Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions in the present specification better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present specification will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present specification, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present specification, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art without any inventive work based on the embodiments in the present specification shall fall within the protection scope of the present specification.
The technical scheme provided by the implementation scheme of the specification relates to data interaction between a mobile terminal and a server.
In this embodiment, the mobile terminal may be an electronic device having a certain logical operation capability. Specifically, the mobile terminal may include hardware modules such as a display, a keyboard, a processor, a memory, and a network communication unit. The mobile terminal may be run with an operating system to support software applications running in the mobile terminal. The mobile terminal may have better portability. Specifically, for example, the mobile terminal may be a smart phone, a smart digital assistant, a smart POS machine, or the like.
In this embodiment, the server may include an electronic device with a strong operation processing capability and a strong storage capability, which may have a network communication unit, a processor, a memory, and the like. The server may be a distributed server, a system with multiple processors, memories, network communication modules, etc. operating together, or a server may be a server cluster formed by several servers. Of course, the server may also use cloud technology, so as to implement the functions of the server in a cloud computing manner.
Please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 2. The implementation mode of the specification provides an order information display method for a logistics dispatching task. The order information display method can be applied to the mobile terminal. The order information presentation method may include the following steps.
Step S10: receiving a logistics dispatching task; the logistics dispatching task comprises a first order and a second order; the first order and the second order respectively comprise at least one piece of logistics object information; wherein the logistics object information is used for representing logistics objects; wherein the logistics object represented by at least one logistics object information in the first order and the second order is considered as an error-prone object.
In this embodiment, the logistics delivering task may be a task of delivering a specified logistics object to a specified location. Specifically, for example, the user purchases the wine and the fresh food through an online shopping mall of a certain brick-and-mortar store, and the corresponding brick-and-mortar store can generate a logistics delivery task according to the order of the user to deliver the wine and the fresh food included in the order to a delivery address specified by the user.
In this embodiment, the order may be an order receipt issued to the merchant. The order may include logistics object information to indicate that the user placing the order needs to purchase the logistics object indicated by the logistics object information.
In this embodiment, the number of dispatch personnel is often limited in order to better serve the user and to improve the efficiency of dispatching the logistics object to the user. A plurality of orders may be included in one logistics delivery task. Further, a plurality of orders with relatively close delivery addresses can be used as a logistics delivery task.
In the present embodiment, the physical distribution object information is used to indicate a physical distribution object. Specifically, the logistics object information may include information such as an object identifier, an object name, or a specification of the logistics object. The logistics object can be goods sold by a merchant. Specifically, the physical distribution object may be a commodity displayed on a shelf in a physical store for sale. In some embodiments, the logistics object is free of an outer wrap for the commodity. Specifically, for example, the logistics objects may be 1-can beverage, 3-can beer and 2-can potato chips. Of course, the physical distribution object is not limited to a commodity without an outer package. Specifically, for example, the object of distribution may be fish, but the fish are wrapped with a bag. Alternatively, the physical distribution object may be a commodity packed in a box, for example, 1 box of beverage.
In this embodiment, the error-prone object may be a logistics object that is more prone to be incorrectly delivered by the dispatch personnel. For example, the logistics objects are 'Biyou mellow time yellow peach fermented milk' and 'Biyou mellow time walnut oat fermented milk'. The two items may be relatively similar in packaging, so that the delivery person may mistake them in a hurry and hurry scene. Furthermore, if the logistics objects which are easy to be put by mistake belong to the same order, the dispatching addresses of the logistics objects and the dispatching addresses are the same, and the logistics objects are easy to be correctly dispatched. If the logistics objects which are easy to be put wrongly belong to different orders but do not exist in the same logistics dispatching task, the wrong putting can not occur because the logistics objects are easy to be put wrongly. However, when the logistics objects which are likely to be put by mistake belong to different orders and also belong to the same logistics dispatching task, the dispatching personnel are likely to make mistakes under the condition of time driving.
In this embodiment, a logistics object is considered an error-prone object with respect to a specific logistics dispatching task. In some cases, when there is no situation that the logistics object is easily put in error in the logistics dispatching task, the logistics object may not be an error-prone object.
In the present embodiment, the physical distribution object represented by at least one piece of physical distribution object information in the first order and the second order is regarded as an error-prone object. The mobile terminal may be provided with an object related information set, and the logistics object information is correspondingly recorded in the object related information set. The object associated information sets are associated with the logistics object information recorded correspondingly. Further, the logistics object represented by the logistics object information having the association relationship may be regarded as an error-prone object. That is, the error-prone object may be obtained by matching the logistics object information in the first order and the second order in the object association information set. Or when the mobile terminal receives the logistics dispatching task, the first order and the second order are provided with designated marks, and the designated marks are used for indicating that the logistics objects indicated by the corresponding logistics object information are error-prone objects. Of course, other modifications may occur to those skilled in the art in light of the teachings of this disclosure, and it is intended to cover such modifications as fall within the scope of the present disclosure as long as they perform the same or similar function and effect as the present disclosure.
In one embodiment, the first order is different from the order issuer to which the second order corresponds. The first order and the second order have different shipping addresses. Further, the shipping addresses of the first order and the second order may be closer together. So that the first order and the second order are dispatched as one physical stream to the task.
Step S12: and when the first order or the second order is displayed, the logistics object information which is considered to be an error-prone object is displayed in a distinguishing way from the logistics object information which is not considered to be an error-prone object.
In this embodiment, when displaying the first order or the second order, the mobile terminal may display the logistics object information in the first order or the second order. In order to remind the dispatching personnel using the mobile terminal, the logistics dispatching task comprises the object easy to make mistakes, and the logistics object information display mode of the object easy to make mistakes can be more striking. Therefore, the dispatching personnel can be more cautious when the logistics objects are specifically put in, and mistakes are avoided.
In this embodiment, the logistics object information of the error-prone object is displayed separately from the logistics object information that is not considered as the error-prone object, and may include that the two have different display styles. Specifically, for example, the logistics object information of the error-prone object may be highlighted; or, the logistics object information of the error-prone object and the logistics object information which is not considered as the error-prone object are in different fonts. E.g. different font styles, or different font sizes, etc. Of course, other modifications are possible to those skilled in the art based on the teachings of the present embodiment, and it is intended to cover the present invention as long as the functions and effects achieved by the present invention are the same or similar to those of the present embodiment. Specifically, for example, please refer to fig. 3. The delivery person has picked up a task identifier 987654321 of a logistics delivery task, which includes a first order and a second order. The order identification for the first order may be 12345 and the order identification for the second order may be 23456. The logistics object information included in the first order may include: the chocolate gift box is a smooth milk bowl, sunflower seeds and garlic-flavored green beans. The second order includes: chocolate gift boxes are dark chocolate bowls and carbofuran beer. Wherein, an association relationship exists between the chocolate gift box silky milk bowl and the chocolate gift box fragrant dark chocolate bowl. Therefore, when the mobile terminal displays the first order, the chocolate gift box needs to be packaged in a silky milk bowl, and the information is displayed in a distinguishing manner with other logistics object information. For example, a chocolate gift box silky milk bowl is italicized and underlined.
In one embodiment, the logistics dispatching task is attached with a specified mark corresponding to the logistics object information; wherein, the designated mark is used for indicating that the logistics object represented by the corresponding logistics object information is an error-prone object.
In this embodiment, the designation flag may be an identification of the logistics object information for the error-prone object. Specifically, for example, the designated mark may be a field set in the order corresponding to the logistics object information, and when the value of the field is not null, the logistics object indicated by the corresponding logistics object information may be considered as an error-prone object, and when the field is null, the logistics object indicated by the corresponding logistics object information may be considered as an error-prone object. Alternatively, the designation mark may be a specific character string corresponding to the logistics object information. The physical distribution object represented by the physical distribution object information representing the corresponding record through the specific character string is an error-prone object. Alternatively, the specified mark may also be a specified display pattern of the logistics object information. For example, the logistics object information in which the designated mark is an error-prone object is highlighted. And will not be described in detail.
In one embodiment, the first logistics object information and the second logistics object information have an association relationship; and under the condition that the first order comprises the first logistics object information and the second order comprises the second logistics object information, considering the logistics objects represented by the first logistics object information of the first order and the second logistics object information of the second order as error-prone objects.
In the present embodiment, the object related information set may be stored in advance in the mobile terminal. And correspondingly recording the logistics object information with the association relationship in the object association information set.
In the present embodiment, the correlation can be established in the logistics object information to which an error is likely to be put. In this way, when the logistics object information having an association relationship in the same logistics dispatching task belongs to different orders, the logistics object represented by the logistics object information having an association relationship in the logistics dispatching task can be considered to be put in error more easily. Therefore, in the logistics dispatching task, the logistics objects represented by the logistics object information are considered as error-prone objects.
In this embodiment, the first logistics object information and the second logistics object information belong to different orders, respectively, so that the logistics objects represented by the first logistics object information and the second logistics object information may be put incorrectly. I.e. the first order and the second order may belong to different users, respectively. The first order and the second order may have different shipping addresses. Of course, if the first order and the second order have the same delivery address and the same user placing the order, the physical distribution objects represented by the first physical distribution object information and the second physical distribution object information may not be considered as error-prone objects.
Please refer to fig. 4. The embodiment of the specification also provides a mobile terminal, which can comprise the following modules.

Further, the method can also comprise the step of allocating task numbers for the logistics dispatching tasks. Therefore, one logistics delivery task can be uniquely identified through the task number.
In this embodiment, the dispatch address corresponding to the first order and the dispatch address corresponding to the second order may be different. Preferably, the dispatch address corresponding to the first order and the dispatch address corresponding to the second order are closer. Therefore, the first order and the second order are placed into a logistics dispatching task, and dispatching efficiency can be improved.
Step S18: and analyzing whether the logistics objects represented by the logistics object information in the first order and the second order comprise error-prone objects or not.
Step S20: setting a designated mark for the corresponding logistics object information in the first order and the second order under the condition that the logistics objects represented by the logistics object information in the first order and the second order comprise error-prone objects; wherein, the designated mark is used for indicating that the logistics object represented by the corresponding logistics object information is an error-prone object.
Step S22: and sending the logistics dispatching task to a mobile terminal.
In this embodiment, the server may analyze the constructed logistics distribution task and determine whether or not there is an error-prone object in the logistics objects indicated by the logistics object information in the plurality of orders included in the constructed logistics distribution task. When the error-prone object is found to exist, a designated mark can be set for the logistics object information of the error-prone object. In this way, after the logistics dispatching task is sent to the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal can determine the logistics object represented by the corresponding logistics object information as an error-prone object according to the designated mark.
In this embodiment, the server sets the designated mark to the logistics object information indicating the error-prone object in the logistics dispatching task, so that the mobile terminal receiving the logistics dispatching task can display the logistics object information of the error-prone object and the logistics object information of the non-error-prone object in a differentiated manner. Therefore, the method and the device can bring convenience to the attention of the dispatching personnel and reduce the throwing errors.
In one embodiment, analyzing whether the logistics objects represented by the logistics object information in the first order and the second order include error-prone objects may include: matching the logistics object information in the first order with a preset object relation information set to obtain associated object information of the logistics object information in the first order; the object relation information set is correspondingly recorded with logistics object information with an incidence relation; and setting a specified mark for the logistics object information corresponding to the associated object information in the first order and setting a specified mark for the logistics object information which is the same as the associated object information in the second order under the condition that the logistics object information of the second order comprises the associated object information.
In this embodiment, matching is performed on a plurality of orders in the same logistics dispatching task by setting an object association information set, so as to obtain whether logistics object information included in an order has an association relationship with logistics object information in other orders. In this way, the specific mark can be set for the logistics object information with the association relationship. Furthermore, after the logistics dispatching task is sent to the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal can display the logistics object information of the error-prone object and the logistics object information of the non-error-prone object in a distinguishing mode according to the designated mark.
In this embodiment, the object relationship information set may be a data table, and logistics object information having an association relationship is recorded correspondingly. For convenience of description, one of the logistics object information having the association relationship is referred to as the logistics object information, and the other logistics object information may be referred to as association object information. It can be concluded that the logistics object information and the associated object information are both the logistics object information itself. Through corresponding records in the object relation information set, the logistics object information and the associated object information have an associated relation. When the logistics object information and the related object information appear in different orders of the same logistics dispatching task, the appointed marks are set for the logistics object information and the related object information, so that after the logistics object information and the related object information are communicated to the mobile terminal, distinguishing display is carried out, and dispatching personnel are reminded to avoid putting errors.
Please refer to fig. 7. The embodiment of the specification provides a server. The server may include the following modules.

In this embodiment, specific functions implemented by the computer program instructions in the computer storage medium can be explained with reference to other embodiments.
Please refer to fig. 8. The embodiment of the specification provides a logistics object information display method for a logistics dispatching task. The logistics object information display method of the logistics dispatching task can be applied to the mobile terminal. The logistics object information display method of the logistics dispatching task can comprise the following steps.
Step S26: receiving a logistics dispatching task; wherein the logistics dispatching task comprises logistics object information.
Step S28: and determining whether the logistics objects represented by the logistics object information in the logistics dispatching task comprise error-prone objects or not.
Step S30: and under the condition of displaying the logistics object information in the logistics dispatching task, displaying the logistics object information of the error-prone object in a distinguishing way with the logistics object information which is not the error-prone object.
In the embodiment, whether the logistics dispatching task has the error-prone object or not is determined, and then the logistics object information of the error-prone object can be displayed in a more striking mode. Therefore, the dispatching personnel can be reminded to be more cautious, and therefore the release errors can be reduced.
In this embodiment, the manner of determining whether the logistics object indicated by the logistics object information in the logistics dispatching task includes an error-prone object includes: an object association information set can be preset, logistics object information with an association relation is stored in the object association information set, and the logistics objects represented by the logistics object information with the association relation are easy-to-make-error objects if the logistics object information with the association relation is considered to be included in different orders of the same logistics dispatching task; or analyzing whether a specified mark is set corresponding to the logistics object information in the order in the logistics dispatching task, and taking the logistics object represented by the logistics object information with the specified mark as an error-prone object; or, a dispatching task record is set in the mobile terminal, the logistics object information of the logistics dispatching task is matched in the dispatching task record, whether the logistics object indicated by the logistics object information has a delivery error is determined, and the logistics object with the delivery error is used as an error-prone object. Of course, the present embodiment is not limited to the above example, and is not described again.

Specifically, for example, the delivery task record may include task generation time, task identifier, order number, logistics object information and quantity, user information, delivery address, delivery status and remark, and the like. And logistics object information with delivery errors is recorded in the delivery task record. Specifically, for example, the delivery task record may indicate whether the logistics object is delivered properly through the delivery status, and may record whether delivery errors have occurred through the remark. Or, the dispatch task record may record whether the corresponding record is properly dispatched for each logistics object information, if a certain logistics object information is marked as a delivery error. It is considered that the delivery error has occurred in the physical distribution object indicated by the physical distribution object information. Specifically, for example, in one logistics dispatching task of dispatching, the dispatching personnel has two orders, the logistics object in the first order is 330ml of coca-cola, and the logistics object in the second order is 330ml of very cola. The courier delivers very cola to the customer of the first order. Thus, a delivery error occurs with respect to the delivery of coca-cola. Thus, the dispatch task record may be marked with the logistics object information corresponding to 330ml of coca-cola.
In the present embodiment, the dispatch task record records the logistics object information in which the delivery error occurred, so that the logistics object in which the delivery error occurred can be regarded as an error-prone object. Furthermore, when the logistics dispatching task includes the logistics object information of the error-prone object, measures can be taken to remind the dispatching personnel.

In this embodiment, the input physical distribution object information may be an object identifier of the physical distribution object, and thus, the object identifier may be matched with the physical distribution object information of the target order. If the matching is successful, it can be shown that the logistics object represented by the input logistics object information corresponds to the target order, and a proper placement can be made. If the matching fails, the logistics object represented by the input logistics object information does not input the target order and cannot be released. Of course, the input logistics object information is not limited to the object identification, and may also include the object name. Specifically, for example, the logistics object information may be an object identification "682" named "chocolate gift box silky milk bowl". Of course, the logistics object information may include only the object name.
In this embodiment, the reminding function may send a prompt to the mobile terminal in a physical manner. Therefore, the delivery personnel is informed that the logistics object to be released currently does not belong to the target order, so that the releasing error is avoided. The reminder function may include: the mobile terminal can be provided with a lamp for reminding, and the reminding function is realized through flashing of light, color change and the like; or, the mobile terminal can realize the reminding function through vibration; or the color of the display of the mobile terminal changes, so that the reminding function is realized. Of course, under the teaching of the technical spirit of the present embodiment, a person skilled in the art can also implement the reminding function by other ways of implementing visual change or tactile change, but as long as the implemented functions and effects are the same as or similar to those of the present application, the functions and effects are all covered in the protection scope of the present application, and no further description is given.
In the present embodiment, a warning function may be executed when the input physical distribution object information belongs to the target order. Specifically, a first reminding function may be executed when the input logistics object information does not belong to the target order, and a second reminding function may be executed when the input logistics object information belongs to the target order. The first reminder function and the second reminder function are different. Specifically, for example, the first warning function is to flash a red light, and the second warning function is to flash a green light. Of course, the first reminding function may be that the background color of the display is changed into red, and the second reminding function is that the background color of the display is changed into green. For example, please refer to fig. 17. Aiming at 'chocolate gift box silky milk bowl package' in a target order, a scanned logistics object is 'chocolate gift box fragrant and dark chocolate bowl package', the background color of the display is red, a dispatcher scans 'chocolate gift box silky milk bowl package', and the background color of the display is green.
In this embodiment, the reminding function is executed when the input logistics object information does not belong to the target order. The delivery personnel can be reminded, and the delivery error is avoided.
In one embodiment, the method for reminding the logistics dispatching task further comprises the following steps: displaying an order list included by the logistics dispatching task; accordingly, specifying a target order among the plurality of orders comprises: and receiving an operation aiming at the order list, and specifying a target order in the operation.
In this embodiment, by displaying the order list, the delivery person can know the order specifically included in the logistics delivery task. The dispatch personnel can be informed of the current task situation better. Moreover, the checking of the delivery personnel against the carried logistics objects is facilitated.
In the present embodiment, the mobile terminal has an input module. The input module can be a mobile terminal with keys, so that the dispatching personnel can select the target order in the order list through the keys. The mobile terminal may further have a display with a touch sensing function, and the delivery person may designate the target order by clicking an order in an order list displayed on the display.
Please refer to fig. 18. The embodiment of the specification provides a mobile terminal. The mobile terminal may include the following modules.
The receiving module is used for receiving the logistics dispatching task; wherein the logistics dispatching task comprises a plurality of orders; each order includes at least one logistics object information.
A designation module to designate a target order among the plurality of orders.
And the input module is used for receiving the input logistics object information.
And the reminding module is used for executing a reminding function under the condition that the input logistics object information does not belong to the target order.
In this embodiment, the functions and effects implemented by the modules included in the mobile terminal may be explained in contrast to other embodiments, and are not described in detail.
Please refer to fig. 19. The embodiment of the specification provides a mobile terminal. The mobile terminal includes: the system comprises a network communication unit, a logistics dispatching unit and a logistics dispatching unit, wherein the network communication unit is used for receiving a logistics dispatching task, the logistics dispatching task comprises a plurality of orders, and each order comprises at least one logistics object information; the input device is used for designating a target order in the orders and receiving input logistics object information; and the processor is used for controlling the mobile terminal to execute a reminding function under the condition that the input logistics object information does not belong to the target order.
In this embodiment, the functions and effects implemented by the mobile terminal may be explained in comparison with other embodiments, and are not described in detail.
The embodiment of the specification provides a computer storage medium. The computer storage medium stores computer program instructions that, when executed, implement: receiving a logistics dispatching task, wherein the logistics dispatching task comprises a plurality of orders, and each order comprises at least one logistics object information; specifying a target order among the plurality of orders; receiving input logistics object information; and executing a reminding function under the condition that the input logistics object information does not belong to the target order.
In this embodiment, specific functions implemented by the computer program instructions in the computer storage medium can be explained with reference to other embodiments.
Please refer to fig. 20. The implementation mode of the specification provides a reminding method for a logistics dispatching task. The reminding method of the logistics dispatching task can be applied to the mobile terminal. The reminding method of the logistics dispatching task can comprise the following steps.
Step S62: receiving a logistics dispatching task, wherein the logistics dispatching task comprises a plurality of orders; each order includes at least one logistics object information.
Step S64: a target order is specified in the plurality of orders.
Step S66: and receiving input logistics object information before the logistics object corresponding to the target order is properly delivered under the condition that the logistics object information in the target order and the logistics object information in the other orders meet the specified conditions.
Step S68: and executing a reminding function under the condition that the input logistics object information does not belong to the target order.
In this embodiment, the mobile terminal may determine the situation between the logistics object information in the target order and the logistics object information in the remaining orders, and only when the specified conditions are met, the logistics object information needs to be input. If the logistics object information does not meet the specified conditions, the logistics object information can not be input, and after the dispatching personnel releases the logistics object information, the mobile terminal is directly operated to cancel the logistics dispatching task, so that the logistics object is properly released. In some cases, the logistics dispatching task has a time requirement that the actual time from the generation of the logistics dispatching task to the completion of the logistics dispatching task is less than a specified time. Specifically, for example, the time period may be counted after the customer places the generated order, or the merchant receives the order after the customer places the order. The specified time period is, for example, half an hour, or 1 hour.
In the present embodiment, the input physical distribution object information is received before the physical distribution object corresponding to the target order is placed. In this way, before the delivery is made, it is possible to determine whether or not the physical distribution object to be delivered corresponds to the target order based on the input physical distribution object information. Therefore, under the condition that the logistics object information which does not belong to the target order is found, the corresponding logistics object can be fed back to be not corresponding to the target order, and the delivery error is avoided.
In one embodiment, the specified conditions may include: the logistics object information of the target order is in a preset object relation information set, and the logistics object information in the rest orders has the logistics object information which is the same as the associated object information corresponding to the logistics object information of the target order.
Further, it can be considered that there is an association relationship between logistics object information of logistics objects that are likely to cause errors, so that the logistics object information and the logistics object information are stored in an object relationship. The logistics dispatching task includes the logistics object information with the association relationship, and in different orders of the logistics dispatching task, the logistics object represented by the logistics object information with the association relationship can be regarded as an error-prone object, and needs to be paid attention by dispatching personnel.
In one embodiment, the method for reminding the logistics dispatching task further comprises the following steps: after all the logistics object information in the target order is input, displaying a pass button aiming at the target order; indicating that the target order was placed due after the placement button was triggered.
In this embodiment, the delivery person may verify whether the logistics object to be delivered corresponds to the target order by inputting the logistics object information in the target order one by one. Specifically, for example, the target order includes 1 bottle of snowflake beer and 2 bags of good-taste potato chips. The dispatching personnel can use the scanning device of the mobile terminal to take up the logistics objects one by one so as to scan the bar codes of the logistics objects. In this way, after all the logistics objects indicated by the logistics object information in the target order are scanned, it is considered that the logistics objects can be paid, and at this time, the mobile terminal displays a button for paying a right bet. After the dispatching personnel clicks the due-lot button, it can indicate that the logistics object corresponding to the target order has been due. Therefore, the inaccurate putting quantity, the wrong putting of the logistics objects or few putting of the logistics objects due to the careless omission of the delivery personnel can be avoided. Brings convenience to both the delivery personnel and the consumers.
Please refer to fig. 18. The embodiment of the specification provides a mobile terminal. The mobile terminal may include the following modules.
The task receiving module is used for receiving a logistics dispatching task, wherein the logistics dispatching task comprises a plurality of orders; each order includes at least one logistics object information.
A designation module to designate a target order among the plurality of orders.
And the input module is used for receiving the input logistics object information before the logistics object corresponding to the target order is properly placed under the condition that the logistics object information in the target order and the logistics object information in the other orders meet the specified conditions.
And the reminding module is used for executing a reminding function under the condition that the input logistics object information does not belong to the target order.
In this embodiment, the functions and effects implemented by the mobile terminal may be explained in comparison with other embodiments, and are not described in detail.
Please refer to fig. 19. The embodiment of the specification also provides a mobile terminal. The mobile terminal may include: the system comprises a network communication unit, a logistics dispatching unit and a dispatching unit, wherein the network communication unit is used for receiving a logistics dispatching task, and the logistics dispatching task comprises a plurality of orders; each order includes at least one logistics object information. Input means for specifying a target order among the plurality of orders; and receiving input logistics object information before the logistics object corresponding to the target order is properly delivered under the condition that the logistics object information in the target order and the logistics object information in the other orders meet the specified conditions. And the processor is used for controlling the mobile terminal to execute a reminding function under the condition that the input logistics object information does not belong to the target order.
In this embodiment, the functions and effects implemented by the mobile terminal may be explained in comparison with other embodiments, and are not described in detail.
The embodiment of the specification provides a computer storage medium. The computer storage medium stores computer program instructions that, when executed, implement: receiving a logistics dispatching task, wherein the logistics dispatching task comprises a plurality of orders, and each order comprises at least one logistics object information; specifying a target order among the plurality of orders; under the condition that the logistics object information in the target order and the logistics object information in the other orders meet the specified conditions, receiving input logistics object information before the logistics object corresponding to the target order is properly placed; and executing a reminding function under the condition that the input logistics object information does not belong to the target order.
In this embodiment, specific functions implemented by the computer program instructions in the computer storage medium can be explained with reference to other embodiments.
Please refer to fig. 21. The embodiment of the specification provides a method for marking logistics object information in a logistics dispatching task. The method for marking the logistics object information in the logistics dispatching task can be applied to the server. The method for marking the logistics object information in the logistics dispatching task can comprise the following steps.
Step S70: and acquiring a dispatching task record comprising logistics object throwing error information.
In the embodiment, the logistics dispatching task is established to be cancelled, and all generated data can be recorded to form a dispatching task record.
In this embodiment, the dispatching task record may record the logistics dispatching task comprehensively, or may record the logistics dispatching task corresponding to the logistics object information of the logistics object for which the delivery error occurs.
Step S72: constructing an association relation between logistics object information according to the dispatching task record to form an object association information set; wherein the logistics object information represents a logistics object; the logistics objects represented by the logistics object information with the incidence relation are put in error; the object associated information set is used for determining whether logistics object information in the logistics dispatching task has logistics object information of an association relation, and setting a designated mark for the logistics object information in the logistics dispatching task under the condition that the association relation exists; wherein, the designated mark is used for indicating that the logistics object represented by the corresponding logistics object information is an error-prone object.
In the present embodiment, the relationship between the physical distribution object information may be such that the physical distribution object information is recorded in association with each other. Specifically, for example, the related logistics object information is correspondingly recorded through the data table, for example, the corresponding logistics object information is located in the same row of the data table. Of course, the data table is not limited to be used, and the data object in the object-oriented development may also be used to record the associated logistics object information, for example, the data object may be set for the logistics object, the data object may have a plurality of attributes, and the associated logistics object information is used as the attribute value.
In this embodiment, the object relationship information set may be a data set indicating physical distribution object information having an association relationship. The specific form of the object relationship information set may be a data table, a multidimensional array, a queue, and the like.
In the present embodiment, an overdischarge error occurs between physical distribution objects indicated by physical distribution object information having an association relationship. Specifically, the putting error occurs between two logistics objects, and it may be that when a logistics object needs to be put, the logistics object that should be put is not put, and another logistics object is put incorrectly. In some cases, the logistics delivery task often includes a plurality of orders, and each order may include more than one logistics object information. Specifically, for example, the logistics delivery task may include a first order and a second order, the first order includes first logistics object information representing a first logistics object, and the second order includes second logistics object information representing a second logistics object. After the dispatch personnel arrives at the dispatch address of the first order, the first logistics object needs to be released. The dispatch personnel may not notice the difference in appearance between the first logistics object and the second logistics object and mistakenly drop the second logistics object. In this way, the delivery between the first physical distribution object and the second physical distribution object is made wrong.
In this embodiment, the object association information set is used to determine whether there is logistics object information in an association relationship with logistics object information in a logistics dispatching task, and in the case that there is an association relationship, a specified flag is set for the logistics object information in the logistics dispatching task; wherein, the designated mark is used for indicating that the logistics object represented by the corresponding logistics object information is an error-prone object. Therefore, a data basis can be provided for judging whether the logistics dispatching task has the error-prone object or not by setting the object association information set. So as to reduce the delivery error of the delivery personnel.
In one embodiment, the object related information set further includes a restriction condition corresponding to the logistics object information having an association relationship, where the restriction condition is used to express a condition for forming an association relationship between the logistics object information in the object related information set.
In the present embodiment, the association relationship between the physical distribution object information may be restricted by setting a restriction condition. Therefore, the constructed association information is centralized, and the association relationship can be more accurately constructed by the logistics object information of the logistics object which is easy to have delivery errors. An association relationship may not be constructed between the logistics object information in which the delivery error occasionally occurs. The restrictions may include, but are not limited to, time periods, dispatch personnel information, or geographic areas, etc.
In one embodiment, the limitation condition includes a specified time period, and accordingly, the logistics object information corresponding to the limitation condition constitutes an association relationship in the specified time period.
In this embodiment, the logistics object may be presented temporally. It is possible that the logistic object is likely to be mistakenly dropped with another logistic object in a certain time period, and the mistaken dropping is not likely to occur outside the time period. Specifically, for example, the first logistics object may be imported product "cherry", and the second logistics object may be homemade "cherry". The second stream object has strong seasonality, such as 5 months to 6 months, and is the time when domestic cherries are ripe and sold on the market, while cherries are usually sold throughout the year. In this way, in the logistics dispatching task of the dispatching personnel after the domestic cherries come into the market in the 5-6 months, the first order may have cherries, and the second order may have cherries, so that the dispatching personnel are easy to put errors due to the close appearance of the two orders. And outside the time, the first logistics object is not easy to have putting errors.
In the present embodiment, a specific time period is set for the physical distribution object information, so that the two pieces of physical distribution object information have an association relationship in the specific time period. Outside the specified time period, the two have no association relationship. The setting of the association relationship can be more targeted.
In an embodiment, the limitation condition includes a sending person identifier, and accordingly, when the logistics object information corresponding to the limitation condition is in a logistics sending task executed by a sending person indicated by the sending person identifier, the logistics object information corresponding to the limitation condition forms an association relationship.
In the present embodiment, there is also an individual difference between the dispatch persons. For example, when a person is to serve yellow croaker and golden chang together, the person is likely to miss the yellow croaker and golden chang, or when a person is to serve beer, the person is likely to make mistakes. Therefore, the dispatching personnel identification of the dispatching personnel can be combined when the object associated information set is constructed. In this way, when a logistics dispatching task is performed for a specific dispatching person, the specific dispatching person is considered to form the association relationship when the logistics object information corresponding to the object association information set is included, and when the specific dispatching person is not included, the specific dispatching person is not considered to form the association relationship for the corresponding logistics object information in the associated information set. Specifically, for example, the following table.
Physical distribution object information Physical distribution object information Dispatch personnel identification
Coca cola Extraordinary cola 2340
Yellow croaker Golden Chang fish 8653
Snow flower light beer Sandeli draft beer 74746
Please refer to fig. 22. The embodiment of the specification provides a server. The server may include the following modules.
And the acquisition module is used for acquiring the dispatching task record including the logistics object throwing error.
The construction module is used for constructing the incidence relation between the logistics object information according to the dispatching task record to form an object incidence information set; wherein the logistics object information represents a logistics object; the logistics objects represented by the logistics object information with the incidence relation are put in error; the associated information set is used for determining whether the logistics object information in the logistics dispatching task has the logistics object information of an associated relationship, and setting a designated mark for the logistics object information in the logistics dispatching task under the condition that the associated relationship exists; wherein, the designated mark is used for indicating that the logistics object represented by the corresponding logistics object information is an error-prone object.

Further, the pick-up task may prepare the logistics object for the logistics delivery task. Specifically, for example, a brick and mortar store may have a logistics delivery service so that customers can place orders over a network. The order can be issued to the mobile terminal of the order picker in the physical store through the server of the physical store, and the order is issued to the mobile terminal, so that the order picker can receive the order picking task through the mobile terminal.
In this embodiment, the picking task may have an individual picking task identifier, or may correspond to the picking task by directly using the order identifier of the order.
In this embodiment, the order picker needs to look up the logistics object information in the order to obtain the logistics object information in the order, and then pick the logistics object indicated by the logistics object information. In some cases, multiple series of items of the same brand may be placed adjacent to each other, or items of the same category of different brands may be placed adjacent to each other. In some cases, the outer packaging of the goods may be similar. In the present embodiment, when displaying the logistics object information, the logistics object information of the error-prone object is displayed separately from the logistics object information that is not considered as the error-prone object. Therefore, the order picker is reminded to avoid picking errors.
The embodiment focuses on the picking scene of the picker, and the identification of the error-prone object and how to distinguish and display the logistics object information can be explained by comparing with other embodiments, and are not repeated. The logistics object is scanned through the camera, and the corresponding processor can further perform image recognition to obtain input logistics object information.
In this embodiment, the functions and effects implemented by the mobile terminal may be explained in comparison with other embodiments, and are not described in detail.
Embodiments of the present description also provide a computer storage medium having computer program instructions stored therein. The computer program instructions when executed may implement: receiving a picking task; wherein the pick task comprises at least one order; each order comprises at least one logistics object information; specifying a target order among the plurality of orders; receiving input logistics object information; and executing a reminding function under the condition that the input logistics object information does not belong to the target order.
In this embodiment, specific functions implemented by the computer program instructions in the computer storage medium can be explained with reference to other embodiments.
In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical modules. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by programming the Device by a user. A digital system is "integrated" on a PLD by the designer's own programming without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate a dedicated integrated circuit chip 2. Furthermore, nowadays, instead of manually making an integrated Circuit chip, such Programming is often implemented by "logic compiler" software, which is similar to a software compiler used in program development and writing, but the original code before compiling is also written by a specific Programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), and HDL is not only one but many, such as abel (advanced Boolean Expression Language), ahdl (alternate Language Description Language), traffic, pl (core unified Programming Language), HDCal, JHDL (Java Hardware Description Language), langue, Lola, HDL, laspam, hardsradware (Hardware Description Language), vhjhd (Hardware Description Language), and vhigh-Language, which are currently used in most popular applications. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry that implements the logical method flows can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flows into an integrated circuit using the hardware description languages described above.
Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing a client, server as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the client, server are in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a client, server may be considered as a hardware component, and the means included therein for implementing various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
From the above description of the embodiments, it is clear to those skilled in the art that the present application can be implemented by software plus necessary general hardware platform. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present application may be essentially or partially implemented in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a storage medium, such as a ROM/RAM, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, etc., and includes several instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method described in the embodiments or some parts of the embodiments of the present application.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments can be referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments.
The application may be described in the general context of computer-executable instructions, such as program modules, being executed by a computer. Generally, program modules include routines, programs, objects, components, data structures, etc. that perform particular tasks or implement particular abstract data types. The application may also be practiced in distributed computing environments where tasks are performed by remote processing devices that are linked through a communications network. In a distributed computing environment, program modules may be located in both local and remote computer storage media including memory storage devices.
Although the present application has been described in terms of embodiments, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that there are numerous variations and permutations of the present application without departing from the spirit of the application, and it is intended that the appended claims encompass such variations and permutations without departing from the spirit of the application.
