Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of storage cabinets, and particularly relates to a culture dish storage cabinet with nitrogen. The invention comprises a storage cabinet, a nitrogen transmission system and a tray guide rail bracket, wherein the storage cabinet is rectangular and consists of 15-26 groups of trays with the same size, a culture dish is actively arranged in each group of trays, and an anti-skid anti-collision sleeve wraps the outer side of the culture dish. The culture dish storage cabinet with nitrogen comprises a storage cabinet, a nitrogen transmission system and a tray guide rail bracket, wherein the storage cabinet is rectangular and consists of 15-26 groups of trays with the same size, a culture dish is actively installed in each group of trays, the outer side of each culture dish is wrapped by an anti-skidding anti-collision sleeve, each group of trays are placed on the tray guide rails on two sides of the storage cabinet, the bottom of each tray guide rail is connected with the tray guide rail bracket, the nitrogen transmission system comprises a nitrogen storage tank, a nitrogen transmission pipe, a nitrogen nozzle and a nitrogen sensor, wherein the nitrogen storage tank is installed at the bottom of the storage cabinet, the nitrogen nozzle is arranged in the storage cabinet, one end of the nitrogen transmission pipe is connected with the nitrogen storage tank, the other end of the nitrogen transmission pipe is connected with the nitrogen nozzle in the storage cabinet, the nitrogen sensor is installed in the storage cabinet, and transmits the content of the detected nitrogen in the storage cabinet to a nitrogen controller on the nitrogen storage tank, and a nitrogen controller on the nitrogen storage tank controls the opening and closing of a valve of the nitrogen storage tank.
Preferably, the nitrogen controller is provided with a nitrogen threshold, wherein the nitrogen threshold is preset to be 270-.
Preferably, a nitrogen sensor in the storage cabinet detects that the nitrogen in the cabinet is lower than a preset nitrogen threshold, and the nitrogen controller controls the opening of a valve of the nitrogen storage tank.
Preferably, a nitrogen sensor in the storage cabinet detects that the nitrogen in the cabinet is equal to or higher than a preset nitrogen threshold value, and the nitrogen controller controls the nitrogen storage tank valve to be closed.

The following description is provided to further illustrate the embodiments of the present invention, so that the objects and features of the present invention will be more clearly understood.

The nitrogen transmission system comprises a nitrogen storage tank 7, a nitrogen transmission pipe 8, a nitrogen sprayer 9 and a nitrogen sensor 10, wherein the nitrogen storage tank 7 is installed at the bottom of a storage cabinet 1, the nitrogen sprayer 9 is arranged inside the storage cabinet 1, one end of the nitrogen transmission pipe 8 is connected with the nitrogen storage tank 7, the other end of the nitrogen transmission pipe is connected with the nitrogen sprayer 9 inside the storage cabinet 1, the nitrogen sensor 10 is installed inside the storage cabinet 1, the nitrogen sensor 10 transmits the content of the detected nitrogen in the storage cabinet 1 to a nitrogen controller 11 on the nitrogen storage tank 7, and the nitrogen controller 11 on the nitrogen storage tank 7 controls the opening and closing of a valve of the nitrogen storage tank 7.
Specifically, the nitrogen controller 11 is provided with a nitrogen threshold, wherein the nitrogen threshold is preset to 270-. A nitrogen sensor 10 in the storage cabinet 1 detects that the nitrogen in the cabinet is lower than a preset nitrogen threshold, and a nitrogen controller 11 controls a valve of a nitrogen storage tank 7 to be opened. A nitrogen sensor 10 in the storage cabinet 1 detects that the nitrogen in the cabinet is equal to or higher than a preset nitrogen threshold value, and a nitrogen controller 11 controls a valve of the nitrogen storage tank 7 to be closed.
The bottom of the storage cabinet 1 is provided with a grounding wire 12 for eliminating static electricity, so that the static electricity in the cabinet is prevented from damaging chips. Four base angles of the storage cabinet 1 are provided with universal wheels 13, and the storage cabinet 1 is very convenient to move.

The culture dish storage cabinet with nitrogen comprises a storage cabinet, a nitrogen transmission system and a tray guide rail support, and is characterized in that the storage cabinet is rectangular and consists of 15-26 groups of trays with the same size, the inside of each group of trays is actively provided with a culture dish, the outside of the culture dish is wrapped with an anti-skidding and anti-collision sleeve, each group of trays is placed on the tray guide rails at the two sides of the storage cabinet, the bottom of each tray guide rail is connected with the tray guide rail support, the nitrogen transmission system comprises a nitrogen storage tank, a nitrogen transmission pipe, a nitrogen nozzle and a nitrogen sensor, wherein the nitrogen storage tank is arranged at the bottom of the storage cabinet, the nitrogen nozzle is arranged inside the storage cabinet, one end of the nitrogen transmission pipe is connected with the nitrogen storage tank, the other end of the nitrogen transmission pipe is connected with the nitrogen nozzle inside the storage cabinet, the nitrogen sensor is arranged inside the storage cabinet and transmits the detected content of the nitrogen in the storage cabinet to a nitrogen controller on the nitrogen storage tank, and a nitrogen controller on the nitrogen storage tank controls the opening and closing of a valve of the nitrogen storage tank.
2. The nitrogen-bearing culture dish storage cabinet as claimed in claim 1, wherein the nitrogen controller is provided with a nitrogen threshold, wherein the nitrogen threshold is preset to be 270-390 g/m.

The nitrogen-bearing culture dish storage cabinet as claimed in claim 2, wherein the nitrogen gas sensor in the storage cabinet detects that the nitrogen gas in the cabinet is lower than a preset nitrogen gas threshold value, and the nitrogen gas controller controls the nitrogen gas storage tank valve to open.

The nitrogen-bearing culture dish storage cabinet as claimed in claim 2, wherein the nitrogen gas sensor in the storage cabinet detects that the nitrogen gas in the cabinet is equal to or higher than a preset threshold value of nitrogen gas, and the nitrogen gas controller controls the nitrogen gas storage tank valve to close.
