Detailed Description
The invention provides a domestic electric appliance, which comprises an operation panel 3 and a double-color knob 4 arranged on the operation panel 3, and as seen in a combined view of fig. 1 to 5, the double-color knob 4 comprises an inner cover 1 and an outer cover 2, wherein the inner cover 1 is arranged in the outer cover 2, the inner cover 1 is connected with the operation panel 3, part or the whole of the outer cover 2 is of a transparent structure, and the inner wall 201 of the outer cover 2 forms a double-color effect with the transparent structure of the outer cover 2 through surface process treatment.
In the invention, the inner cover 1 is used for installing a double-color knob, the outer cover 2 is used for forming a double-color effect, the inner cover 1 and the outer cover 2 can be separately processed, the inner cover and the outer cover can be assembled together after conventional injection molding with lower cost, and no requirement is imposed on the color of the inner cover 1; simultaneously, the inner cover 1 and the outer cover 2 are mutually independent, the double-color effect is independently presented by the outer cover 2 without being influenced by the inner cover 1, and after the long-term use, the inner wall of the outer cover 2 has the color effect formed by surface process treatment, and is basically not influenced by other matters except oxidation, so that the lasting aesthetic property of the double-color effect can be ensured. The surface processing can be one or more of common processing technologies such as electroplating, spraying, sand blasting, hot stamping, water transfer printing, oil printing, film covering, wire drawing and the like.
For the convenience of assembling the inner cover 1 and the outer cover 2, the outer cover 2 is connected with the inner cover 1 in a buckling manner. The specific buckle connection mode has a plurality of modes, and a linear buckle, a rotary buckle and the like are common. In the embodiment, a linear buckle is adopted, and the inner cover 1 and the outer cover 2 are assembled along the axial direction, so that the knob assembling structure can be suitable for round or other non-round knobs. In order to make it clear to the user where the knob is currently rotated, an indication protrusion 14 may be provided on the sidewall of the inner cap 1, and an indication groove 23 matching with the indication protrusion 14 may be provided on the sidewall of the outer cap 2, and the indication protrusion 14 is exposed through the indication groove 23 for the user to observe. And a physical structure is adopted for indication, and compared with a spraying mark for indication, the service life is longer. Meanwhile, the indication protrusion 14 and the indication groove 23 can also be assembled in a fool-proof manner and circumferentially limited, so that the assembling firmness of the inner cover 1 and the outer cover 2 is improved.
In order to improve the overall aesthetic property, the operation panel 3 is provided with a sinking groove 31, see fig. 6, the two-color knob is sunk and installed in the sinking groove 31, and a part of the two-color knob extends out of the sinking groove 31. The parts of the inner cover 1 and the outer cover 2 in the sinking groove 31 are not easy to observe by users, the use can not be influenced even if slight drawing defects exist, and the product percent of pass can be improved. In addition, the connecting part of the outer cover 2 and the inner cover 1 can be designed to be positioned in the sunken groove 31, so that the connecting structure is hidden, and the appearance is further improved.
The invention is suitable for household electric appliance products which can use knobs, such as washing machines, electric cookers, electric pressure cookers, induction cookers, electric stewpots, disinfection cabinets and the like.
