One or more of the above-described positioning systems may be used interchangeably in this application.
One aspect of the application relates to a control method for initiating orders at a user side, which can detect whether the user side accords with a quick order-issuing condition or not after acquiring an order-issuing request initiated by the user side based on current travel order information which does not need user input or selection, and execute order-issuing interception operation after detecting that the user side does not accord with the quick order-issuing condition, and does not match a service providing end for the user side, if so, the user side is matched with the service providing end, so that the order-issuing efficiency can be improved, the order-issuing accuracy can be considered, and the order-issuing cancellation rate of the user can be reduced.
When the order is sent at present, a user is generally required to manually input a departure place and a destination, and the departure place and the destination input by the user are sent to a server of a network car booking platform by a user side; this is obviously cumbersome for a user who frequently travels to and from a relatively fixed location, requiring manual entry of a destination each time the vehicle is ordered. In order to improve the issuing efficiency, when the user side issues the order, the network appointment platform can generate a rapid issuing option for the user based on the common departure place and the common destination corresponding to the user side, and display the rapid issuing option to the user through the user side. After the shortcut order sending option is triggered, the user side can automatically send an order sending request to the server. However, this quick order issuing method may cause the user to cancel the order after entering the waiting response page, thereby wasting server processing resources.
The above-mentioned drawbacks are the results of the inventor after practical and careful study, and therefore, the discovery process of the above-mentioned problems and the solution proposed by the present application to the above-mentioned problems in the following should be the contribution of the inventor to the present application in the process of the present application.

Fig. 2 illustrates a schematic diagram of exemplary hardware and software components of an electronic device 200 of a server 110, a service requester terminal 130, a service provider terminal 140, which may implement the concepts of the present application, according to some embodiments of the present application. The electronic device 200 may be a general-purpose computer or a special-purpose computer, both of which may be used to implement the control method of initiating an order at a user end of the present application. Although only a single computer is shown, for convenience, the functions described herein may be implemented in a distributed fashion across multiple similar platforms to balance processing loads.
For example, the electronic device 200 may include a network port 210 connected to a network, one or more processors 220 for executing program instructions, a communication bus 230, and a different form of storage medium 240, such as a disk, ROM, or RAM, or any combination thereof. Illustratively, the computer platform may also include program instructions stored in ROM, RAM, or other types of non-transitory storage media, or any combination thereof. The method of the present application may be implemented in accordance with these program instructions. The electronic device 200 also includes an Input/Output (I/O) interface 250 between the computer and other Input/Output devices (e.g., keyboard, display screen).
For ease of illustration, only one processor is depicted in the electronic device 200. However, it should be noted that the electronic device 200 in the present application may also comprise a plurality of processors, and thus the steps performed by one processor described in the present application may also be performed by a plurality of processors in combination or individually. For example, if the processor of the electronic device 200 executes steps a and B, it should be understood that steps a and B may also be executed by two different processors together or separately in one processor. For example, a first processor performs step a and a second processor performs step B, or the first processor and the second processor perform steps a and B together.
The control method for initiating an order at a user side provided in the embodiment of the present application may be used for the server 110, may also be used for the service provider terminal 140 (user side), and may also be implemented based on the interaction between the server 110 and the service provider terminal 140.
The following describes a control method for placing an order at a user side with an execution subject of the control method for placing an order at the user side as a server.
Example one
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a control method for initiating an order at a user end according to an embodiment of the present application. The control method for initiating the order at the user side comprises S301-S304.
S301: acquiring an order issuing request initiated by a user side based on current travel order information; the travel order information does not need to be input or selected by a user.
In specific implementation, after entering the home page of the application interface, the user side automatically acquires the current positioning position of the user side, and sends the current positioning position to a server of a network taxi appointment platform corresponding to the service software.
After receiving the current location position sent by the user side, the server may determine the travel order information based on the historical travel record of the user side, the current time information, and the current location position information of the user side.
Alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
after receiving the current positioning position sent by the user side, the server determines the travel order information based on the historical travel record of the user side and the current positioning position information of the user side.
Specifically, after receiving the current location position sent by the user side, the server determines whether the user side meets the shortcut issuing condition according to the current location position sent by the user side and the historical trip record of the user side, and determines trip order information for the user side after the user side meets the shortcut issuing condition.
Wherein, in the trip order information, include: a trip starting point and a trip ending point.
Specifically, the travel order information may be determined for the user terminal in the following ways:
detecting whether the current positioning position of the user side is matched with the historical travel record or not; and matching the current positioning position of the determined user side with the historical travel record to generate travel order information.
Here, the current location of the user end matches the historical travel record, that is, it is determined that the user end meets the condition of quick issue.
Specifically, the travel order information may be generated in either of the following cases a or B.
A: determining a common trip address of the user side according to the historical trip record; and when the current positioning position of the user side is matched with the common trip address of the user side, the current positioning position of the user side is matched with the historical trip record.
For example, whether the current location is a common trip address of the user terminal may be determined by any one of the following manners:
a: a common travel address, comprising: at least one common trip address pair.
Here, the server determines at least one common address pair for the user according to the historical travel record of the user terminal. In a common address pair, position information of two geographic positions is included; one of the two geographic positions is a common departure place, the other one is a common destination, and the distance between the two geographic positions is larger than a preset first distance.
And when the current positioning position of the user side is consistent with the common starting place in any common address pair, the current positioning position of the user side is considered to be matched with the historical travel record, the current positioning position of the user side is the common travel address of the user side, and any common address pair is determined to be the target common address pair matched with the current positioning position of the user side.
And the generated travel order information takes the common starting place in the target common address pair as a travel starting point and takes the common destination in the target common address pair as a travel terminal point. Or, in the generated travel order information, the current location position of the user terminal is taken as a travel starting point, and the common destination in the target common address pair is taken as a travel ending point.
It should be noted that, when there are a plurality of common address pairs matching the current location position of the user end, the highest frequency of occurrence of the plurality of address pairs may be determined as the target common address pair matching the current location position of the user end; and determining the common destination in the target common address pair as a travel terminal in the travel order information. Or, a plurality of common address pairs matched with the current positioning position of the user terminal may be determined as target common address pairs, a common destination in one target common address pair with the highest occurrence frequency in the plurality of target common address pairs is determined as a trip end point in the trip order information, and common destinations in other target common address pairs are determined as alternative trip end points in the trip order information for the user to select.
Here, the current location of the user end coincides with a common starting point of any common address pair, and may include one or more of the following cases:
the current positioning position is consistent with the Point of Interest (POI) information of a common origin in any common address pair.
The distance between the current positioning position and the common place of departure in any common address pair is smaller than the preset distance.
b: the server detects whether a historical travel order with a historical origin consistent with the current positioning position exists in a historical travel record of the user end or not according to the current positioning position of the user end, and whether the quantity of the historical travel orders with the historical origin consistent with the current positioning position occupies a preset percentage of the total quantity of the historical travel orders in the historical travel record or not, if yes, the current positioning position of the user end is a common travel address of the user end.
Then, a travel end point during the travel of the current time can be determined for the user terminal according to a historical destination in the historical travel order with the historical departure place being consistent with the current positioning position, and the travel order information can be generated according to the current positioning position of the user terminal and the travel start point during the travel of the current time determined for the user terminal.
For example, a historical destination in the historical travel order with the historical departure location being consistent with the current location, which is closest to the current time in the historical travel order with the historical travel time, may be determined as the travel destination of the user terminal when traveling this time. Or, the historical destination with the highest frequency of occurrence in the historical travel orders with the historical departure location and the current positioning location consistent with each other may be determined as the travel destination of the user terminal in the current travel. Or, in the historical travel orders with the historical departure locations consistent with the current positioning location, the historical destination with the largest frequency of occurrence in at least one historical destination with the frequency of occurrence greater than the preset frequency may be determined as the travel destination, and the other historical destinations may be determined as alternative travel destinations.
c: the server detects whether a historical travel order with a historical origin consistent with the current positioning position exists in a historical travel record of the user side or not according to the current positioning position of the user side, and whether the quantity of the historical travel orders with the historical origin consistent with the current positioning position reaches a preset quantity or not. If so, the current location position of the user side is the common trip address of the user side.
Here, the manner of determining the destination for the user end during the current trip is similar to that in the above b, and is not described herein again.
In the above b and c, the historical departure point is consistent with the current positioning position, and may include one or more of the following cases:
the current positioning position is consistent with POI information of a historical departure place.
The distance between the current positioning position and the historical departure place is smaller than a preset distance.
B: the current positioning position of the user side is a common trip address of the user, and the current time is within the common trip time range of the user, so that the current positioning position of the user side is matched with the historical trip record.
For example, the historical travel orders of the user side can be screened according to the current time, the historical travel orders of which the travel time and the current travel time of the user side belong to the same preset time period are determined, and at least one common address pair is determined for the user based on the historical travel orders of which the historical travel time and the current travel time of the user side belong to the same preset time period.
Here, a manner of determining at least one common address pair for the user based on the historical travel record that the travel time is close to the current travel time of the user end is similar to the manner of determining at least one common address pair for the user based on the historical travel record of the user end in the above-mentioned a, and details are not repeated here.
And after detecting that the user side meets the condition of rapid issuing, the server provides the travel order information for the user side. The trip order information includes a trip starting point of the trip of the user side and a trip ending point of the trip.
After receiving the travel order information sent by the server, the client displays the shortcut order page information on an application interface home page of the client; the quick issue page information comprises the travel order information and a quick issue button.
Here, the shortcut invoice page information can be directly displayed in the application interface home page; at this time, once the user side monitors an event of entering the home page of the application interface, the current positioning position is sent to the server. And after the travel order information fed back by the server is received, the travel order information and the quick order issuing button are displayed in an application interface home page together.
Or the information of the quick issue list page can be displayed at the front end of the home page of the application interface; at this time, after entering the application interface home page, the user side sends the current positioning position to the server, and after receiving the travel order information fed back by the server, the user side displays the quick order page information at the front end of the application interface home page.
Or after the client acquires the travel order information sent by the server, jumping from the application interface home page to a quick issue page for displaying the quick issue information.
Taking the example that after the client acquires the travel order information sent by the server, the client jumps from the home page of the application interface to the quick issue page for displaying the quick issue information, wherein the quick issue page comprises at least one display area for displaying the relevant address information of the departure place and the destination; in addition, a quick invoice button for triggering quick invoice by a user is displayed in the quick invoice page.
There may be one or more trip endpoints.
A specific example of a quick invoice page when there is one travel destination is shown in fig. 4 a. In this quick issue list page, include: a travel terminal display area a1 and a quick menu button Ma 1.
The travel destination display area a1 is used for displaying relevant information of a travel destination, such as POI information of the travel destination.

The user can set, view history travel, view electronic accounts and the like based on the user information operation page, and perform related setting operation.
When there are multiple trip end points, one of the trip end points can be used as a selected trip end point, and the other trip end points are determined as alternative trip end points. The currently selected travel end point can be displayed on the quick invoice page, the selection buttons for selecting the alternative travel end points are displayed on the quick invoice page, and when a user triggers the selection buttons corresponding to the alternative travel end points, the selected travel end point of the current travel can be changed.
A specific example of a quick invoice page when there are two travel endpoints is shown in fig. 4 b.
In this quick issue list page, include: a selected travel terminal display area b1, a quick menu button Mb1, an alternative travel terminal display area b5, and a selection button Mb5 for selecting an alternative travel terminal.

The user can set, view history travel, view electronic accounts and the like based on the user information operation page, and perform related setting operation.
In addition, the related information of the alternative travel terminal can be displayed on the selection button.
In step S301, after obtaining an order issuing request initiated by the user based on the current travel order information, the method for controlling the user to initiate an order further includes:
s302: detecting whether the user side meets a shortcut order issuing condition; the rapid order issuing means that orders are directly issued without inputting or selecting a travel address by a user. If not, jumping to S303; if so, the skin blending special system S304.
S303: a ticket issuance interception operation is performed.
In a specific implementation, the quick issue condition comprises at least one of the following conditions:
①, there is no outstanding order currently.
Here, there are various cases of incomplete orders, and examples include: an order for outstanding charges, an order currently in progress.
In some embodiments, when the shortcut invoice condition is: when there is not an incomplete order currently, after detecting that the user side does not conform to the shortcut order issuing condition, the method further comprises the following steps:
and displaying the current incomplete order information at the user side.
Here, the user terminal may be controlled to jump from the current page to the incomplete order page, or display the incomplete order page in front of the current page and display the incomplete order information in the incomplete order page.
The unfinished order page not only can show information of unfinished orders, but also is provided with a charge settlement button aiming at the condition that the unfinished orders comprise orders with unsettled charges.
And when the user triggers the expense settlement button, the user side jumps to an expense settlement page.
In the incomplete order page, related information of the current incomplete order is also shown for the case that the incomplete order includes an order currently in progress. Such as a current location, a departure location, a destination, etc.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: after the user side finishes processing the current unfinished order, displaying the confirmed order issuing page information on the user side; and receiving a list sending request initiated by the user side based on the confirmed list sending page information.
Here, the confirmation invoice page may be identical to the quick invoice page or may be another invoice page different from the quick invoice page.
When the receipt page is confirmed to be different from the quick receipt page, in one case, a receipt operation button is displayed in the quick receipt page; and after the user triggers the order issuing operation button, the user side sends an order issuing request initiated based on the current travel order information to the server. In another case, the confirmation invoice page is shown with a travel end point input field and is shown with an invoice operation button based on the user's current location position and the user's input from the travel end point input field. And after the user triggers the order issuing operation button, the user side sends an order issuing request based on the current positioning position and the traveling key point input by the user to the server.
In some embodiments, after receiving an invoice request initiated by the user end based on the confirmation invoice page information, the method further comprises: judging whether the distance between the current positioning position of the user side and the travel starting point in the order issuing request is smaller than a set distance threshold value or not;
and if the distance is not less than the set distance threshold, indicating the user to confirm the travel starting point.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: and when the distance between the current positioning position of the user end and the trip starting point in the issuing request is determined to be smaller than a set distance threshold value, or after the user confirms the trip starting point, displaying the information of the waiting response page at the user end.
②, the distance between the current location position of the user end and the starting point of the trip in the order issuing request is less than the set distance threshold.
In addition, the two can also be combined, for example, whether an unfinished order exists currently is detected firstly; and if no unfinished order exists currently, detecting that the distance between the current positioning position of the user end and the travel starting point in the order issuing request is smaller than a set distance threshold. And if the distance between the current positioning position of the user side and the travel starting point in the order issuing request is not less than the set distance threshold, the user side does not accord with the rapid order issuing condition.
Here, if the distance between the current location position of the user end and the trip starting point self-check in the order issuing request is greater than or equal to the set distance threshold, the user end is considered not to be in accordance with the quick order issuing condition.
In addition, other quick invoice conditions can be set, for example, the user side performs related setting for forbidding using the quick invoice, and the like.
S304: and matching the service provider for the user side. At this time, the waiting reply page information can be displayed at the user terminal.
According to the method and the device, after the order issuing request initiated by the user side based on the current travel order information which does not need user input or selection is obtained, whether the user side accords with the rapid order issuing condition or not is detected, the order issuing interception operation is executed when the user side does not accord with the rapid order issuing condition, the user side is not matched with the service providing end, if the user side accords with the rapid order issuing condition, the user side is matched with the service providing end, the order issuing efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the order issuing accuracy is considered, and the user order issuing cancellation rate is reduced.
