Claims (10)

a carrier plate; the bearing plate is provided with a force transmission part, one side of the force transmission part is linked with a motor, the lower end of the force transmission part is detachably connected with a top plate, and the top plate and the pre-installed shell are driven to rise when the force transmission part transmits;
the upper group of the receiving units and the lower group of the receiving units form a series circuit with an electric push rod and a motor which are arranged at the top of a top plate respectively, the opening and closing of the receiving units can be realized through the change of water level, when the water level overflows the receiving units, the receiving units are closed, the receiving units are correspondingly closed with the electric push rod and the motor, at the moment, the electric push rod drives the pre-installed shell to rise, the pre-installed shell and the top plate are closed and sealed, and when the series circuit formed between the receiving units and the motor is closed, the motor drives the pre-installed shell to rise through a force transmission part.
