The information receiving module 221 can automatically remind the staff of new work arrangement, and avoid the staff from missing the existing problems.
As shown in fig. 2, the temporary mobilizing module 123 invokes the work log of the employee before modification in the log storage module 113 when sending the shift schedule, and sends the work log to the employee terminal 2 of the corresponding employee. The job handover module 222 receives and stores the job log. The work handing-over module 222 can automatically provide the work log of the previous employee for the employee, so that the employee can take over the work quickly.
As shown in fig. 2, the traffic recommendation module 223 receives the shift list and calls the work time and work place corresponding to the employee in the shift list. The traffic recommendation module 223 retrieves the matched vehicles on the internet according to the working time and the working place and displays the retrieval result. Work notification system 22 is capable of automatically planning traffic routes and vehicles for the workers to facilitate their work. The traffic setup module 224 receives the input confirmation signal and locks the vehicle according to the confirmation signal and purchases tickets for all locked vehicles. The employee can quickly lock the travel route and purchase the corresponding traffic ticket through the traffic setting module 224, and the work content of the employee is simplified.
As shown in fig. 2, the manual modification module 124 calls the shift schedule of the automatic shift schedule module 122, and the manual modification module 124 receives information input from the outside, modifies the shift schedule according to the information, and sends the modified information to the work instruction module 125. The user may manually modify the shift schedule via manual modification module 124.
The use method comprises the following steps: the master control end 1 can monitor the states of all the employees in real time, automatically formulate a schedule, automatically rearrange the employees responsible for the posts of the employees if the employees leave or leave, and consider the geographical positions of the current employees when reforming the schedule, thereby ensuring scientific and reasonable planning. The system can automatically inform the staff to work, and directly send work information and handover information to the staff, so that the staff can conveniently and quickly take over the work. The system can automatically send work progress and work handover items to the client, and the client service experience is improved. Need not manual operation, effectively improve work efficiency, reduce the human cost.

the master control end (1) comprises an employee information system (11) and a work arrangement system (12);
the employee information system (11) comprises an employee data storage module (111), an employee state storage module (112) and a log storage module (113);
the employee data storage module (111) stores personal information of employees;
the employee state storage module (112) stores employee working states and current positions of employees, wherein the employee working states comprise working, idle, vacation and leaving, and the employee working states are stored in a form of a time table;
the log storage module (113) stores a work log of the employee;
the work scheduling system (12) comprises an order loading module (121), an automatic scheduling module (122), a work instruction module (125) and a temporary transferring module (123);
the order loading module (121) stores a task list, and the order loading module (121) receives order information input from the outside and loads the order information into the task list;
the automatic scheduling module (122) stores a scheduling template, the automatic scheduling module (122) calls order information in the task list, and calls the working state of staff to fill in the scheduling template according to the order information to generate a scheduling list;
the work instruction module (125) calls a scheduling list and sends the scheduling list to the employee end (2) of the corresponding employee;
the temporary transferring module (123) calls a shift schedule and monitors the working state of the staff in the staff state storage module (112) according to the shift schedule, when the working state of the staff is switched to leave or leave, the working time of the staff is searched in the shift schedule, if the time in the leave or leave covers part or all of the working time of the staff, the working state and the current position of the staff in the staff state storage module (112) are searched again, the staff information of the staff with the working state of being idle and the current position being nearest in the vacant time in the shift schedule is called and filled in the shift schedule, and the working indication module (125) sends the new shift schedule to the staff end (2) of the corresponding staff in the shift schedule;
the employee end (2) comprises an information uploading system (21);
the information uploading system (21) comprises a positioning module (211), a state uploading module (212) and a work uploading module (213);
the positioning module (211) collects the current position information and sends the position information to the employee state storage module (112);
the state uploading module (212) receives an instruction input from the outside and sends state information to the employee state storage module (112) according to the instruction;
the work uploading module (213) receives information input from the outside and sends the information to the log storage module (113).

The mine construction supervision system according to claim 1, characterized in that: the system also comprises a client (3), the general control end (1) also comprises a client docking system (13), and the client docking system (13) comprises a plan notification module (131) and a work notification module (132);

the temporary transferring module (123) transfers the work logs of the modified employees in the log storage module (113) when sending the shift schedule, and sends the work logs to the corresponding employee ends (2) of the employees;
