Optionally, the screening unit is further configured to screen out the target shared network that meets a data traffic sharing condition from the network shared cluster information.
Optionally, the screening unit is further configured to screen out the to-be-shared network whose data traffic meets a second traffic threshold from the network sharing cluster information; and/or screening the network to be shared with the network quality meeting the second network quality from the network sharing cluster information.
Optionally, the terminal further includes: the device comprises a building unit, a dividing unit and a data transmission unit;
the establishing unit is used for respectively establishing at least one data channel between the terminal and the target sharing network;
the determining unit 11 is further configured to determine a target data traffic required for transmitting data to be transmitted;
the dividing unit is configured to divide the target traffic into at least one data traffic corresponding to the at least one data channel, where the at least one data channel and the at least one data traffic are in one-to-one correspondence;
the data transmission unit is configured to respectively consume at least one corresponding data traffic in the at least one data channel to transmit the data to be transmitted of the terminal;
and carrying out data aggregation on the data to be transmitted after transmission is finished so as to realize the process of carrying out network acceleration on the terminal.
Optionally, the terminal further includes: a detection unit and an exit unit;
the detection unit is used for detecting a first distance between the terminal and a central position of the network sharing cluster when a detection time arrives, wherein the central position of the network sharing cluster is determined by the plurality of network sharing terminals;
the exit unit is configured to exit the network sharing cluster when the first distance is greater than a distance threshold.
According to the terminal provided by the embodiment of the application, when the terminal meets the network sharing condition, the network sharing cluster information where the terminal is located is obtained, the network sharing cluster comprises a plurality of network sharing terminals, and the plurality of network sharing terminals share mobile data transmission; determining a target sharing network according to the network sharing cluster information; and carrying out network acceleration on the terminal by connecting the target shared network. Therefore, according to the terminal provided by the embodiment, the terminal detects the current network in real time, and when the current network meets the network sharing condition, the terminal performs network acceleration on the terminal through the target sharing network in the network sharing cluster where the terminal is connected, so that the network quality of the terminal at the current position can be improved, and the network experience of a user is further improved.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a composition structure of a terminal 1 according to an embodiment of the present application, in practical application, based on the same disclosure concept of the foregoing embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the terminal 1 according to the present embodiment includes: a processor 13, a memory 14, and a communication bus 15.
In a Specific embodiment, the acquiring unit 10, the determining unit 11, the network accelerating unit 12, the starting unit, the setting unit, the creating unit, the screening unit, the establishing unit, the dividing unit, the data transmitting unit, the detecting unit and the exiting unit may be implemented by a processor 13 located on the terminal 1, and the processor 13 may be at least one of an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), a Digital Signal Processing Device (DSPD), a Programmable Logic image Processing Device (PLD), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), a CPU, a controller, a microcontroller and a microprocessor. It is understood that the electronic device for implementing the above-mentioned processor function may be other devices, and the embodiment is not limited in particular.
In the embodiment of the present application, the communication bus 15 is used for realizing connection communication between the processor 13 and the memory 14; the processor 13 described above implements the following network acceleration method when executing the execution program stored in the memory 14:
when the terminal meets a network sharing condition, acquiring network sharing cluster information of the terminal, wherein the network sharing cluster comprises a plurality of network sharing terminals which share mobile data transmission; determining a target sharing network according to the network sharing cluster information; and performing network acceleration on the terminal by connecting the target sharing network.
In the above method, the processor 13 is further configured to obtain the network sharing cluster information where the terminal is located if the current network quality is lower than a first network quality threshold; and/or if the data traffic is lower than a first traffic threshold, acquiring the network sharing cluster information where the terminal is located.
In the above method, the processor 13 is further configured to start a personal hotspot of the terminal, and set first authentication information for the personal hotspot; when the received second authentication information is matched with the first authentication information, determining a first terminal and the terminal corresponding to the second authentication information as the network sharing terminal, wherein the first terminal is in the personal hotspot coverage range of the terminal; and establishing the network sharing cluster by utilizing the first terminal and the terminal.
In the above method, the processor 13 is further configured to screen out a second terminal with the highest network quality from the network sharing terminals; and determining the second terminal as a network management terminal in the network sharing cluster, and adding and/or deleting the network sharing terminal by the network management terminal.
In the above method, the processor 13 is further configured to screen out the target shared network that meets a data traffic sharing condition from the network shared cluster information.
In the above method, the processor 13 is further configured to screen out the to-be-shared network whose data traffic meets a second traffic threshold from the network sharing cluster information; and/or screening the network to be shared with the network quality meeting the second network quality from the network sharing cluster information.
In the above method, the processor 13 is further configured to establish at least one data channel between the terminal and the target shared network respectively; determining target data flow required by transmitting data to be transmitted; dividing the target traffic into at least one data traffic corresponding to the at least one data channel, wherein the at least one data channel corresponds to the at least one data traffic one to one; in the at least one data channel, respectively consuming at least one corresponding data flow to transmit the data to be transmitted of the terminal; and carrying out data aggregation on the data to be transmitted after transmission is finished so as to realize the process of carrying out network acceleration on the terminal.
In the above method, the processor 13 is further configured to detect a first distance from the terminal to a central position of the tethering cluster when the detection time arrives, the central position of the tethering cluster being determined by the plurality of tethering terminals; and when the first distance is larger than a distance threshold value, exiting the network sharing cluster.
The embodiment of the present application provides a storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer readable storage medium stores one or more programs, and the one or more programs are executable by one or more processors and applied to a terminal, and the computer program implements the network acceleration method according to the first embodiment.
It should be noted that, in this document, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that the method of the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but in many cases, the former is a better implementation manner. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present disclosure may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (e.g., ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling an image display device (e.g., a mobile phone, a computer, a server, an air conditioner, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present disclosure.

Claims (11)

1. A network acceleration method is applied to a terminal, and comprises the following steps:
when the terminal meets a network sharing condition, acquiring network sharing cluster information of the terminal, wherein the network sharing cluster comprises a plurality of network sharing terminals which share mobile data transmission;
determining a target sharing network according to the network sharing cluster information;
and performing network acceleration on the terminal by connecting the target sharing network.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining network sharing cluster information where the terminal is located when the terminal satisfies the network sharing condition includes:
if the current network quality is lower than a first network quality threshold value, acquiring the network sharing cluster information where the terminal is located;
and/or if the data traffic is lower than a first traffic threshold, acquiring the network sharing cluster information where the terminal is located.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein before the obtaining of the network sharing cluster information where the terminal is located when the terminal satisfies the network sharing condition, the method further comprises:
starting a personal hotspot of the terminal, and setting first authentication information for the personal hotspot;
when the received second authentication information is matched with the first authentication information, determining a first terminal and the terminal corresponding to the second authentication information as the network sharing terminal, wherein the first terminal is in the personal hotspot coverage range of the terminal;
and establishing the network sharing cluster by utilizing the first terminal and the terminal.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein after the creating the tethering cluster with the first terminal and the terminal, the method further comprises:
screening out a second terminal with the highest network quality from the network sharing terminals;
and determining the second terminal as a network management terminal in the network sharing cluster, and adding and/or deleting the network sharing terminal by the network management terminal.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining a target shared network according to the network sharing cluster information comprises:
and screening the target sharing network meeting the data traffic sharing condition from the network sharing cluster information.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the screening out the target sharing network satisfying a data traffic sharing condition from the network sharing cluster information comprises:
screening out the network to be shared with data flow meeting a second flow threshold value from the network sharing cluster information;
and/or screening the network to be shared with the network quality meeting the second network quality from the network sharing cluster information.
7. The method according to claim 1, wherein the network accelerating the terminal by connecting the target shared network comprises:
respectively establishing at least one data channel between the terminal and the target shared network;
determining target data flow required by transmitting data to be transmitted;
dividing the target traffic into at least one data traffic corresponding to the at least one data channel, wherein the at least one data channel corresponds to the at least one data traffic one to one;
in the at least one data channel, respectively consuming at least one corresponding data flow to transmit the data to be transmitted of the terminal;
and carrying out data aggregation on the data to be transmitted after transmission is finished so as to realize the process of carrying out network acceleration on the terminal.
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
detecting a first distance of the terminal from a central position of the tethering cluster when the detection time arrives, the central position of the tethering cluster being determined by the plurality of tethering terminals;
and when the first distance is larger than a distance threshold value, exiting the network sharing cluster.
9. A terminal, characterized in that the terminal comprises:
the terminal comprises an acquisition unit, a transmission unit and a processing unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring network sharing cluster information of the terminal when the terminal meets a network sharing condition, the network sharing cluster comprises a plurality of network sharing terminals, and the plurality of network sharing terminals share mobile data transmission;
the determining unit is used for determining a target shared network according to the network shared cluster information;
and the network acceleration unit is used for performing network acceleration on the terminal by connecting the target sharing network.
10. A terminal, characterized in that the terminal comprises: a processor, a memory, and a communication bus; the processor, when executing the execution program stored in the memory, implements the method of any of claims 1-8.
11. A storage medium on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
