Claims (10)
1. An intelligent lockset comprises a lock shell, a lock tongue and a lock tongue driving control mechanism, wherein the lock tongue comprises a main lock tongue component, a touch tongue component, an oblique tongue component and a safety tongue component; the lock tongue driving control mechanism comprises a shifting wheel, a shifting fork, a square shaft shifting piece, a link mechanism and a latch bolt limiting plate which are sequentially connected, wherein the shifting fork is in matched linkage with the square shaft shifting piece; the oblique tongue component comprises an oblique tongue, an oblique tongue supporting plate and a tail spring, wherein a groove is formed in the oblique tongue supporting plate, and the oblique tongue limiting plate can automatically lock the oblique tongue under the action of the torsion spring; the safety tongue assembly comprises a safety tongue, a safety supporting plate, a safety shifting wheel and a linkage control mechanism, wherein the mechanical and manual knob drives the safety shifting wheel to lock, the door cannot be unlocked, and all the lock tongues can be mechanically unlocked in the door in one step through a handle rotating shaft.
2. The intelligent lock according to claim 1, wherein a key shaft sleeve is further disposed in the lock case, a key pick is disposed on the key shaft sleeve, one end of the key pick is connected to the dial wheel, and the key pick can be driven by the key shaft sleeve and can also be driven by the dial wheel gear, so as to drive the dial wheel to move, and control the extension and retraction of the main lock tongue and the latch bolt.
3. The intelligent lockset as recited in claim 1, wherein the thumb wheel comprises a bar-shaped support arm, a thumb wheel shaft and a thumb wheel gear sleeved on the thumb wheel shaft, the bar-shaped support arm is fixedly connected with the thumb wheel shaft, the driving motor drives the thumb wheel gear to rotate and drive the bar-shaped support arm to rotate along the thumb wheel shaft, and a cylindrical boss is arranged on the bar-shaped support arm, the bar-shaped support arm can pass through the cylindrical boss during movement to apply force to the shift fork, thereby driving the shift fork and the thumb wheel to move and control the extension and retraction of the main bolt and the latch bolt.

The intelligent lock according to claim 1, wherein the latch bolt assembly comprises a latch bolt support plate, a latch bolt and a latch bolt limit plate, the tail of the latch bolt support plate is connected with the housing through a spring, the latch bolt can be automatically ejected out under the action of the spring, a torsion spring is arranged at the bottom of the latch bolt limit plate, the latch bolt can be automatically locked under the action of the torsion spring, a first linkage mechanism is arranged between the latch bolt limit plate and the shifting fork and between the latch bolt support plates, one end of the latch bolt spring is connected with the latch bolt support plate, and the latch bolt limit plate can be automatically unlocked under the action of the first linkage mechanism under the condition that the main latch bolt is unlocked or the latch bolt is ejected out.
5. An intelligent lock as claimed in claim 1, wherein a detection board is further disposed in the housing, the detection board is electrically connected to the driving motor, a rocker is disposed on one side of the latch supporting plate, and a positioning switch arm is disposed on the other side of the latch supporting plate, the rocker has a driving effect on the latch limiting plate, the positioning switch arm contacts the detection board, and the positioning switch arm is separated from the detection board when the door is closed, so that the detection board can send a signal to the main board to control the driving motor to operate to automatically lock the door.
6. The intelligent lockset as recited in claim 5, wherein a limiting groove is defined in the latch supporting plate, the latch supporting plate is movable back and forth in the limiting groove, and the bent arm can drive the latch limiting plate to release the limit of the latch supporting plate.
7. The intelligent lock according to claim 1, wherein the bolt mechanism further comprises a safety bolt assembly, the safety bolt assembly comprises a safety bolt, a safety thumb wheel and a mechanical manual knob, the mechanical manual knob can manually drive the safety thumb wheel to lock the safety bolt, so that the lock cannot be unlocked outside the door, a second linkage mechanism is arranged between the safety bolt and the square shaft plectrum, and the square shaft plectrum can drive the second linkage mechanism to act so as to mechanically unlock all the bolts in one step inside the door.
8. The intelligent lockset as claimed in claims 1-3, wherein the main bolt assembly comprises a bolt and a bolt support plate, the bolt support plate is provided with a slot, the bar-shaped support arm can rotate in the slot in a forward and reverse direction by a certain angle, the shifting fork can rotate around its own central axis by a certain angle, the shifting wheel gear is provided with a limit protrusion, and the limit protrusion can limit the shifting wheel to move in a certain angle range.
9. The intelligent lockset as recited in claim 1 wherein said motor assembly includes a reduction gearbox, output teeth on said reduction gearbox engaging said thumb wheel gear to effect drive to the thumb wheel.
10. The intelligent lockset as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein a main bolt position detecting switch, a bolt collision position detecting switch and a latch bolt position detecting switch are further disposed in the lock case housing, the detecting switches are disposed on the detecting plate, the detecting switches can feed the bolt condition back to the lock main board in real time, and control the bolt action and the lock state information pushing according to a set program.
