Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily necessities, and particularly relates to a manufacturing process of an antibacterial children diaper.
Background
The paper diaper can effectively reduce the nursing intensity of the baby, improve the convenience of the baby in going out, and get rid of the confusion of surrounding the baby at any time in the past, so that the nursing process is easier and more pleasant.
The structure of the paper diaper from inside to outside is roughly divided into: a side leakage prevention non-woven fabric layer, a surface non-woven fabric layer, a composite absorber layer and a bottom film. The edge leakage prevention non-woven fabric layer is mainly used for guiding urine and preventing edge leakage; the surface layer non-woven fabric layer is in direct contact with a body, has higher hydrophilicity, skin-friendly property and super softness, can effectively avoid stimulation and friction damage to the skin of the baby, and simultaneously has a moisture insulation effect, and can avoid the invasion of water vapor and moisture rising to the hip of the baby; the composite absorbent layer is mainly used for absorbing and storing urine and has strong water absorption and water storage performance; the basement membrane is used for sealing the bottom of the whole paper diaper, and meanwhile, a smooth surface is formed, so that the diaper is more convenient to walk.
Although the prior paper diaper can meet the basic use requirements, the urine harassment is heavy when the diaper is worn for a long time, the living environment quality of the baby is influenced, and the common solution of covering the urine harassment by utilizing the fragrance or the medicine can not meet the use requirements of people. And the phenomena of red swelling, allergy and the like can be caused because the sterilization can not be carried out in the using process. Therefore, it is a problem to be solved by the present invention to design a new antibacterial diaper.
