acquiring a retrieval demand, and identifying the picture category of the demand described by the retrieval demand;
determining a target picture set corresponding to the required picture category from a plurality of picture sets obtained by pre-classification;
and retrieving the required pictures from the target picture set.
It should be noted that the explanation of the foregoing embodiment of the picture retrieval method for the mobile device in fig. 1 to fig. 4 is also applicable to the mobile device 700 of this embodiment, and the implementation principle is similar, and is not described herein again.
In the embodiment, by acquiring the retrieval requirement, identifying the picture category of the requirement described by the retrieval requirement, determining the target picture set corresponding to the picture category of the requirement in the plurality of picture sets obtained by pre-classification, and retrieving the picture of the requirement from the target picture set, the picture retrieval of the mobile device can be more convenient, the picture retrieval efficiency of the mobile device is improved, and the user experience is improved.
In order to implement the foregoing embodiments, the present application provides a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the image retrieval method for a mobile device of the foregoing method embodiments is implemented.
It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description of the present invention are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance. In addition, in the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more unless otherwise specified.

It should be understood that portions of the present invention may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or a combination thereof. In the above embodiments, the various steps or methods may be implemented in software or firmware stored in memory and executed by a suitable instruction execution system. For example, if implemented in hardware, as in another embodiment, any one or combination of the following techniques, which are known in the art, may be used: a discrete logic circuit having a logic gate circuit for implementing a logic function on a data signal, an application specific integrated circuit having an appropriate combinational logic gate circuit, a Programmable Gate Array (PGA), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or the like.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps carried by the method for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a program, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when the program is executed, the program includes one or a combination of the steps of the method embodiments.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing module, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. The integrated module, if implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may also be stored in a computer readable storage medium.
The storage medium mentioned above may be a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, etc.
In the description herein, references to the description of the term "one embodiment," "some embodiments," "an example," "a specific example," or "some examples," etc., mean that a particular feature, structure, material, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment or example is included in at least one embodiment or example of the invention. Claims (18)

1. A picture retrieval method for a mobile device, the method comprising:
acquiring a retrieval demand, and identifying the picture category of the demand described by the retrieval demand;
determining a target picture set corresponding to the required picture category from a plurality of picture sets obtained by pre-classification;
and retrieving required pictures from the target picture set.
2. The picture retrieval method for a mobile device according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the retrieval requirement further comprises:
identifying picture characteristics of each picture stored in the mobile equipment;
determining the picture category according to the picture characteristics;
and dividing each picture into picture sets corresponding to the picture categories of the picture, and marking the corresponding picture sets by adopting the picture categories until all stored pictures are divided, so as to obtain a plurality of picture sets obtained by pre-classification.
3. The picture retrieval method for a mobile device of claim 2, wherein the dividing each of the pictures into a picture set corresponding to its own picture category comprises:
determining whether a picture set corresponding to the picture category of the user exists;
if the picture set corresponding to the picture type of the picture self exists, dividing the picture into the picture sets corresponding to the picture types of the picture self;
and if the picture set corresponding to the picture type of the user does not exist, establishing a new picture set, dividing the pictures into the newly established picture set, and configuring the picture type of the user as the picture type of the newly established picture set.
4. The picture retrieval method for a mobile device of claim 2, wherein said obtaining a retrieval requirement and identifying a picture category of the requirement described by the retrieval requirement comprises:
shooting a target picture by adopting a camera of the mobile equipment;
and analyzing the first category of the target picture, and taking the first category as the required picture category.
5. The picture retrieval method for a mobile device of claim 2, wherein said obtaining a retrieval requirement and identifying a picture category of the requirement described by the retrieval requirement comprises:
displaying all the categories related to the plurality of picture sets obtained by pre-classification;
receiving a user selection instruction, wherein the selection instruction is used for selecting a second category from all the categories;
and taking the second category as the picture category of the demand.
6. The picture retrieval method for a mobile device of claim 4, wherein said retrieving the desired picture from the target set of pictures comprises:
and directly determining a picture matched with the target picture from the target picture set as the picture of the demand.
7. The picture retrieval method for a mobile device of claim 5, wherein said retrieving the desired picture from the target set of pictures comprises:
sequencing the pictures in the target picture set according to a time sequence;
and displaying the sorted pictures.
8. The picture retrieval method for a mobile device of claims 2-7, wherein the picture features comprise at least one of:
character characteristics, scene characteristics, emotional characteristics of characters, character behavior characteristics and animal characteristics.
9. An apparatus for retrieving pictures for a mobile device, the apparatus comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a retrieval requirement and identifying the picture category of the requirement described by the retrieval requirement;
the first determining module is used for determining a target picture set corresponding to the required picture category from a plurality of picture sets obtained by pre-classification;
and the retrieval module is used for retrieving the required pictures from the target picture set.
10. The picture retrieval apparatus for a mobile device of claim 9, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
the identification module is used for identifying picture characteristics of each picture stored in the mobile equipment;
the second determining module is used for determining the picture category according to the picture characteristics;
and the classification module is used for dividing each picture into picture sets corresponding to the picture categories of the picture, marking the corresponding picture sets by adopting the picture categories until all stored pictures are divided, and obtaining a plurality of picture sets obtained by pre-classification.
11. The image retrieving apparatus for a mobile device according to claim 10, wherein the classifying module is specifically configured to:
determining whether a picture set corresponding to the picture category of the user exists;
if the picture set corresponding to the picture type of the picture self exists, dividing the picture into the picture sets corresponding to the picture types of the picture self;
and if the picture set corresponding to the picture type of the user does not exist, establishing a new picture set, dividing the pictures into the newly established picture set, and configuring the picture type of the user as the picture type of the newly established picture set.
12. The image retrieving apparatus for a mobile device according to claim 10, wherein the obtaining module is specifically configured to:
shooting a target picture by adopting a camera of the mobile equipment;
and analyzing the first category of the target picture, and taking the first category as the required picture category.
13. The picture retrieval apparatus for a mobile device of claim 10, wherein the obtaining module is further configured to:
displaying all the categories related to the plurality of picture sets obtained by pre-classification;
receiving a user selection instruction, wherein the selection instruction is used for selecting a second category from all the categories;
and taking the second category as the picture category of the demand.
14. The picture retrieval apparatus for a mobile device of claim 12, wherein the retrieval module is specifically configured to:
and directly determining a picture matched with the target picture from the target picture set as the picture of the demand.
15. The picture retrieval apparatus for a mobile device of claim 13, wherein the retrieval module is further configured to:
sequencing the pictures in the target picture set according to a time sequence;
and displaying the sorted pictures.
16. The picture retrieval apparatus for a mobile device of claims 10-15, wherein the picture features include at least one of:
character characteristics, scene characteristics, emotional characteristics of characters, character behavior characteristics and animal characteristics.
17. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, which when executed by a processor implements the picture retrieval method for a mobile device according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
18. A mobile device comprising a housing, a processor, a memory, a circuit board, and a power circuit, wherein the circuit board is disposed inside a space enclosed by the housing, the processor and the memory being disposed on the circuit board; the power supply circuit is used for supplying power to each circuit or device of the mobile equipment; the memory is used for storing executable program codes; the processor runs a program corresponding to the executable program code by reading the executable program code stored in the memory for performing the picture retrieval method for a mobile device according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
