Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of corrugated paper production, in particular to moistureproof corrugated paper for paper furniture and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The paper furniture is formed by pressing low-carbon high-strength paperboards, is a very environment-friendly material, can be automatically folded and installed by buyers according to pressed marks, corrugated paper is a common material of a paper packing box, is lighter than a wood box, has hardness and size, is easy to cut, protects other packaged products, is not damaged, can be externally printed with different color patterns and characters or written with character symbols, is relatively low in cost, can be purchased in a living goods store generally in a medium and small-sized corrugated paper box (without any printing or muddy yellow), is usually made of corrugated paper, is slightly different from a paper box in the field of packaging logistics in process, is kraft paper on the surface, only selects the best material, has stronger self bearing capacity, can realize larger bearing capacity through structural design, is imported paper for most of the furniture, and has good waterproofness, the water-proof furniture can prevent water for more than 5 minutes, is easy to clean, only needs to be scrubbed by wet cloth, has low manufacturing cost compared with the traditional furniture, but has lower cost and much lower selling price compared with the traditional furniture with brands and designs.
The corrugated paper for the present paper furniture is mostly to add damp-proof substance in the corrugated paper pulp or to coat waterproof paint on the surface of the corrugated paper, to make the corrugated paper damp-proof and waterproof, however, the damp-proof effect of such damp-proof method is relatively poor, only single paper ingredient and surface damp-proof can be realized, can not realize when adding damp-proof fiber to the inside of the corrugated paper, mix the composition that generates heat, after making the inside moisture that gets into of corrugated paper, through the composition heat production heat that generates heat, accelerate the evaporation of moisture, can't reach the purpose that can follow the dampproofing on the top layer of corrugated paper and can also be to the inside dampproofing of corrugated paper, can't prolong the life of corrugated paper, thereby bring very big.
