Example one
The embodiment provides a control method of a washing machine, the washing machine is provided with a steam generating device, comprising a steam washing program, and the control method comprises the following steps:
when the washing machine executes a steam washing program, steam is introduced into the inner barrel for a certain time, and then a centrifugal washing process is started to be executed.
Silver ion disinfectants used in the current market need to be replaced or added after being used for a period of time. In the scheme, the steam washing program is arranged on the washing machine, so that the washing machine is started when a user needs to sterilize the clothes, the steam washing program is selected to sterilize the clothes by steam, other operations are not needed, and the steam washing machine is convenient and simple to use.
In the scheme, the washing machine can be a drum washing machine, a pulsator washing machine, a double-barrel washing machine and the like. The steam generating device comprises a heating device, water is fed into the heating device, and the heating device generates steam after starting to work. The arrangement mode and the installation mode of the steam generating device can adopt the scheme in the prior art, and also can be an improved scheme, and the steam can be generated and input into the inner barrel, and the steam can be introduced between the inner barrel and the outer barrel, and also can be directly introduced into the inner barrel.
In the scheme, after a user selects a steam washing program, the washing machine firstly introduces steam into the inner barrel for a certain time, so that the temperature of the inner barrel can reach the sterilization and mite removal degree in the period of time, and the aim of killing all mites and bacteria is fulfilled. In the scheme, the temperature, the flow rate, the time and the like of the steam can be preset, and the washing machine controls the steam generating device to generate the steam with certain temperature and controls the flow rate and the time of the steam entering the inner barrel according to the preset value, so that the inner barrel can reach the required temperature in a short time. For example, the temperature of the water vapor may be set in the range of 50-100 ℃.
The scheme is that after steam is introduced into the inner barrel for a certain time, a centrifugal washing process is started to be executed, and the centrifugal washing process is that the inner barrel is controlled by the washing machine to rotate at a certain rotating speed. In the centrifugal washing process, clothes in the inner barrel can be distributed on the inner wall of the inner barrel under the action of centrifugal force and are attached to the inner wall or can climb upwards along the inner wall. For the condition that the clothing is piled up in interior bucket bottom, in the centrifugal washing process, the area of contact with steam can greatly increased when the clothing distributes along the inner wall of interior bucket to can both play the effect of killing bacteria and removing the mite to all clothing, each position of each clothing, improve the rate of disinfecting.
In a further scheme, when the centrifugal washing process is executed, the washing machine controls the inner drum to rotate forwards and/or backwards at a certain speed so as to change the contact area of the clothes and the steam.
The centrifugal washing process of this scheme, interior bucket can only carry out corotation, perhaps only carry out the reversal, perhaps corotation and reversal are gone on in turn to upset clothing that can be better makes each part of clothing fully contact with steam, improves bactericidal effect. In the case where the normal rotation and the reverse rotation are alternately performed, the rotation speeds of the normal rotation and the reverse rotation may be the same or different.
Further, when the centrifugal washing process is performed, the washing machine controls the inner tub to rotate for a certain time, then pauses for a certain time, then rotates again, and so on at intervals. When the inner barrel stops rotating, the clothes can change positions under the action of inertia and gravity, so that the contact area of the clothes and the steam is changed, and the sterilization rate is improved.
If the inner barrel only rotates forwards or reversely, the inner barrel stops rotating forwards/reversely for a certain time and then rotates forwards/reversely at intervals. If the inner barrel rotates forwards and also rotates backwards, the forward rotation and the reverse rotation are executed at a certain interval.
In a further aspect, the washing machine performs the steam washing course before the washing course, and/or the washing machine performs the steam washing course after the washing course is completed.
The user can select the steam washing program to sterilize and remove the mites before washing as required, also can sterilize and remove the mites after washing is finished, and the user can even select to sterilize and remove the mites twice before washing and after washing is finished, so that a more thorough sterilization and mite removal effect is achieved.
Example two
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, this embodiment is a further limitation of the first embodiment, in which when the washing machine performs the steam washing process, the centrifugal washing process is started after the steam is introduced into the inner tub for a certain time, and when the centrifugal washing process is performed, the washing machine controls the inner tub to rotate to change the contact area between the laundry and the steam. And after the centrifugal washing process is finished, executing a shaking and scattering process, and controlling the impeller to rotate to shake and scatter clothes by the washing machine in the shaking and scattering process.
In this embodiment, the washing machine is a washing machine having a pulsator, for example, a pulsator washing machine. After the centrifugal washing process is finished, the clothes fall off from the barrel wall under the action of gravity, the impeller is controlled to rotate and stir at the moment, the clothes can be shaken and dispersed, the position of the clothes is changed, the contact area between the clothes and steam is changed, or the distribution condition and the contact area with the steam during the centrifugal washing can be influenced, so that the sterilization rate is improved.
In a further scheme, when the pulsator shaking process is executed, the washing machine controls the pulsator to rotate forwards and/or backwards at a certain speed so as to change the position of clothes and the contact area of the clothes and steam.
The impeller of this scheme trembles the process of loosing, and the impeller can only carry out corotation, perhaps only carries out the reversal, perhaps corotation and reversal go on in turn to the clothing is trembled in upset that can be better, changes the clothing position, makes each part of clothing all fully contact with steam, improves bactericidal effect. In the case where the normal rotation and the reverse rotation are alternately performed, the rotation speeds of the normal rotation and the reverse rotation may be the same or different.
Preferably, the rotation speed of the pulsator is low, preventing damage to the laundry.
Furthermore, when the impeller shaking process is executed, the washing machine controls the impeller to rotate for a certain time, then pauses for a certain time, then rotates again, and the operation is carried out at intervals. When the impeller is suspended to rotate, the clothes can change positions under the action of inertia, so that the contact area with steam is changed, or the distribution condition when centrifugal washing is carried out again and the contact area with steam can be influenced, so that the sterilization rate is improved, the clothes are protected, and the clothes are prevented from being excessively wound.
If the impeller only rotates forwards or reversely, the impeller is paused for a certain time after rotating forwards or reversely for a certain time, and then rotates forwards or reversely at intervals. If the impeller rotates both forward and backward, the forward rotation and the backward rotation are performed at a certain interval.
In a further scheme, when the washing machine executes a steam washing program, after steam is introduced into the inner barrel for a certain time T, whether the temperature in the inner barrel reaches a preset value N or not is detected, if the temperature in the inner barrel reaches the preset value N, a centrifugal washing process is started, if the temperature in the inner barrel does not reach the preset value N, the steam is continuously introduced, and the temperature in the inner barrel is monitored in real time.
In this scheme, the washing machine detects and carries out centrifugal washing process when the temperature in the interior bucket reaches default N, can guarantee to kill most mite and bacterium when maintaining certain time under this temperature to can guarantee bactericidal effect. After the steam is introduced for a certain time T, if the temperature in the inner barrel is not detected to reach the preset value N, the steam is required to be continuously introduced, the temperature of the inner barrel is continuously increased, and after the temperature in the inner barrel reaches the preset value N, the centrifugal washing process is executed, so that the sterilization effect can be ensured.
In a preferable scheme, the temperature range of the preset value N is 55-90 ℃;
preferably, the preset value N is 70 ℃.
In the further proposal, in the steam washing procedure, a plurality of times of centrifugal washing processes and wave wheel shaking processes are repeatedly executed; therefore, the contact area and the contact position of the clothes and the steam are changed for many times, all parts of the clothes are guaranteed to be sterilized and acarid removed, and the sterilization rate is guaranteed to reach more than 99.99%.
Preferably, in the steam washing procedure, a multi-wheel centrifugal washing process and a wave wheel shaking process are repeatedly executed, wherein the centrifugal washing process is executed in each wheel, and then the wave wheel shaking process is executed;
more preferably, a certain time interval is provided between the pulsator shaking process of the previous wheel and the centrifugal washing process of the next wheel, or no time interval is provided.
In a further scheme, the time of the centrifugal washing process is 1-10 times of the time of the shaking process;
preferably, the time of the centrifugal washing process is 2-8 times, preferably 5 times of the time of the shaking process, and the scheme reasonably distributes the time, is favorable for improving the degerming rate and also achieves the purpose of saving the time.

After a user selects a steam washing program, the washing machine controls the steam generating device to start, steam of about 100 ℃ is sprayed, the inner barrel rotates at a lower speed, meanwhile, clothes are fully soaked in the steam by the stirring of the impeller, the temperature in the barrel can reach more than 70 ℃, the program stops after the temperature is kept for 10 minutes, the sterilization and mite removal effects are completed, and the sterilization rate can reach more than 99.9%.
The preferred scheme, when the process of trembling is carried out simultaneously in the centrifugal washing process, interior bucket is opposite with the direction of rotation of impeller, not only can change the area of contact of clothing with steam, is favorable to improving the degerming rate, can also prevent that the clothing from twining, plays the effect of protection clothing.
Example four
The present embodiment is a further limitation of the second embodiment, and the difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment is:
after steam is introduced into the inner barrel for a certain time T, the washing machine controls and adjusts the temperature of the steam generated by the steam generating device according to whether the temperature of the inner barrel reaches a preset value N.
Further, if the steam is introduced into the inner barrel for a certain time T and does not reach the preset value N, the temperature of the steam generated by the steam generating device is controlled by the washing machine to be increased from a to b, wherein b is greater than a.
In the scheme, in the time T, the temperature of the inner barrel does not reach the preset value N due to the introduced steam, the influence of factors such as low ambient temperature is shown, and the efficiency of sterilizing by adopting the steam at the temperature is lower. The control device of the washing machine controls the steam generating device to improve the temperature of the generated steam, so that the time is shortened, the sterilization effect and efficiency are ensured, and different scenes and environments can be better adapted.
Preferably, the washing machine monitors the temperature in the inner tub in real time after controlling the temperature of the steam generated from the steam generating device from a to b, and starts to perform a centrifugal washing process when the temperature reaches a preset value N.
In a further scheme, after steam is introduced into the inner barrel for a certain time T, if the temperature in the inner barrel is greater than a preset value N and exceeds a certain value, the temperature of the steam generated by the steam generating device is controlled by the washing machine to be reduced from a to c, wherein c is less than a.
Under the condition, the temperature of the introduced steam is too high, and the adverse effect on the parts of the washing machine can be generated, so that the control device of the washing machine can adjust the temperature of the steam generated by the steam generating device in time, the sterilization rate is ensured, and the running safety of the washing machine can be protected.
In the scheme, the washing machine controls the temperature of the steam generated by the steam generating device according to whether the temperature of the inner barrel reaches the preset value N within a certain time, so that the washing machine is more suitable for different environments and scenes, such as winter and summer, cold regions, hot regions and the like, and has wider applicability.
