The invention aims to provide a solar water heater pipeline cleaning machine which is used for overcoming the defects in the prior art.

On the basis of the technical scheme, the second clamping device comprises a first rotating cavity arranged in the upper end face of the first rotating base, a second clamping base is arranged in the first rotating cavity, front and back end faces of the second clamping base are provided with second rotating pins which are symmetrical front and back, the second rotating pins are rotatably arranged in front and back walls of the first rotating cavity through a third bearing, a second clamping cavity is arranged in the upper end face of the second clamping base, four sliding chutes are correspondingly arranged in front and back of the front and back walls of the second clamping cavity, a third sliding rod is fixedly arranged between the upper and lower walls of the four sliding chutes, a second clamping cover with left and right ends slidably arranged on the rod body of the third sliding rod corresponding to the left and right is arranged in the second clamping cavity, and a third reset spring capable of clamping the left end of the solar vacuum tube is arranged between the second clamping cover and the top wall of the four sliding chutes, and a second pulling handle capable of being manually pulled up is fixedly arranged at the top end of the second clamping cover.
On the basis of the technical scheme, the rotating device comprises a rotating wheel disc which is installed through four bearings in a rotating mode and is arranged between the left wall and the right wall of the through cavity, the front end face and the rear end face of the rotating wheel disc are communicated with clamping circular cavities, the clamping circular cavities are internally provided with clamping blocks which correspond up and down and can clamp the cleaning rod base, the clamping blocks correspond up and down, the clamping blocks are connected with the cylindrical side wall of each clamping circular cavity through four reset springs, gear rings are arranged on the cylindrical end face of the rotating wheel disc, gear grooves are formed in the bottom wall of the through cavity, motors are fixedly arranged in the right side wall of each gear groove, and meshing gears meshed with the gear rings are installed at the left ends of the motors.
On the basis of the technical scheme, a water gun base is fixedly arranged on the rear end face of the device body, a clamping groove is formed in the left end face of the water gun base in an up-and-down communication mode, two clamping blocks capable of clamping the water gun are correspondingly arranged in the clamping groove in a front-and-back mode, the two clamping blocks corresponding in the front-and-back mode are connected with the front and rear walls of the clamping groove through five reset springs, a waste water tank capable of containing waste water after cleaning the solar vacuum tube is arranged on the right side of the swing base in the upper side end face of the device body, and the bottom of the waste water tank is communicated with the outside of the lower end face of the device body through a drain pipe.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the solar vacuum pipe cleaning machine, the left end and the right end of a solar vacuum pipe can be clamped through the first clamping device and the second clamping device which are capable of adjusting the distance in the left and right positions, so that the stability and the safety of the solar vacuum pipe in the cleaning process are ensured, the solar vacuum pipe is not easy to break, then the inside of the solar vacuum pipe can be rotationally cleaned through the cleaning rod which is convenient to assemble and disassemble, the inclination angle of the solar vacuum pipe can be driven by pressing the second rotating base with hands in the cleaning process, and sewage and water scale in the solar vacuum pipe can be poured out conveniently; the folding device can be folded through the lifting device and the telescopic plate, and is convenient to carry and transport.
Detailed Description
The invention will now be described in detail with reference to fig. 1-5, for convenience of description, the following orientations will now be defined: the up, down, left, right, and front-back directions described below correspond to the up, down, left, right, and front-back directions in the projection relationship of fig. 1 itself.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the solar water heater pipeline cleaning machine according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a moving base 37 having universal wheels symmetrically arranged on the left and right of a lower end surface, a device body 10 is arranged above the moving base 37, a lifting device 001 is arranged between the device body 10 and the moving base 37, a swing base 55 is arranged on the left side of the upper end surface of the device body 10, a swing cavity 64 is arranged in the upper end surface of the swing base 55 in a left-right communication manner, a first clamping device 002 capable of clamping the right end of a solar vacuum tube 45 and driving the solar vacuum tube 45 to swing up and down is arranged in the swing cavity 64, a telescopic cavity 42 is arranged in the left end surface of the device body 10, a telescopic plate 41 capable of extending leftward is accommodated in the telescopic cavity 42, a first rotating base 43 is arranged on the upper end surface of the telescopic plate 41, the left and right communicating of the upper side end face of the first rotating base 43 is provided with a first rotating cavity 46, the first rotating cavity 46 is internally provided with a second clamping device 003 which can clamp the left end of the solar vacuum tube 45 and swing, the left and right end faces of the device body 10 at the right side position of the swinging base 55 are communicated with a through cavity 11, and the through cavity 11 is internally provided with a rotating device 004 which can clamp the cleaning rod base 12 and drive the cleaning rod 19 to perform rotary cleaning on the inner wall of the solar vacuum tube 45.
In addition, in one embodiment, the lifting device 001 includes a screw cavity 31 disposed in the upper side end face of the moving base 37, a bidirectional threaded rod 34 is rotatably mounted in the left and right walls of the screw cavity 31 through a first bearing 26, a pair of threaded sliders 33 with opposite moving directions are correspondingly and threadedly connected to the left and right of the rod body of the bidirectional threaded rod 34, sliding grooves 40 are correspondingly disposed in the left and right of the lower side end face of the device body 10, a first slider 39 is slidably mounted in the sliding grooves 40, the left and right corresponding first slider 39 and the left and right corresponding threaded slider 33 moving in opposite directions are hinged and connected through a hinged lifting rod 38, and a rotating handle 32 is fixedly mounted at one end of the bidirectional threaded rod 34 extending out of the right side end face of the moving base 37; therefore, the bidirectional threaded rod 34 can be driven to rotate by rotating the rotary handle 32 by hand, and the threaded slide block 33 which is connected with the bidirectional threaded rod 34 in a threaded manner and moves in the opposite direction drives the device body 10 to move up and down through the hinged lifting rod 38.
In addition, in one embodiment, the first clamping device 002 includes a second sliding groove 65 correspondingly disposed in the front wall and the rear wall of the swing cavity 64 in the front-rear direction, a first sliding rod 68 is fixedly disposed between the upper wall and the lower wall of the second sliding groove 65, a second rotating base 63 is disposed in the swing cavity 64, the front end surface and the rear end surface of the second rotating base 63 are slidably connected with the first sliding rod 68 correspondingly disposed on the left and right sides through a second sliding block 67, and a first return spring 66 is disposed between the second sliding block 67 and the upper wall and the lower wall of the second sliding groove 65; therefore, the second rotating base 63 can be lifted or pressed down manually, and after the hand leaves the second rotating base 63, the second sliding block 67 drives the second rotating base 63 to reset under the action of the first reset spring 66.
In addition, in one embodiment, the first clamping device 002 further includes a second rotating cavity 62 disposed in an upper side end surface of the second rotating base 63, a first clamping base 61 is disposed in the second rotating cavity 62, a first rotating pin 60 symmetrical in front and back is disposed on a front and back end surface of the first clamping base 61, the first rotating pin 60 is rotatably mounted in a front and back wall of the second rotating cavity 62 through a second bearing 59, a first clamping cavity 58 is disposed in an upper side end surface of the first clamping base 61, a third sliding groove 70 is correspondingly disposed in the front and back wall of the first clamping cavity 58 in front and back, a second sliding rod 69 is fixedly disposed between an upper wall and a lower wall of the third sliding groove 70, a first clamping cover 57 having left and right ends slidably mounted on a rod body of the second sliding rod 69 corresponding left and right is disposed in the first clamping cavity 58, and a second return spring capable of clamping the right end of the solar vacuum tube 45 is disposed between the first clamping cover 57 and a top wall of the third sliding groove 70 71, a first pulling handle 56 which can be manually pulled up is fixedly arranged at the top end of the first clamping cover 57; therefore, the first pulling handle 56 can be pulled upwards by hand, the distance between the first clamping cover 57 and the first clamping base 61 is increased, the solar vacuum tube 45 is convenient to assemble and disassemble, and the first rotating pins 60 on the front end surface and the rear end surface of the first clamping base 61 can ensure that the solar vacuum tube 45 cannot be broken when swinging.
In addition, in one embodiment, the second clamping device 003 includes a first rotating cavity 46 disposed in the upper end surface of the first rotating base 43, a second clamping base 47 is disposed in the first rotating cavity 46, a second rotating pin 48 is disposed in front and back of the second clamping base 47, the second rotating pin 48 is rotatably mounted in the front and back walls of the first rotating cavity 46 through a third bearing 49, a second clamping cavity 54 is disposed in the upper end surface of the second clamping base 47, a fourth sliding slot 51 is correspondingly disposed in front and back of the front and back walls of the second clamping cavity 54, a third sliding rod 53 is fixedly disposed between the upper and lower walls of the fourth sliding slot 51, a second clamping cover 50 is disposed in the second clamping cavity 54, the left and right ends of the second clamping cover 50 are slidably mounted on the rod body of the third sliding rod 53 corresponding to the left and right, a third return spring 52 capable of clamping the left end of the solar vacuum tube 45 is disposed between the second clamping cover 50 and the top wall of the fourth sliding slot 51, a second pulling handle 44 which can be manually pulled up is fixedly arranged at the top end of the second clamping cover 50; therefore, the second pulling handle 44 can be pulled upwards by hand, the distance between the second clamping cover 50 and the second clamping base 47 is increased, the solar vacuum tube 45 is convenient to assemble and disassemble, and the second rotating pins 48 on the front end surface and the rear end surface of the second clamping base 47 can ensure that the solar vacuum tube 45 swings with the second rotating pins 48 as a rotating center.
In addition, in one embodiment, the rotating device 004 comprises a rotating wheel disc 14 rotatably installed between the left wall and the right wall of the through cavity 11 through a bearing 17 with four numbers, clamping circular cavities 20 are arranged on the front end face and the rear end face of the rotating wheel disc 14 in a communicating manner, a clamping block 13 capable of clamping the cleaning rod base 12 is correspondingly arranged in the clamping circular cavity 20 up and down, the clamping block 13 corresponding up and down is connected with the cylindrical side wall of the clamping circular cavity 20 through a return spring 18 with four numbers, a toothed ring 15 is arranged on the cylindrical end face of the rotating wheel disc 14, a gear groove 21 is arranged in the bottom wall of the through cavity 11, a motor 23 is fixedly arranged in the right side wall of the gear groove 21, and a toothed wheel 22 meshed with the toothed ring 15 is installed at the left end of the motor 23; therefore, the starting motor 23 can drive the gear 22 to rotate, the rotary wheel disc 14 meshed with the gear 22 through the gear ring 15 drives the first clamping block 13 to rotate, and the first clamping block 13 drives the cleaning rod 19 to rotate through the clamped cleaning rod base 12.
In addition, in one embodiment, a water gun base 13 is fixedly arranged on the rear end face of the device body 10, a clamping groove 24 is vertically communicated with the inside of the left end face of the water gun base 13, a second clamping block 27 capable of clamping the water gun 13 is correspondingly arranged in the clamping groove 24 in a front-back manner, the second clamping block 17 corresponding in the front-back manner is connected with the front and rear walls of the clamping groove 24 through a fifth return spring 26, a waste water cylinder 29 capable of containing waste water after cleaning the solar vacuum tube 45 is arranged on the right side of the swing base 55 in the upper end face of the device body 10, and the bottom of the waste water cylinder 29 is communicated with the outside of the lower end face of the device body 10 through a drain pipe 30; so that the water gun can be fixed in the water gun base 13 by the second clamping block 27.
When the solar vacuum tube 45 needs to be cleaned, the solar vacuum tube 45 is plugged into the second clamping cavity 54 and the first clamping cavity 58 by pulling up the second pulling handle 44 and the first pulling handle 56 by hands; the second clamping cover 50 clamps the left end of the solar vacuum tube 45 under the action of the third return spring 52, and the first clamping cover 57 clamps the right end of the solar vacuum tube 45 under the action of the second return spring 71;
then, inserting the cleaning rod 19 into the solar vacuum tube 45, and clamping the cleaning rod base 12 at the right end of the cleaning rod 19 by the first clamping block 13;
then, the starting motor 23 drives the rotating wheel disc 14 to rotate, and the rotating wheel disc 14 drives the cleaning rod 19 to clean the inner wall of the solar vacuum tube 45;
then, the solar vacuum tube 45 is repeatedly washed by the water gun 13;
meanwhile, the second rotating base 63 is shaken up and down by hands, and the second rotating base 63 drives the solar vacuum tube 45 to swing up and down by taking the first rotating base 43 as a rotating center, so that sewage and water scale in the solar vacuum tube 45 can be poured into the waste water tank 29 conveniently.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the solar vacuum pipe cleaning machine, the left end and the right end of a solar vacuum pipe can be clamped through the first clamping device and the second clamping device which are capable of adjusting the distance in the left and right positions, so that the stability and the safety of the solar vacuum pipe in the cleaning process are ensured, the solar vacuum pipe is not easy to break, then the inside of the solar vacuum pipe can be rotationally cleaned through the cleaning rod which is convenient to assemble and disassemble, the inclination angle of the solar vacuum pipe can be driven by pressing the second rotating base with hands in the cleaning process, and sewage and water scale in the solar vacuum pipe can be poured out conveniently; the folding device can be folded through the lifting device and the telescopic plate, and is convenient to carry and transport.
