Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for treating air leakage at a flange joint of a steam pipeline without stopping steam, and belongs to the technical field of steam pipeline equipment maintenance methods.
Background
In the production process of many industrial and mining enterprises, steam pipelines are used for conveying steam, and the steam is used as a power source of various devices, or is used for medium heating, or is used for cleaning pipelines and the like. The general steam delivery pipeline is long, and a large number of flanges are needed to be used for connection in the middle. During long-term operation of the steam pipeline, the flange gasket is often damaged, and the flange leaks air. In most cases, treating flange leaks can close valves in the pipeline, stop steam delivery, replace the flange gasket, and then resume steam delivery. However, in some special cases, if the steam is stopped, the production is stopped, or the production is greatly influenced, so that the steam delivery cannot be easily stopped, and in this case, the treatment is difficult, especially in the case of a steam delivery pipe with a large diameter and a high air pressure, the treatment is very difficult, and accidents such as scalding are easily caused. secondly, selecting a thin steel bar with the diameter larger than or equal to the gap between the two flange plates, and cutting the length according to the distance between the welding nuts;
thirdly, welding a plurality of thin steel bars on the gap between two flanges between two adjacent welding nuts by electric welding, wherein two sides of the thin steel bars are respectively and tightly welded with the two flanges, and two ends of the thin steel bars are tightly welded with the two welding nuts, so that steam leakage can only emerge from screw holes of the welding nuts welded between the two flanges;
fourthly, preparing a hollow bolt and a long nut, wherein the external thread of the hollow bolt is matched with the internal thread of a welding nut welded on the flange plate, the internal thread of the long nut is matched with the external thread of the hollow bolt, one end of the hollow bolt is screwed in the welding nut welded on the flange plate, the lower end of the long nut is screwed on the other end of the hollow bolt, and steam leakage escapes through the hollow bolt and the long nut;
fifthly, connecting a high-pressure oil gun filled with high-temperature sealant with the upper end of the long nut, and driving the high-pressure sealant into the gap between the two flange plates through the long nut, the hollow bolt and the welding nut until the gap between the two flange plates is filled;
sixthly, screwing the plugging locking nut arranged on the long nut in place, sealing the sealant at the gap between the flange plates, and then unloading the high-pressure oil gun;
and seventhly, repeating the process until the gaps among the flange plates between the welding nuts on the circumference of the steam pipeline are completely filled with the sealant, and sealing the steam leakage in the steam pipeline by the sealant without escaping.
According to the method for treating the steam leakage of the steam pipeline flange without stopping the steam, the oil filling nozzle matched with the long nut is replaced when the high-pressure oil gun is filled with the oil, and the high-pressure oil gun is tightly connected with the oil filling end of the long nut.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:

And fifthly, connecting a high-pressure oil gun filled with high-temperature sealant with the upper end of the long nut 6, and driving the high-pressure sealant into the gap between the two flange plates 1 through the long nut 6, the hollow bolt 7 and the welding nut 5 until the gap between the two flange plates 1 is filled.
And sixthly, screwing the locking nut arranged on the long nut 6 in place, sealing the sealant at the gap between the flange plates 1, and then disassembling the high-pressure oil gun.
And seventhly, repeating the process until the gaps among the flange plates between the welding nuts 5 on the circumference of the steam pipeline are completely filled with the sealant, and sealing the steam leakage in the steam pipeline by the sealant without escaping.
In the operation process, the oil filling nozzle matched with the long nut 6 is replaced when the high-pressure oil gun is filled with oil, and the high-pressure oil gun is tightly connected with the oil filling end of the long nut 6.
One embodiment of the invention is as follows:

firstly, selecting 2-4 welding nuts (5) with the external diameter larger than the gap between the two flange plates (1), respectively welding the welding nuts (5) at the outer side of the gap between the two flange plates (1), and firmly welding the two sides of the welding nuts (5) with the two flange plates (1) respectively;
secondly, selecting a thin steel bar with the diameter larger than or equal to the gap between the two flange plates (1), and intercepting the length according to the distance between the welding nuts (5);
thirdly, welding a plurality of thin steel bars on the gap between two flanges (1) between two adjacent welding nuts (5) respectively by electric welding, wherein two sides of the thin steel bars are welded with the two flanges (1) tightly, and two ends of the thin steel bars are welded with the two welding nuts (5) tightly, so that steam leakage can only emerge from screw holes of a plurality of welding nuts (5) welded between the two flanges (1);
fourthly, preparing a hollow bolt (7) and a long nut (6), wherein the external thread of the hollow bolt (7) is matched with the internal thread of a welding nut (5) welded on the flange plate (1), the internal thread of the long nut (6) is matched with the external thread of the hollow bolt (7), one end of the hollow bolt (7) is screwed in the welding nut (5) welded on the flange plate (1), the lower end of the long nut (6) is screwed on the other end of the hollow bolt (7), and steam leakage escapes from the hollow bolt (7) and the long nut (6);
fifthly, connecting a high-pressure oil gun filled with high-temperature sealant with the upper end of a long nut (6), and driving the high-pressure sealant into the gap between the two flange plates (1) through the long nut (6), a hollow bolt (7) and a welding nut (5) until the gap between the two flange plates (1) is filled;
sixthly, screwing the plugging lock nut (8) arranged on the long nut (6) in place, sealing the sealant at the gap between the flange plates (1), and then unloading the high-pressure oil gun;
and seventhly, repeating the process until the gaps between the flange plates (1) among the welding nuts (5) on the circumference of the steam pipeline are completely filled with the sealant, and sealing the steam leakage in the steam pipeline by the sealant without escaping.
