The online operation and maintenance center integrates the types of the operation and maintenance tools provided by each operation and maintenance service provider, that is, all the types of the operation and maintenance tools provided by the resident operation and maintenance service provider are counted, and a list corresponding to the types of the operation and maintenance tools is formed. And the online operation and maintenance center sends the list to the local operation and maintenance centers in the local servers. After logging in the local operation and maintenance center, the user can check the list of the types of the operation and maintenance tools, so that the operation and maintenance tools of the interested types are subscribed, and the local operation and maintenance center sends the types of the operation and maintenance tools subscribed by the user to the online operation and maintenance center, so that the online operation and maintenance center records and subscribes the type of the operation and maintenance tools and a local server corresponding to the user.
When an operation and maintenance service provider publishes an operation and maintenance tool or updates the operation and maintenance tool in an online operation and maintenance center, the online service center determines the type of the updated operation and maintenance, and searches a record to determine to subscribe a local server corresponding to the type, so that the local server is determined as a target local server.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, the online server determines the type of the updated operation and maintenance tool, determines the local server subscribed to the type to serve as the target local server, and sends the update information to the target local server, so that a user subscribed to the type of the updated operation and maintenance tool can update the operation and maintenance tool in time.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a fourth embodiment of the method for updating an operation and maintenance tool according to the present invention, where based on the first embodiment, the step S30 includes:
step S35, determining the target user designated by the updated operation and maintenance tool;
and step S36, determining the local server corresponding to the target user as the target local server.
In this embodiment, when the operation and maintenance center updates the operation and maintenance, the operation and maintenance service provider may designate a user corresponding to the updated operation and maintenance tool, and it can be understood that the operation and maintenance tool updated by the operation and maintenance service provider is a private operation and maintenance tool, that is, the operation and maintenance service provider customizes a dedicated operation and maintenance tool for the user. When the operation and maintenance service provider provides configuration information to the online operation and maintenance center, the operation and maintenance configuration information includes a user specified by the operation and maintenance service provider, and the user may be a user who subscribes to the operation and maintenance service provider or a user who has paid a deposit.
And the online server determines a target user specified by the updated operation and maintenance tool, so that the local server corresponding to the target user is determined as the target local server.
In the technical solution provided in this embodiment, the online server determines a target user specified by the updated operation and maintenance, and sends the update information to the local server corresponding to the target user, so as to update the private operation and maintenance tool.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a fifth embodiment of the method for updating an operation and maintenance tool according to the present invention, where based on the first embodiment, the step S30 includes:
step S37, determining the type of the updated operation and maintenance tool;
step S38, when the updated operation and maintenance tool is a public operation and maintenance tool, determining each local server associated with the online server as a target local server;
step S39, when the updated operation and maintenance tool is a private operation and maintenance tool, determining a target user specified by the updated operation and maintenance tool, and determining a local server corresponding to the target user as a target local server.
In the embodiment, the updated operation and maintenance tools are divided into public operation and maintenance tools and private operation and maintenance tools. When the operation and maintenance service provider issues or updates the operation and maintenance tool, the operation and maintenance service provider sets the type of the operation and maintenance tool, that is, sets the updated operation and maintenance tool as a public operation and maintenance tool or a private operation and maintenance tool. The setting of the type is carried by the configuration information.
And after determining the updated operation and maintenance tool, the online server determines the type of the updated operation and maintenance tool. And if the updated operation and maintenance tool is a public operation and maintenance tool, determining the local server corresponding to each user associated with the online server as a target local server, namely sending operation and maintenance updating information to all the local servers. And if the updated operation and maintenance tool is a private operation and maintenance tool, determining a target user specified by the updated operation and maintenance tool, and determining a local server corresponding to the target user as a target local server.
In the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, the online server determines the type of the updated operation and maintenance tool and determines the target local server according to different types of operations and maintenance, and the intelligent degree of the online server is high.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a sixth embodiment of the operation and maintenance tool updating method according to the present invention, and based on any one of the first to fifth embodiments, before the step of determining an updated operation and maintenance tool, the method further includes:
step S50, receiving a substitute maintenance request sent by a local server, and determining a target operation and maintenance service provider of the local server requesting substitute maintenance according to the substitute maintenance request;
step S60, the agent maintenance request is sent to a target terminal corresponding to a target operation and maintenance service provider, wherein the target terminal generates an access key according to the agent maintenance right in the agent maintenance request and sends the access key to the online server;
step S70, receiving the access key sent by the target terminal, and sending the access key to the local server, so that the local server performs data interaction corresponding to the agent right with the target terminal based on the access key.
In this embodiment, the operation and maintenance service provider may also provide a maintenance-substituting service for the local server. Specifically, the local operation and maintenance center can access the internet to communicate with the online operation and maintenance center, and obtains an operation and maintenance service provider list provided by the online operation and maintenance center. The operation and maintenance service provider list contains information of each operation and maintenance service provider, and the information of the operation and maintenance service providers comprises but is not limited to company names, company introductions, contact addresses, operation licenses, scenes and cases and company capabilities. And the user selects a target operation and maintenance service provider to carry out the generation and maintenance service according to the self condition and the information of the operation and maintenance service provider.
After the user selects the target operation and maintenance service provider, a generation and maintenance request can be generated based on the local server, and the generation and maintenance request is sent to an online operation and maintenance center in the online server. The agent maintenance request comprises a target operation and maintenance service provider and the authority authorized to the target operation and maintenance service provider for agent maintenance, wherein the authority comprises but is not limited to monitoring alarm, configuration management, an inspection system, resource prediction, report data and large-screen data.
And the online server analyzes the generation maintenance request to determine a target operation and maintenance service provider of which the local server requests generation maintenance according to the generation maintenance request, so that the generation maintenance request is sent to a target terminal corresponding to the target operation and maintenance service provider. And the target terminal analyzes the generation and maintenance request to obtain a generation and maintenance authority, so that an access key is generated according to the generation and maintenance authority. The Access Key is a Key pair, which is Access Key ID and Access Key Secret. And the target terminal sends the access key to the online server, so that the online server sends the access key to the local server.
The local server can perform data interaction of the proxy maintenance authority with the target terminal according to the access key, so that the target operation and maintenance service provider performs proxy maintenance service on the local server according to the proxy maintenance authority. The proxy service includes, but is not limited to, an alarm service, a patrol service, a forecast service, and a fully hosted proxy service.
Certainly, after obtaining the operation and maintenance service provider list, the local server directly sends a maintenance agent request to the selected target operation and maintenance service provider to skip the transfer of the online server.
It should be noted that the operation and maintenance service provider may provide the maintenance-substituted service for the user with high security level requirement. The configuration information of the local server reflects the security level of the local server, and the higher the security level is, the more important the user is on the data security of the local server, that is, the local server can configure the security level according to the configuration information. If the online server receives the substitute maintenance request, whether the security level of the local server is higher or not is analyzed, and if so, the substitute maintenance request is sent to the target terminal; if the security level is low, sending prompt information for confirming whether to carry out the proxy-maintenance service to the local server, and if the confirmation information is received, sending a proxy-maintenance request to the target terminal.
Further, for convenience of description, the present embodiment places steps S50-S70 before step S10, but the proxy server' S proxy request may occur anywhere in steps S10-S40.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, the online server further provides a proxy maintenance service for the local server by the operation and maintenance service provider, so that the operation and maintenance service provider improves the operation and maintenance service for users with high requirements on security levels, thereby improving the data security of the local server.
The invention also provides an online server.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of the presence server of the present invention, where the presence server 100 includes:
a determining module 110, configured to determine, by the online server, an updated operation and maintenance tool if it is detected that an operation and maintenance tool in an online operation and maintenance center is updated, where the online operation and maintenance center is loaded in the online server;
the determining module 110 is further configured to determine update information corresponding to the updated operation and maintenance tool, and determine a target local server according to the updated operation and maintenance tool;
a sending module 120, configured to send the update information to a target local server, so that the target local server updates an operation and maintenance tool of a local operation and maintenance center according to the update information.
The online server 100 is further configured to implement various embodiments of the update method of the operation and maintenance tool, and the specific implementation manner refers to the above embodiments, which are not described herein again.
The invention further provides an online server, which includes a memory, a processor, and an update program of an operation and maintenance tool stored in the memory and capable of running on the processor, and when executed by the processor, the update program of the operation and maintenance tool implements the steps of the update method of the operation and maintenance tool according to the above embodiment.
The present invention further provides a readable storage medium, which stores an update program of an operation and maintenance tool, and when the update program of the operation and maintenance tool is executed by the processor, the update program of the operation and maintenance tool implements the steps of the update method of the operation and maintenance tool according to the above embodiments.

Claims (10)

1. An updating method of an operation and maintenance tool is characterized by comprising the following steps:
if the online server detects that an operation and maintenance tool in the online operation and maintenance center is updated, determining the updated operation and maintenance tool, wherein the online operation and maintenance center is loaded in the online server;
determining updating information corresponding to the updated operation and maintenance tool, and determining a target local server according to the updated operation and maintenance tool;
and sending the updating information to a target local server so that the target local server can update the operation and maintenance tool of the local operation and maintenance center according to the updating information.
2. The method for updating an operation and maintenance tool according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining the target local server according to the updated operation and maintenance tool comprises:
determining an operation and maintenance service provider corresponding to the updated operation and maintenance tool;
and determining the local server subscribed to the operation and maintenance service provider as a target local server.
3. The method for updating an operation and maintenance tool according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining the target local server according to the updated operation and maintenance tool comprises:
determining the type of the updated operation and maintenance tool;
and determining the local server subscribed to the type as a target local server.
4. The method for updating an operation and maintenance tool according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining the target local server according to the updated operation and maintenance tool comprises:
determining a target user designated by the updated operation and maintenance tool;
and determining the local server corresponding to the target user as a target local server.
5. The method for updating an operation and maintenance tool according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining the target local server according to the updated operation and maintenance tool comprises:
determining the type of the updated operation and maintenance tool;
when the updated operation and maintenance tool is a public operation and maintenance tool, determining each local server associated with the online server as a target local server;
and when the updated operation and maintenance tool is a private operation and maintenance tool, determining a target user specified by the updated operation and maintenance tool, and determining a local server corresponding to the target user as a target local server.
6. The method for updating an operation and maintenance tool according to any of claims 1-5, wherein the step of determining an updated operation and maintenance tool is preceded by the steps of:
receiving a generation maintenance request sent by a local server, and determining a target operation and maintenance service provider of the local server requesting generation maintenance according to the generation maintenance request;
sending the agent maintenance request to a target terminal corresponding to a target operation and maintenance service provider, wherein the target terminal generates an access key according to an agent maintenance right in the agent maintenance request and sends the access key to the online server;
and receiving an access key sent by the target terminal, and sending the access key to the local server so that the local server performs data interaction corresponding to the agent right with the target terminal based on the access key.
7. An online server, comprising:
the system comprises a determining module, a judging module and a judging module, wherein the determining module is used for determining an updated operation and maintenance tool if an online server detects that the operation and maintenance tool in an online operation and maintenance center is updated, and the online operation and maintenance center is loaded in the online server;
the determining module is further configured to determine update information corresponding to the updated operation and maintenance tool, and determine a target local server according to the updated operation and maintenance tool;
and the sending module is used for sending the updating information to a target local server so that the target local server can update the operation and maintenance tool of the local operation and maintenance center according to the updating information.

An online server, comprising a memory, a processor, and an update program of an operation and maintenance tool stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the update program of the operation and maintenance tool, when executed by the processor, implements the steps of the update method of the operation and maintenance tool according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
9. An operation and maintenance tool updating system, characterized in that the operation and maintenance tool updating system comprises:
the online server is used for updating the operation and maintenance tool in the online operation and maintenance center, determining the updated operation and maintenance tool, determining the update information corresponding to the updated operation and maintenance tool, determining a target local server according to the updated operation and maintenance tool, and sending the update information to the target local server so that the target local server updates the operation and maintenance tool of the local operation and maintenance center according to the update information;
and the one or more local servers are in communication connection with the online server and are used for receiving the updating information sent by the online server so as to update the operation and maintenance tool of the local operation and maintenance center in the local server according to the updating information.

A readable storage medium, wherein the readable storage medium stores an update program of an operation and maintenance tool, and the update program of the operation and maintenance tool implements the steps of the update method of the operation and maintenance tool according to any one of claims 1 to 6 when executed by the processor.
