Abstract
The invention discloses a management system and a method for a floating crew, wherein the system comprises a company management system, a temporary authorization module and service crew software, the company management system is associated with the service crew software through the temporary authorization module, and the temporary authorization module temporarily authorizes related functions and materials of the company management system to an account number of the floating crew on the service crew software in a staged manner, so that a dedicated account number of the crew on the service crew software can obtain working materials and task instructions in the company management system during the period of serving the company. The invention solves the problems of the floating crew and the fixed system, can well help the company to manage the floating crew, and directly and comprehensively manage the floating crew during the joining period of the crew; the materials of the company are well protected during the departure of the crew.

Technical Field

Background
A crew is a mobile employment group that services different companies and vessels every few months. Some existing crew management systems can well upload tasks to be operated by crews, contents to be trained, tests to be done and the like to the system and push the system to ships, well file the ship completion conditions, perform statistical analysis and the like.
