Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the application.
In one embodiment, an information display control device of an information display lamp is provided, and the information display lamp can be an emergency lamp or the like. As shown in fig. 1, the information display control device includes a row scan controller 110, a row scan driving circuit 120, and a column control circuit 130, where the row scan controller 110 is connected to the row scan driving circuit 120, the row scan driving circuit 120 is used to connect to a display lamp array 210 of the information display lamp, and the column control circuit 130 is used to connect to the display lamp array 210. The line scan controller 110 is used for controlling the line scan driving circuit 120 to output a scan signal to the display lamp array 210, so as to scan the display lamp array 210. The column control circuit 130 is configured to control the display lamp array 210 to display corresponding information according to the stored data in the current memory, and control the display lamp array 210 to display corresponding information according to the stored data in the next memory when detecting that the preset display information switching condition is met.
Specifically, when the display lamp array 210 of the information display lamp needs to be controlled to be lighted for information guiding, the row scan controller 110 outputs a control instruction to the row scan driving circuit 120 to control the row scan driving circuit 120 to output a scan signal to scan the display lamp array 210, and the column control circuit 130 controls the on/off of the display lamps in the display lamp array 210 in combination with the scan signal output by the row scan driving circuit 120, so as to control the display lamp array 210 to display corresponding information. When the scanning signal outputted from the row scanning driving circuit 120 scans the display lamps of a certain row, the column control circuit 130 causes all or part of the display lamps of the row being scanned to be turned on. After the whole display lamp array 210 is scanned, corresponding information such as characters or patterns can be displayed on the display lamp array 210, so that people can be guided to escape.
The column control circuit 130 may divide a plurality of memory spaces in advance for storing screen filling data, each memory space corresponds to a pair of data of display contents, and the memory space without data is used as an idle buffer area for buffering new screen filling data when the display screen is required to be switched subsequently. Further, a memory tag may be set for each memory space to determine the order of use of each memory space. In one embodiment, when the column control circuit 130 detects that the preset display information switching condition is met, the column control circuit writes the data related to the content to be displayed into the next memory according to the preset memory tag, and controls the display lamp array 210 to display the corresponding information according to the stored data in the next memory. After the display lamp array 210 is controlled to display information according to the data of a certain memory space, if the display information switching condition is detected to be met, the column control circuit 130 generates new screen filling data to be filled into the next free memory space, and then the content of the display lamp array 210 is pointed to the new memory space through the pointer, so that the switching of display pictures is realized. It should be understood that, in other embodiments, the column control circuit 130 may store related data in different memory spaces in advance, and may control the display lamp array 210 to display corresponding information directly according to the data in the next memory space when the display screen is required to be switched.
The specific content of the display information switching condition is not exclusive, and in one embodiment, the display information switching condition includes receiving an information switching instruction. Specifically, the operator can perform switching control of the display screen by sending an information switching instruction to the column control circuit 130. When the information display lamp switching display content needs to be controlled, an operator can send an information switching instruction to the column control circuit 130 through the control terminal so as to control the information display lamp switching display content. An operator can send instructions according to actual demands to adjust the display pictures of the control information display lamp, and the operation is simple, convenient and quick.
Further, the control terminals and the column control circuit 130 may communicate by wired or wireless means. In one embodiment, the information display control apparatus further includes a wireless communication device connected to the column control circuit 130, and the column control circuit 130 receives an information switching instruction transmitted from the control terminal through the wireless communication device. The display picture of the information display lamp is controlled to be switched in a wireless mode, so that the operation convenience is further improved.
In another embodiment, the display information switching condition includes that the display time of the content currently displayed by the display lamp array 210 reaches a preset threshold. The specific value of the preset threshold is not unique, and can be set according to actual conditions. When the current display content of the display lamp array 210 reaches the set duration, the column control circuit 130 automatically controls the display lamp array 210 to switch the display pictures, so that manual participation is not needed, and the operation is simple, convenient and reliable.
In one embodiment, when the line scan controller 110 detects that the preset emergency condition is met, the line scan driving circuit 120 is controlled to output a scan signal to the display lamp array 210 according to a preset line scan period, so as to scan the display lamp array 210; and is further configured to control the row scanning driving circuit to adjust the duty ratio of the scanning signal in the row scanning period to reduce the brightness of the display lamp array 210 when the preset power-saving lighting condition is detected.
Specifically, a control command is output to the line scan driving circuit 120 through the line scan controller 110 to control the line scan driving circuit 120 to scan the display lamp array 210 according to a preset line scan period, and the duty ratio of the scan signal in the scan period is adjusted according to the detected condition to change the brightness of the display lamp array 210. The line scanning period refers to a scanning period of each line of display lamps in the display lamp array 210, and the specific value is not unique and can be adjusted according to practical situations. The scan signal is transmitted to the display lamp array 210 during the line scan period, and the lighting time of the display lamp array 210 is controlled in conjunction with the duty cycle adjustment, thereby achieving the brightness adjustment.
The adjustment of the duty ratio of the scanning signal in the line scanning period to reduce the brightness of the display lamp array 210 means that the level control is performed on the output scanning signal to reduce the proportion of the lighting level of the display lamp corresponding to the line in the scanning period to the whole scanning period, so that the lighting duration of each line of display lamp in the scanning period is reduced, and the brightness of the display lamp array 210 is reduced. The scan signal output by the line scan driving circuit 120 may specifically be a signal for controlling the display lamp to be turned on at a high level and controlling the display lamp to be turned off at a low level; the display lamp may be controlled to be turned on at a low level and turned off at a high level. In one embodiment, the line scan controller 110 controls the line scan driving circuit 120 to output a low level for a line scan period to illuminate the display lamps when a preset emergency condition is detected, i.e., controls the display lamps to illuminate for the entire scan period in an emergency mode to highlight the display lamp array 210. When the line scan controller 110 detects that the preset power saving lighting condition is met, the line scan driving circuit 120 is controlled to reduce the proportion of the low level in the scan period, so that the brightness of the display lamp array 210 is reduced in the power saving lighting mode, and energy is saved.
By controlling the duty ratio of the scanning signal in the scanning period, the display lamp array 210 has different display brightness under the emergency condition and the power-saving lighting condition, so that the brightness of the display lamp array 210 is adjusted, the information display lamp has display brightness change under different conditions, the indication effect is more obvious, and the use reliability is further improved.
The specific contents of the emergency condition and the power-saving lighting condition are not unique, and can be set according to actual requirements. In one embodiment, the emergency condition includes receipt of an emergency control command and the power saving lighting condition includes receipt of a power saving control command. Specifically, the operator may switch modes of the information display lamp by sending a control command to the line scan controller 110. When it is desired to control the information display light fixture to enter the emergency mode, an operator may send an emergency control command to the line scan controller 110 via the control terminal to control the information display light fixture to enter the emergency mode, and the display light array 210 is highlighted. When the information display lamp needs to be controlled to enter the power-saving lighting mode, an operator can send a power-saving control command to the line scanning controller 110 through the control terminal so as to control the information display lamp to enter the power-saving lighting mode and reduce the brightness of the display lamp array 210. An operator can send corresponding control instructions according to actual demands to adjust the mode of the control information display lamp, and the operation is simple, convenient and quick.
Further, the control terminal and the line scan controller 110 may also communicate in a wired or wireless manner. In one embodiment, the line scan controller 110 is connected to a wireless communication device, and the line scan controller 110 receives a control command sent by a control terminal through the wireless communication device. The mode of the information display lamp is controlled in a wireless mode, so that the operation convenience is further improved.
In another embodiment, the emergency condition includes detecting a power supply network outage and the power saving lighting condition includes detecting that the power supply network outage is not powered off. Specifically, the line scan controller 110 may be connected to a power supply network, which may be powered down when an emergency such as a fire, an earthquake, or the like occurs. When the power supply network is detected to be powered off, the control information display lamp enters an emergency mode, the display lamp array 210 is highlighted, and escape guidance is provided for people. When the power supply network is normal, the information display lamp can be controlled to be in a power-saving lighting mode, so that energy consumption is reduced, and the indication effect of the information display lamp can be improved through brightness change in different modes.
In the embodiment, the mode of the information display lamp is switched directly according to the power supply state of the power supply network, so that the information display lamp has the function of displaying brightness change under different conditions, and is switched to be highlighted in time under emergency conditions to provide guidance for people, and the operation is more reliable.
In another embodiment, the contingency condition includes the detected ambient temperature being less than a preset temperature threshold, and the power saving lighting condition includes the detected ambient temperature being greater than or equal to the preset temperature threshold. The specific value of the preset temperature threshold is not unique either, specifically, the information display control device may include a temperature sensor connected to the line scan controller 110, detect the ambient temperature where the information display lamp is located through the temperature sensor, generate an induction signal, send the induction signal to the line scan controller 110, and the line scan controller 110 obtains the ambient temperature according to the induction signal. When the ambient temperature is less than the preset temperature threshold, then it may be considered at night, and the line scan controller 110 controls the information display light fixture to enter the emergency mode, the display light array 210 being highlighted so that the information displayed by the information display light fixture is seen by a person. When the ambient temperature is less than or equal to the preset temperature threshold, the line scan controller 110 can be considered to be in the daytime, and the information display lamp is controlled to be in the power-saving lighting mode, so that the energy consumption is reduced.
In this embodiment, the mode is switched by sensing the environmental information of the information display lamp, so that the display mode is automatically switched according to the environment, and the operation reliability of the information display lamp can be improved.
When the information display lamp is in different modes, the line scanning controller 110 controls the line scanning driving circuit 120 to output scanning signals to scan the display lamp array 210. The specific manner of scanning the array of display lamps 210 is not one and may be progressive or interlaced. In one embodiment, the line scan controller 110 controls the line scan driving circuit 120 to perform interlaced scan on the display lamp array 210, so as to ensure a better display effect of the display lamp array 210.
The specific manner in which the row scan controller 110 controls the row scan driving circuit 120 to adjust the duty cycle of the scan signal during the row scan period is also not unique when it is desired to control the information display light fixture to enter the power saving lighting mode. In one embodiment, the line scan controller 110 controls the line scan driving circuit 120 to adjust the duty ratio of the scan signal in the line scan period according to a preset power saving brightness threshold when it detects that the preset power saving lighting condition is met. The specific value of the power saving brightness threshold is also not unique, and in one embodiment, the power saving brightness threshold may be set to one fifth of the brightness of the information display luminaire when it is highlighted in the emergency mode. Specifically, the line scan controller 110 can control the low level of the scan signal outputted from the line scan driving circuit 120 to occupy one fifth of the whole scan period, so that each line of the display lamps of the display lamp array 210 is only turned on for one fifth of the scan period, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing the brightness of the display lamp array 210. Further, in the present embodiment, the scanning signal outputted from the line scanning driving circuit 120 is at a low level for a period of one fifth of the scanning period from the start time of the scanning period. The display control is simple and reliable by controlling each row of display lamps to be lighted in the initial time period of the display period.
Further, in one embodiment, the line scan controller 110 is further configured to receive a brightness threshold adjustment command, and adjust the power saving brightness threshold according to the brightness threshold adjustment command. Similarly, an operator can also send a brightness threshold adjustment instruction to the line scanning controller 110 through the control terminal to adjust the saved power saving brightness threshold, so that the operator can change the display brightness of the information display lamp in the power saving lighting mode according to actual requirements, and the use convenience of the information display lamp is improved.
In addition, as shown in fig. 2, the number of the row scan controller 110, the row scan driving circuit 120, and the column control circuit 130 is not unique, and may be one, or two or more, and specifically, may be adjusted according to the number of the display lamps in the display lamp array 210. It will be appreciated that the specific type and configuration of the row scan controller 110, the row scan driver circuit 120, and the column control circuit 130 are not unique, and that the row scan controller 110 employs the control chip IC8 as shown in fig. 3. Specifically, the control chip IC8 may be a serial-in-parallel-out chip of model number 74HC 595. In one embodiment, the row scan driving circuit 120 includes two or more row driving units, each of which is connected to the row scan controller 110 and each of which is connected to a display lamp of a corresponding row in the display lamp array 210. The particular type of display light array 210 is also not exclusive, and in one embodiment, display light array 210 is a matrix of LEDs (Light Emitting Diode, light emitting diodes).
The types and the number of the row driving units are not unique, and as shown in fig. 3, the row driving units may include a driving chip IC7, a driving chip IC9, a driving chip IC10, and a driving chip IC11 in particular. Each driving chip is connected with the control chip IC8, and each driving chip is respectively connected with two rows of LED lamps in the LED matrix. In this embodiment, the driving chip may be a chip with a model number 4953, and the ports led_row1-led_row8 are respectively connected to a corresponding ROW of LED lamps. Further, as shown in fig. 4, the column control circuit 130 includes a chip IC1 and peripheral circuits, and the chip IC1 connects the display lamp array 210 and the peripheral circuits. Specifically, the chip IC1 is connected to the LED matrix and receives an external signal through a peripheral circuit. In this embodiment, the chip IC1 may specifically be a chip with a model MB15043, and the ports led_g1-led_g16 are respectively connected to a corresponding column of LED lamps in the LED matrix. At this time, the LED matrix is designed as an 8-row 16-column matrix, each row and each column is connected to a corresponding port, and brightness and display information of the LED matrix are controlled by cooperation of the row scan controller 110, the row scan driving circuit 120 and the column control circuit 130.
It will be appreciated that the LED matrix is not limited to a matrix designed in 8 rows and 16 columns, and as shown in fig. 5, the LED matrix is a small matrix of 4X4, and is composed of LED lamps D28-D31, LED lamps D63-D66, LED lamps D98-D101, and LED lamps D133-D136. The ROWs of the LED matrix are connected to the ROW scan driving circuit 120 through ports led_row1-led_row4, and the columns of the LED matrix are connected to the column control circuit 130 through ports led_g1-led_g4. The 4X4 small matrix control steps are as follows:
the voltage of LED_ROW1 is powered on by 5V, and simultaneously, the voltage of LED_ROW2, LED_ROW3 and LED_ROW4 are 0; the data needed for the first row is sent to led_g1, led_g2, led_g3, led_g4.
The LED_ROW2 voltage is powered up by 5V, while the LED_ROW1, LED_ROW3 and LED_ROW4 are 0; the data needed for the second row is sent to led_g1, led_g2, led_g3, led_g4.
The LED_ROW3 voltage is powered up by 5V, while the LED_ROW1, LED_ROW2 and LED_ROW4 are 0; the data needed for the third row is sent to led_g1, led_g2, led_g3, led_g4.
The LED_ROW4 voltage is powered up by 5V, while the LED_ROW1, LED_ROW2 and LED_ROW3 are 0; the data needed for the fourth row is sent to led_g1, led_g2, led_g3, led_g4.
For the whole LED matrix, the on-off of each row is controlled through the 74HC595 chip which is connected in series and out, so that the whole screen is scanned. To achieve good results, each scan line is interlaced. For example, row1, 3,5,7,9.. . . Scanning and then for rows 2,4,6,8,10.. . . Scanning is performed. The 74HC595 chip adopts a mode of scanning timing interruption when scanning lines, the interruption time is 100us, and a schematic diagram of the scanning timing interruption is shown in fig. 6.
The screen data switching principle of the LED matrix is specifically as follows:
one display picture of the LED matrix corresponds to one memory area, and each bit in the memory corresponds to one light emitting diode on the LED matrix; when the memory is 1, the corresponding point of the LED matrix is lighted. As shown in fig. 7, the memory area corresponding to the black dot is 1. Every 8 points are saved by one byte, 16x64 points in the figure, 128 bytes are needed to save the integrity. When the display picture is switched, 128 memory spaces are additionally allocated, the content to be displayed is filled in the corresponding bytes of the new memory, then the content of the LED matrix is pointed to the new memory space, and the switching of the display content can be realized by combining data high-speed serial-in and parallel-out hardware. The control principle diagram of the information display control device is shown in fig. 8, and when the need of screen cutting is detected, new screen data is generated and copied to the idle buffer area. And switching the display to a buffer area with newly filled data, automatically updating the display data through the control of a scanning program, and then entering a switching flow again to prepare for the next screen cutting.
In the information display control device of the information display lamp, the line scan controller 110 controls the line scan driving circuit 120 to output a scan signal to the display lamp array 210 for scanning. The column control circuit 130 controls the display lamp array 210 to display corresponding information according to the stored data in the current memory, and controls the display lamp array 210 to display corresponding information according to the stored data in the next memory when detecting that the preset display information switching condition is met. When the display information switching condition is detected to be met, the content displayed by the display lamp array 210 is automatically switched, so that the information display lamp has a display content switching function, the indication effect is better, and the use reliability is improved.
In one embodiment, an information display control method of an information display lamp is provided, where the information display lamp may be an emergency lamp. As shown in fig. 9, the method includes:
step S110: and outputting a scanning signal to a display lamp array of the information display lamp, and scanning the display lamp array.
Specifically, when the display lamp array of the information display lamp needs to be controlled to be lighted for information guiding, a control instruction can be output to the line scanning driving circuit through the line scanning controller so as to control the line scanning driving circuit to output a scanning signal to scan the display lamp array.
In one embodiment, step S110 includes: when the condition meeting the preset emergency condition is detected, controlling a line scanning driving circuit to output a scanning signal to the display lamp array according to a preset line scanning period, and scanning the display lamp array; when the condition meeting the preset power-saving lighting condition is detected, the line scanning driving circuit is controlled to adjust the duty ratio of the scanning signal in the line scanning period so as to reduce the brightness of the display lamp array.
The specific contents of the emergency condition and the power-saving lighting condition are not unique, and can be set according to actual requirements. In one embodiment, the emergency condition includes receipt of an emergency control command and the power saving lighting condition includes receipt of a power saving control command. In another embodiment, the emergency condition includes detecting a power supply network outage and the power saving lighting condition includes detecting that the power supply network outage is not powered off. In another embodiment, the contingency condition includes the detected ambient temperature being less than a preset temperature threshold, and the power saving lighting condition includes the detected ambient temperature being greater than or equal to the preset temperature threshold.
When the information display lamp is in different modes, scanning signals are output to scan the display lamp array. The specific manner of scanning the array of display lamps is not one, and may be progressive or interlaced. In one embodiment, the line scanning controller controls the line scanning driving circuit to perform interlaced scanning on the display lamp array, so that the display lamp array is guaranteed to have a better display effect.
When the information display lamp needs to be controlled to enter the power-saving lighting mode, a specific mode that the line scanning controller controls the line scanning driving circuit to adjust the duty ratio of the scanning signal in the line scanning period is not unique. In one embodiment, when detecting that the preset power-saving lighting condition is met, controlling the line scanning driving circuit to adjust the duty ratio of the scanning signal in the line scanning period includes: when the condition meeting the preset power-saving lighting condition is detected, the line scanning driving circuit is controlled according to the preset power-saving brightness threshold value to adjust the duty ratio of the scanning signal in the line scanning period. The specific value of the power saving brightness threshold is also not unique, and in one embodiment, the power saving brightness threshold may be set to one fifth of the brightness of the information display luminaire when it is highlighted in the emergency mode. Further, in one embodiment, after controlling the line scan driving circuit to adjust the duty ratio of the scan signal in the line scan period according to the preset power saving luminance threshold, the method may further include a step of receiving a luminance threshold adjustment command, and adjusting the power saving luminance threshold according to the luminance threshold adjustment command.
Step S120: and controlling the display lamp array to display corresponding information according to the stored data in the current memory.
Correspondingly, the on/off of the display lamps in the display lamp array can be controlled by combining the scanning signals output by the column control circuit and the row scanning driving circuit, so that the display lamp array is controlled to display corresponding information. When the scanning signal output by the line scanning driving circuit scans the display lamps of a certain line, the column control circuit enables all or part of the display lamps of the line being scanned to be lighted. After the whole display lamp array is scanned, corresponding information such as characters or patterns can be displayed on the display lamp array, so that people can be guided to escape.
Step S130: when the condition meeting the preset display information switching condition is detected, the display lamp array is controlled to display corresponding information according to the storage data in the next memory.
The column control circuit may divide a plurality of memory spaces in advance for storing screen filling data, each memory space corresponding to a pair of data of display contents, and the memory space storing no data is used as an idle buffer area for buffering new screen filling data when the display screen is required to be switched subsequently. Further, a memory tag may be set for each memory space to determine the order of use of each memory space. In one embodiment, step S130 includes: when the condition meeting the preset display information switching condition is detected, writing the data related to the content to be displayed into the next memory according to the preset memory tag, and controlling the display lamp array to display the corresponding information according to the stored data in the next memory. After the display lamp array is controlled to display information according to the data of a certain memory space, if the display information switching condition is detected to be met, the column control circuit generates new screen filling data to be filled into the next free memory space, and then the content of the display lamp array is pointed to the new memory space to realize the switching of display pictures.
