability, sensory evaluation and volatilization, for example. In other words, it can be said that the performances of examples 5 and 10 prepared using preparation examples 1 to 4 were confirmed to be excellent.
The above description is merely an example of the technical idea of the present invention, and those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains may make various modifications and variations without departing from the essential features of the present invention.
Therefore, the embodiments disclosed in the present invention are not intended to limit the technical spirit of the present invention but are intended to cause blindness, and the scope of the technical idea of the present invention is not limited by these embodiments. The scope of the present invention should be construed in accordance with the following claims, and all technical ideas within the scope of equivalents thereof should be construed to be included in the scope of the present invention.
Claims (6)
1. A silicone elastomeric powder composition characterized by: comprises the following components by weight:
40-80 parts by weight of one or more organosilicon elastic powders of polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl dimethyl siloxane cross-linked polymer and vinyl dimethyl siloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane cross-linked polymer;
10-50 parts by weight of one or more of phenyl trimethyl silicone oil, diphenyl dimethyl silicone oil, phenyl trimethyl siloxy diphenyl siloxane, diphenyl dimethyl silicone oil and diphenyl methyl diphenyl trisiloxane;
at least one component of polyglycerol-4 stearate, polyglycerol-4 oleate, polyglycerol-6 myristate, polyglycerol-10 isostearate and polyglycerol-10 stearate is 10 parts by weight;
further comprising 30-40 parts by weight of a mixture of glycerin, maltitol and purified water as a continuous phase in a weight ratio of 40:30: 30.
2. A method for preparing an elastomeric powder composition of silicone, characterized by: the method comprises the following steps:
a first step of stirring 40 parts by weight of a polydimethylsiloxane/vinyldimethylsiloxane crosspolymer powder having a diameter of 1 to 10 μm and a specific gravity of 1.01 or less, and 20 parts by weight of phenyl trimethicone oil for 5 minutes using a homogenizer at 2000 rpm;
a second step of dissolving 10 parts by weight of polyglycerol-4 oleate at 60 ℃ or higher in the first step and stirring at 2000rpm for 5 minutes using a homogenizer;
and step three, adding 30 parts by weight of glycerol, maltitol and purified water in the step two, wherein the ratio of the mixture to the total weight of the mixture is 4: 3: 3 weight ratio of the mixture was used as a continuous phase to produce a water-in-oil emulsion, and the mixture was stirred using a homogenizer at 3000rpm for 5 minutes.
3. A cosmetic composition of a silicone elastic powder composition characterized by: comprises the following components: an organosilicon elastomeric powder composition; butanediol; hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer and 1, 2-hexanediol.
4. A cosmetic composition of silicone elastic powder composition according to claim 3, characterized in that: 10 parts by weight of an organosilicon elastic powder composition; 5 parts by weight of butanediol; 0.25 parts by weight of hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer and 2 parts by weight of 1, 2-hexanediol.
5. A process for the preparation of a cosmetic composition of silicone elastic powder, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
a first step of stirring 82.75% of purified water and 5% of butanediol with a homogenizer at 2500 rpm;
secondly, adding 10 percent of organosilicon elastic powder composition into the result of the first step, and then stirring for 5 minutes by a homogenizer at the rotating speed of 3000 rpm;
thirdly, adding 0.25 percent of hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyl dimethyl taurate copolymer into the result of the second step, and stirring for 5 minutes at 4000rpm by a homogenizer;
and fourthly, cooling the result obtained in the step 3 to 45-50 ℃, adding 2% of 1, 2-hexanediol, stirring for 1 minute at 2500rpm by using a homogenizer, and cooling to below 30 ℃, thus finishing the process.
6. A cosmetic composition of silicone elastic powder characterized by: prepared by the preparation process of claim 5.
