In this embodiment, the online operation and maintenance center hosts a plurality of operation and maintenance service providers. And an operation and maintenance service provider will generally provide various types of operation and maintenance tools. And the online operation and maintenance center integrates the types of the operation and maintenance tools provided by each operation and maintenance service provider, namely, counts all types of the operation and maintenance tools provided by the operation and maintenance service provider which are resident in the operation and maintenance center, and forms a list corresponding to the types of the operation and maintenance tools. The online operation and maintenance center then sends the list to the local operation and maintenance center in each local server. After logging in the local operation and maintenance center, the user can check the list of the types of the operation and maintenance tools, so that the operation and maintenance tools of the type of interest are subscribed, and the local operation and maintenance center sends the type of the operation and maintenance tool subscribed by the user to the online operation and maintenance center, so that the online operation and maintenance center records the local server corresponding to the type of the subscribed operation and maintenance tool to the user.
When an operation and maintenance service provider issues an operation and maintenance tool in an online operation and maintenance center or updates the operation and maintenance tool, the online service center determines the type of the updated operation and maintenance, searches records to determine a local server corresponding to the type, and accordingly determines the local server as a target local server.
In the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, the online server determines the type of the updated operation and maintenance tool, determines a local server subscribed to the type as a target local server, and sends the update information to the target local server, so that a user subscribed to the type of the updated operation and maintenance tool timely updates the operation and maintenance tool.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a fourth embodiment of the update method of the operation tool according to the present invention, based on the first embodiment, the step S30 includes:
step S35, determining a target user designated by the updated operation tool;
and step S36, determining the local server corresponding to the target user as a target local server.
In this embodiment, when the operation and maintenance service provider updates the operation and maintenance in the online operation and maintenance center, the user corresponding to the updated operation and maintenance tool can be designated, and it can be understood that the operation and maintenance tool updated by the operation and maintenance service provider is a private operation and maintenance tool, that is, the operation and maintenance service provider customizes the dedicated operation and maintenance tool for the user. When the operation and maintenance service provider provides configuration information for the online operation and maintenance center, the operation and maintenance configuration information comprises users appointed by the operation and maintenance service provider, and the users can be users subscribed to the operation and maintenance service provider or paid and paid for.
The online server determines the target user specified by the updated operation and maintenance tool, so that the local server corresponding to the target user is determined as the target local server.
In the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, the online server determines the target user specified by the updated operation and maintenance, so that the update information is sent to the local server corresponding to the target user, and the private operation and maintenance tool is updated.

in step S39, when the updated operation tool is a private operation tool, the target user specified by the updated operation tool is determined, and the local server corresponding to the target user is determined as the target local server.
In this embodiment, the updated operation tools are classified into public operation tools and private operation tools. When the operation and maintenance service provider issues or updates the operation and maintenance tool, the operation and maintenance tool type is set, namely the updated operation and maintenance tool is set to be a public operation and maintenance tool or a private operation and maintenance tool. The type of setting is carried by the configuration information.
After determining the updated operation tool, the online server determines the type of the updated operation tool. If the updated operation and maintenance tool is a public operation and maintenance tool, determining the local server corresponding to each user associated with the online server as a target local server, namely sending operation and maintenance update information to all the local servers. If the updated operation tool is a private operation tool, determining a target user designated by the updated operation tool, and determining a local server corresponding to the target user as a target local server.
In the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, the online server determines the type of the updated operation and maintenance tool, and determines the target local server according to different types of operation and maintenance, so that the intelligent degree of the online server is higher.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a sixth embodiment of a method for updating an operation tool according to the present invention, and before the step of determining an updated operation tool according to any one of the first to fifth embodiments, the method further includes:
step S50, receiving a proxy server request sent by a local server, and determining a target operation and maintenance server of the proxy server request proxy according to the proxy server request;
step S60, the proxy maintenance request is sent to a target terminal corresponding to a target operation maintenance service provider, wherein the target terminal generates an access key according to the proxy maintenance rights in the proxy maintenance request and sends the access key to the online server;
and step S70, receiving an access key sent by the target terminal, and sending the access key to the local server so that the local server can perform data interaction corresponding to the proxy maintenance right with the target terminal based on the access key.
In this embodiment, the operation and maintenance service provider can also provide an agent service for the local server. Specifically, the local operation and maintenance center can access the internet to communicate with the online operation and maintenance center, and acquire an operation and maintenance service provider list provided by the online operation and maintenance center. The list of operation and maintenance service providers contains various operation and maintenance service provider information including, but not limited to, company name, company introduction, contact, operation license, scene and case, and company capability. And the user selects a target operation and maintenance service provider to perform the maintenance service according to the self condition and the information of the operation and maintenance service provider.
After selecting the target operation and maintenance service provider, the user can generate an operation and maintenance request based on the local server and send the operation and maintenance request to an online operation and maintenance center in the online server. The agent request contains the target operation and maintenance service provider and the authority authorized to the agent of the target operation and maintenance service provider, wherein the authority comprises but is not limited to monitoring alarm, configuration management, inspection system, resource prediction, report data and large screen data.
The online server analyzes the dimension substitution request to determine a target dimension service provider of the local server requesting dimension substitution according to the dimension substitution request, and accordingly the dimension substitution request is sent to a target terminal corresponding to the target dimension service provider. The target terminal analyzes the proxy request to obtain the proxy authority, so that an access key is generated according to the proxy authority. The Access keys are Key pairs, access Key ID and Access Key Secret, respectively. The target terminal transmits the access key to the online server so that the online server transmits the access key to the local server.
The local server can perform data interaction of the multidimensional privilege with the target terminal according to the access key, so that the target operation and maintenance service provider performs multidimensional service on the local server according to the multidimensional privilege. The proxy services include, but are not limited to, alert services, patrol services, predictive services, and full support proxy services.
Of course, after obtaining the list of operation and maintenance service providers, the local server directly sends an operation and maintenance request to the selected target operation and maintenance service provider so as to skip the transfer of the online server.
It should be noted that, the operation and maintenance service provider can provide the service for users with high security level. The configuration information of the local server reflects the security level of the local server, and the higher the security level is, the more importance the user pays attention to the data security of the local server, that is, the local server can configure the security level according to the configuration information. If the online server receives the proxy maintenance request, whether the security level of the local server is higher or not is analyzed, and if the security level of the local server is higher, the proxy maintenance request is sent to the target terminal; if the security level is lower, the prompt information of whether to confirm the service of the proxy is sent to the local server, and if the determination information is received, the proxy request is sent to the target terminal.
In addition, for convenience of description, the present embodiment places step S50-step S70 before step S10, but the proxy request of the local server may occur at any position of steps S10-S40.
In the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, the online server also provides the service of the operation and maintenance service provider to the local server, so that the operation and maintenance service provider improves the operation and maintenance service for users with high security level requirements to improve the data security of the local server.
The invention also provides an online server.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of an online server according to the present invention, and the online server 100 includes:
a determining module 110, configured to determine an updated operation and maintenance tool if the online server detects that the operation and maintenance tool in an online operation and maintenance center is updated, where the online operation and maintenance center is loaded on the online server;
the determining module 110 is further configured to determine update information corresponding to the updated operation and maintenance tool, and determine a destination local server according to the updated operation and maintenance tool;
and the sending module 120 is configured to send the update information to a target local server, so that the target local server updates an operation and maintenance tool of a local operation and maintenance center according to the update information.
The online server 100 is further configured to implement each embodiment of the update method of the operation and maintenance tool, and the specific implementation manner refers to the above embodiment and will not be described herein.
The present invention also provides an online server, where the online server includes a memory, a processor, and an update program of an operation and maintenance tool stored in the memory and capable of running on the processor, where the update program of the operation and maintenance tool, when executed by the processor, implements the steps of the update method of the operation and maintenance tool according to the above embodiment.
The present invention also provides a readable storage medium storing an update program of Chu Yunwei tools, which when executed by the processor, implements the steps of the update method of an operation tool as described in the above embodiments.
It should be noted that, in this document, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or system that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or system. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising one … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article, or system that comprises the element.

From the above description of the embodiments, it will be clear to those skilled in the art that the above-described embodiment method may be implemented by means of software plus a necessary general hardware platform, but of course may also be implemented by means of hardware, but in many cases the former is a preferred embodiment. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied essentially or in a part contributing to the prior art in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium (e.g. ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) as described above, comprising instructions for causing a terminal device (which may be a mobile phone, a computer, a server, an air conditioner, or a network device, etc.) to perform the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (9)

1. The method for updating the operation and maintenance tool is characterized by comprising the following steps:
if the online server detects that the operation and maintenance tool in the online operation and maintenance center is updated, determining the updated operation and maintenance tool, wherein the online operation and maintenance center is loaded in the online server;
determining updated information corresponding to the updated operation and maintenance tool, and determining a target local server according to the updated operation and maintenance tool;
the updating information is sent to a target local server, so that the target local server updates an operation and maintenance tool of a local operation and maintenance center according to the updating information;
before the step of determining the updated operation tool, the method further comprises:
receiving a proxy request sent by a local server, and determining a target operation and maintenance service provider of the proxy request of the local server according to the proxy request;
the generation request is sent to a target terminal corresponding to a target operation and maintenance server, wherein the target terminal generates an access key according to the generation right in the generation request and sends the access key to the online server;
and receiving an access key sent by the target terminal, and sending the access key to the local server so that the local server can perform data interaction corresponding to the maintenance right with the target terminal based on the access key.
2. The method of updating an operation and maintenance tool according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining the destination local server based on the updated operation and maintenance tool comprises:
determining an operation and maintenance service provider corresponding to the updated operation and maintenance tool;
and determining the local server subscribed to the operation and maintenance service provider as a target local server.
3. The method of updating an operation and maintenance tool according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining the destination local server based on the updated operation and maintenance tool comprises:
determining a type of the updated operation tool;
and determining the local server subscribed to the type as a target local server.
4. The method of updating an operation and maintenance tool according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining the destination local server based on the updated operation and maintenance tool comprises:
determining a target user specified by the updated operation and maintenance tool;
and determining the local server corresponding to the target user as a target local server.
5. The method of updating an operation and maintenance tool according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining the destination local server based on the updated operation and maintenance tool comprises:
determining a type of the updated operation tool;
determining each local server associated with the online server as a target local server when the updated operation tool is a public operation tool;
and determining a target user designated by the updated operation tool when the updated operation tool is a private operation tool, and determining a local server corresponding to the target user as a target local server.
6. An online server, the online server comprising:
the system comprises a determining module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the determining module is used for determining an updated operation and maintenance tool if an online server detects the update of the operation and maintenance tool in an online operation and maintenance center, and the online operation and maintenance center is loaded on the online server; before the step of determining the updated operation tool, the method further comprises: receiving a proxy request sent by a local server, and determining a target operation and maintenance service provider of the proxy request of the local server according to the proxy request; the generation request is sent to a target terminal corresponding to a target operation and maintenance server, wherein the target terminal generates an access key according to the generation right in the generation request and sends the access key to the online server; receiving an access key sent by the target terminal, and sending the access key to the local server so that the local server performs data interaction corresponding to the maintenance right based on the access key and the target terminal;
the determining module is also used for determining the update information corresponding to the updated operation and maintenance tool and determining the target local server according to the updated operation and maintenance tool;
and the sending module is used for sending the update information to a target local server so that the target local server can update the operation and maintenance tool of the local operation and maintenance center according to the update information.

An online server comprising a memory, a processor and an update program for an operation and maintenance tool stored in the memory and executable on the processor, the update program for an operation and maintenance tool implementing the steps of the update method for an operation and maintenance tool according to any one of claims 1-5 when executed by the processor.
8. An update system for an operation and maintenance tool, the update system for an operation and maintenance tool comprising:
the online server is used for updating the operation and maintenance tools in the online operation and maintenance center, determining updated operation and maintenance tools, determining updated information corresponding to the updated operation and maintenance tools, determining a target local server according to the updated operation and maintenance tools, and sending the updated information to a target local server so that the target local server updates the operation and maintenance tools of the local operation and maintenance center according to the updated information; before the step of determining the updated operation tool, the method further comprises: receiving a proxy request sent by a local server, and determining a target operation and maintenance service provider of the proxy request of the local server according to the proxy request; the generation request is sent to a target terminal corresponding to a target operation and maintenance server, wherein the target terminal generates an access key according to the generation right in the generation request and sends the access key to the online server; receiving an access key sent by the target terminal, and sending the access key to the local server so that the local server performs data interaction corresponding to the maintenance right based on the access key and the target terminal;
and the one or more local servers are in communication connection with the online server and are used for receiving the update information sent by the online server so as to update the operation and maintenance tools of the local operation and maintenance center in the local server according to the update information.
9. A readable storage medium storing an update program of Chu Yunwei means, which when executed by a processor performs the steps of the method of updating an operation and maintenance tool according to any one of claims 1-5.
