referring to fig. 1, 2, 8 and 9, the prone position operation face body position adjusting device comprises a base 1, wherein the base 1 is of a square frame structure, the base 1 comprises a first rod 3, a second rod 4, a third rod 5 and a fourth rod 6 which are arranged between the first rod 3 and the second rod 4, the third rod 5 and the fourth rod 6 are respectively arranged at two ends of the first rod 3 and the second rod 4, and the first rod 3, the second rod 4, the third rod 5 and the fourth rod 6 are integrally manufactured; a forehead cushion 7 and two side cushions 10 are arranged above the first rod 3, a chin cushion 8 is arranged above the second rod 4, cheek cushions 9 are arranged above the third rod 5 and the fourth rod 6, the two side cushions 10 are respectively arranged at two sides of the forehead cushion 7, and grooves 11 are formed in the tops of the bases 1 below the forehead cushion 7, the chin cushion 8, the cheek cushions 9 and the side cushions 10; the inner wall of the base 1 opposite to each groove 11 is provided with an extension plate 21 extending to the center of the base 1, the grooves 11 extend into the extension plates 21, the extension plates 21 can reduce the widths of the first rod 3, the second rod 4, the third rod 5 and the fourth rod 6, so that the weight of the whole device is reduced, and meanwhile, the moving range of the forehead pad 7, the chin pad 8, the cheek pads 9 and the side pads 10 can be increased, so that the device is further suitable for patients with different face widths and lengths, and meanwhile, because the width of the extension plates 21 is only 1-2 cm larger than the width of the grooves 11, the extension plates 21 are arranged to prevent the visual field of the patients from being blocked, the sense of suffocation when the patients are not anesthetized, and the tension of the patients caused by operations is relieved.
The bottoms of the forehead pad 7, the chin pad 8, the cheek pads 9 and the side pads 10 are all provided with a supporting plate 12, the bottom of the supporting plate 12 is provided with a lifting device which enables the supporting plate 12 to move along the height direction of the base 1, the lifting device of the embodiment comprises a connecting block 33 arranged at the top of the supporting block 14, the top of the connecting block 33 is provided with a movable groove 34, the movable groove 34 is provided with a threaded rod 35 inserted into the movable groove 34, and the top of the threaded rod 35 is connected with the bottom of the supporting plate 12; the inner wall of activity groove 34 is equipped with the circumferencial direction setting that encircles activity groove 34 and with the communicating annular chamber of activity groove 34, the bottom of the inner wall of activity groove 34 is equipped with spout 36 that sets up along the direction of height of activity groove 34, the lateral wall of threaded rod 35 is equipped with the slider 37 that is located spout 36, be equipped with gear 38 in the annular chamber, threaded rod 35 passes the center of gear 38 and with gear 38 threaded connection, one side of annular chamber is equipped with the chamber of wearing that passes the lateral wall of connecting block 33, it is equipped with the discoid button 39 with gear 38 meshing to wear the intracavity, the top of button 39 and the center of bottom all are equipped with inserts the inner wall and the rotatable dwang 40 of wearing the chamber, the tip that button 39 deviates from gear 38 passes the chamber. The gear 38 is rotated by rotating the gear knob 39, so as to drive the threaded rod 35 to move up and down, thereby achieving the purpose of lifting the support plate 12.
The supporting block 14 is provided with a threaded rod 15 which penetrates through the supporting block 14 and is in threaded connection with the supporting block 14, the threaded rods 15 on the first rod 3 and the second rod 4 are parallel to the length direction of the third rod 5, and the threaded rods 15 on the third rod 5 and the fourth rod 6 are parallel to the length direction of the first rod 3; the end part of the threaded rod 15, which is far away from the center of the base 1, penetrates through the base 1, the part of the threaded rod 15, which is positioned outside the base 1, is provided with a knob 16, the end part of the threaded rod 15, which is far away from the knob 16, is inserted into the base 1 and is provided with a limiting round block 17, the diameter of which is larger than that of the threaded rod 15, the limiting round block 17 is welded with the threaded rod 15, and the limiting round block 17 can rotate in the; the inner walls of the two sides of the groove 11 along the length direction of the threaded rod 15 are provided with slideways 18, and the two sides of the supporting block 14 are provided with sliding rods 19 which are inserted into the corresponding slideways 18 and can slide in the slideways 18.
The use principle of the invention is as follows: before use, the positions of the forehead pad 7, the chin pad 8, the cheek pads 9 and the side pads 10 are adjusted according to the length and width of the patient's face in the following manner: turning the knob 16, the threaded rod 15 rotates to drive the supporting block 14 to move along the threaded rod 15 in the groove 11, so as to adjust the distance between the forehead pad 7, the chin pad 8, the cheek pads 9 and the side pads 10 and the center of the base 1, thereby enabling the device to be suitable for patients with different lengths and widths of faces; after the operation is finished, the face of a patient is placed on the device, the supporting plate 12 is manually adjusted to move up and down in the operation process, the gear 38 is driven to rotate by rotating the gear button 39, the threaded rod 35 is driven to move up and down, the purpose of lifting the supporting plate 12 is achieved, and the purpose that six large parts of the wheel flow are pressed is achieved, so that pressure sores caused by long-time continuous pressing are avoided.
