A clamping head of an automatic bottom-bursting machine of a glass coffee pot comprises a sliding rail assembly, a base, a working chamber and a cylinder, wherein the base is arranged above the sliding rail assembly; the air cylinder is arranged on the base through an air cylinder connecting seat; the working chambers are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the cylinder, and cavities are formed in the working chambers; a baffle is arranged in the cavity in a sliding manner, and a spring is arranged between the baffle and the end part of the cavity; one end of the baffle extends out of the working chamber and is connected with a clamping rod; the end part of a piston rod of the cylinder is provided with a top sleeve; and a clamping piece is arranged on the inner side of the front end of the clamping rod through a first screw. Compared with the prior art, the clamping head of the automatic bottom-bursting machine for the glass coffee pot has the advantages that the clamping rods are opened through the air cylinders, the clamping pieces are made to clamp the pot opening of the coffee pot through the springback of the springs, the clamping head is simple in structure, the clamping head can be suitable for processing and producing coffee pots of different models, and the production efficiency is improved.

Furthermore, the working chamber is a rectangular frame formed by sequentially enclosing and welding a front plate, an upper plate, a rear plate and a lower plate, and the middle parts of the upper plate and the lower plate are respectively provided with a first guide groove and a second guide groove; one end of the baffle is connected with a guide lug; the guide lug is arranged in the first guide groove in a sliding manner; the tail end of the clamping rod is arranged in the second guide groove in a sliding mode.

Furthermore, the cylinder adopts a double-head cylinder, the jacking sleeve comprises an installation sleeve and a disc which are integrally processed, and a threaded hole is formed in the installation sleeve; the top sleeve is in threaded connection with the end part of the piston rod of the air cylinder through a threaded hole in the mounting sleeve.

The end part of a piston rod of the cylinder 4 is provided with a top sleeve 10, in the embodiment, the cylinder 4 adopts a double-head cylinder, the top sleeve 10 comprises an installation sleeve and a disc which are integrally processed, and a threaded hole is formed in the installation sleeve; the top sleeve 10 is in threaded connection with the end part of the piston rod of the air cylinder 4 through a threaded hole in the mounting sleeve.
The working principle is as follows: the clamping rod 7 is separated through the piston rod of the cylinder 4, when the piston rod of the cylinder 4 retracts, the clamping rod 7 resets under the action of the spring 6, and the pot opening of the coffee pot is clamped tightly by the clamping piece 9 at the front end of the clamping rod 7.
