Based on the integrated double-sided tape provided by the foregoing embodiment, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a waterproof assembly, as shown in fig. 7.
The waterproof assembly is applied to a terminal and comprises a double-sided adhesive tape and a frame body, wherein the double-sided adhesive tape is bonded on the surface of the frame body, the double-sided adhesive tape is provided with a closed structure annularly arranged on the surface of the frame body, and the outline of the double-sided adhesive tape is matched with the outline of the surface of the frame body;
the double-sided adhesive tape comprises a first edge and a second edge, wherein the first edge and the second edge are mutually overlapped, and the adhesiveness of the mutually overlapped parts of the first edge and the second edge is activated through an external excitation source, so that the first edge and the second edge are mutually bonded and fused into a whole structure.
Wherein the unitary structure has a different surface texture than the first and second edges. The thickness of the integrated structure is smaller than the total thickness of the first side and the second side after being overlapped. Preferably, the thickness of the integral structure is equal to the thickness of the first edge, or equal to the thickness of the second edge.
Further, the double faced adhesive tape further comprises a third edge and a fourth edge, the first edge, the second edge, the third edge and the fourth edge are sequentially overlapped in an end-to-end mode, and the fourth edge is overlapped with the first edge.
Wherein the double-sided adhesive tape is a heat-sensitive adhesive tape, a photosensitive adhesive tape, a pressure-sensitive adhesive or an electric sensitive adhesive; correspondingly, the external excitation source is heating, illumination, pressure intensity or electrification.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a terminal, which comprises a shell and the waterproof assembly. The shell is bonded with the frame body through the integrated double faced adhesive tape, and the waterproof performance of the terminal is guaranteed.

Claims (17)

  1. A flashing assembly, comprising: double-sided adhesive tape and a frame body;
    the double-sided adhesive is bonded on the surface of the frame body, the double-sided adhesive is provided with a closed structure annularly arranged on the surface of the frame body, and the outline of the double-sided adhesive is matched with the outline of the surface of the frame body;
    the double-sided adhesive tape comprises a first edge and a second edge, wherein the first edge and the second edge are mutually overlapped, and the adhesiveness of the mutually overlapped parts of the first edge and the second edge is activated through an external excitation source, so that the first edge and the second edge are mutually bonded and fused into a whole structure.
  2. The flashing assembly of claim 1, wherein the unitary structure has a thickness that is less than the combined thickness of the first and second edges after overlapping.
  3. The flashing assembly of claim 2, wherein the unitary structure has a thickness equal to a thickness of the first edge or equal to a thickness of the second edge.
  4. The flashing assembly of any of claims 1-3, wherein the unitary structure has a different surface texture than the first and second edges.
  5. The flashing assembly of any of claims 1-4, wherein the double-sided tape further comprises a third edge and a fourth edge, the first edge, the second edge, the third edge, and the fourth edge overlapping the first edge in an end-to-end sequence, the fourth edge overlapping the first edge.
  6. The flashing assembly of any of claims 1-5, wherein: the double-sided adhesive tape is thermosensitive adhesive tape, photosensitive adhesive tape, pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or electric sensitive adhesive tape.
  7. The flashing assembly of any of claims 1-6, wherein the external stimulus is heat, light, pressure, or electricity.
  8. A terminal comprising a housing, and the water resistant assembly of any one of claims 1-7;
    the shell is arranged on one side of the double-sided adhesive tape, which is far away from the frame body, and is bonded with the double-sided adhesive tape.
  9. A preparation method of an integrated double-sided adhesive tape is characterized by comprising the following steps:
    the first surface of the first strip-shaped double-sided adhesive tape is opposite to the second surface of the second strip-shaped double-sided adhesive tape;
    removing the release film at the first edge of the first face and the release film at the second edge of the second face;
    overlapping the first edge-removed release film part and the second edge-removed release film part with each other;
    and activating the viscosity of the first edge and the second edge which are overlapped with each other through an external excitation source, so that the first edge of the first strip-shaped double-sided adhesive tape and the second edge of the second strip-shaped double-sided adhesive tape are bonded and fused into a whole structure.
  10. The method of claim 9, wherein the unitary structure has a thickness that is less than the combined thickness of the first and second edges after overlapping.
  11. The method according to claim 9 or 10, characterized in that the thickness of said unitary structure is equal to the thickness of said first strip of double-sided adhesive tape or to the thickness of said second strip of double-sided adhesive tape.
  12. The method of any of claims 9-11, wherein the unitary structure has a different surface texture than the first strip of double-sided adhesive and the second strip of double-sided adhesive.
  13. The method according to any one of claims 9 to 12, wherein the double-sided adhesive tape is a heat-sensitive adhesive tape, a photosensitive adhesive tape, a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or an electro-sensitive adhesive tape.
  14. The method of any one of claims 9-12, wherein the external stimulus is heat, light, pressure, or electricity.
  15. The method according to any one of claims 9-14, wherein:
    the integrated double-sided adhesive tape also comprises a third strip-shaped double-sided adhesive tape and a fourth strip-shaped double-sided adhesive tape, the head and the tail of the first strip-shaped double-sided adhesive tape, the second strip-shaped double-sided adhesive tape, the third strip-shaped double-sided adhesive tape and the fourth strip-shaped double-sided adhesive tape are sequentially overlapped, and the fourth strip-shaped double-sided adhesive tape is overlapped with the first strip-shaped double-sided adhesive tape;
    and activating the viscosity of the overlapped parts by the external excitation source so as to form a closed integrated double-sided adhesive tape.
  16. A preparation method of a waterproof terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
    providing a frame body;
    tearing off a release film on one side of the one-piece double-sided adhesive tape prepared by the method of any one of claims 9-15, which is opposite to the frame body;
    bonding the integrated double-sided adhesive to the surface of the frame body, wherein the outline of the integrated double-sided adhesive is matched with the outline of the frame body;
    providing a housing;
    tearing off a release film on one side of the integrated double-sided adhesive tape, which is far away from the frame body;
    and bonding the shell and the frame body through the integrated double-faced adhesive.
  17. A manufacturing method of a waterproof component is characterized in that:
    providing a frame, the frame surface comprising a first edge, a second edge, a third edge, and a fourth edge;
    respectively sticking a first strip-shaped double-sided adhesive tape, a second strip-shaped double-sided adhesive tape, a third strip-shaped double-sided adhesive tape and a fourth strip-shaped double-sided adhesive tape to the first edge, the second edge, the third edge and the fourth edge of the surface of the frame body;
    the first strip-shaped double-sided adhesive tape, the second strip-shaped double-sided adhesive tape, the third strip-shaped double-sided adhesive tape and the fourth strip-shaped double-sided adhesive tape are overlapped end to end;
    and activating the viscosity of the overlapped parts of the first strip-shaped double-sided adhesive tape, the second strip-shaped double-sided adhesive tape, the third strip-shaped double-sided adhesive tape and the fourth strip-shaped double-sided adhesive tape by an external excitation source, so that the overlapped parts of the first strip-shaped double-sided adhesive tape, the second strip-shaped double-sided adhesive tape, the third strip-shaped double-sided adhesive tape and the fourth strip-shaped double-sided adhesive tape are mutually bonded and fused into the integrated double-sided adhesive tape.
