s3: and transmitting the video data packet to at least one second device according to a preset transmission mode.
In one embodiment of the invention, the first device is a camera, and the camera is connected with the mobile terminal in a wired or wireless mode. The camera can be fixed at a certain position of a user, for example, clamped on clothes, so that the camera is convenient for the user to carry. When the camera is in wired connection with the mobile terminal, no additional power supply equipment is needed, and only a small current needs to be provided by the mobile terminal; when the camera is wirelessly connected with the mobile terminal, the camera can be pre-charged or the camera itself has a battery. The camera may be charged by wire or wirelessly. When the camera is wirelessly connected with the mobile terminal, the camera can be connected through Bluetooth, WIFI or 2.4G, and it can be understood that the camera and the mobile terminal are both used by a user within a certain distance range regardless of wired connection or wireless connection between the camera and the mobile terminal. The first equipment at the position adopts the idea of being separated from the mobile terminal, is controlled by the mobile terminal, liberates the hands of a user, and can fix the small first equipment to obtain the video.
The mobile terminal is wirelessly connected with the second device. The mobile terminal of the present invention runs a client program for implementing the present invention, where the client program is an APP, a wechat applet or a pay baby applet, and the mobile terminal is also called User Equipment (UE). Such as a handheld device, a vehicle-mounted device, etc., having a wireless connection function. Common terminals include, for example: a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palm computer, a Mobile Internet Device (MID), a wearable device, and the like. The mobile terminal can control the camera through the processor. In order to save the electric quantity of the mobile terminal, the client program can be awakened through voice or Bluetooth under the condition that the mobile terminal is not awakened, namely the mobile terminal is in a black screen state. The second device is used for transferring the storage pressure of the mobile terminal and facilitating the sharing of the video by the user.
In one embodiment of the invention, the mobile terminal transmits the video data packet to at least one remote storage device through a first transmission path in real time or with a preset delay time, and the remote storage device is used for storing the video data packet. In an embodiment of the present invention, the remote storage device may be a cloud, and the cloud includes a server, a server cluster, a dedicated router, a wireless modem, or a relay station. Other forms of remote storage are possible. Specifically, when the mobile terminal transmits the video data packet to the remote storage device for storage in real time, the specific transmission mode may be transmission through a mobile signal of the mobile terminal, such as 4G or 5G, or wifi transmission. Therefore, the mobile terminal can send the video data packet which is not urgent to the far-end storage device after delaying; transmission of urgent video data packets is performed. Other users can download the video data packet through the permission cloud end storage device. The authority is set by a user of the mobile terminal during uploading, for example, by establishing an access authority list, other users in the authority list can access the authority list, or an access password is generated, and the access password can be a two-dimensional code or a character string which is sent to other users who want to share the authority list, or any authority is not set for all users to access. The remote storage device may also be a mobile terminal of another user, such as a mobile phone, a computer, etc. Namely, the user who obtains the video is the first user, the first user obtains the video through the first device of the invention, and the video data packet is transmitted to the mobile terminal of at least one second user through the first mobile terminal.
