the plate edge puttying mechanism comprises a first mounting seat, a first scraping piece abutting device and a plate edge scraping piece; the plate edge scraping blade is connected with the first mounting seat through a first scraping blade abutting device and is attached to the plate edge of the plywood; the first scraping blade abutting device comprises a first main swinging piece and a first secondary swinging piece; the first main swinging piece is rotatably connected to the first mounting seat, and the first secondary swinging piece is rotatably connected to the first main swinging piece; the rotating shaft of the first main swinging piece and the rotating shaft of the first secondary swinging piece are arranged vertically; the plate edge scraping blade is fixedly arranged on the first oscillating piece and abuts against the edge of the plywood plate;
the first mounting seat is fixedly connected with a first side plate, a first limiting groove is formed in the first side plate, a first loop bar is formed on the first main swinging piece and penetrates through the first limiting groove, a first fixed shaft end is formed at one end, away from the first main swinging piece, of the first loop bar, and the width of the first fixed shaft end is larger than the groove width of the first limiting groove; a first pressing spring is sleeved on the first loop bar, and two ends of the first pressing spring respectively abut against the first main swinging piece and the first side plate; and a first return spring is connected between the first secondary swinging piece and the first main swinging piece.

The plywood hemming machine of claim 1 wherein the putty extrusion mechanism comprises a hopper, a screw extruder and a putty outlet, the hopper and the putty outlet are respectively connected with an input end and an output end of the screw extruder; the putty discharge hole faces to the plate edge of the plywood.

A plywood hemming machine according to claim 2 wherein the putty outlet is connected to the output of the screw extruder via a three-way reversing ball valve, the three-way reversing ball valve is further connected to a return line, and one end of the return line remote from the three-way reversing ball valve is connected to the input of the screw extruder or to the hopper.

The plywood hemming machine of claim 2 wherein the putty extruding mechanism is connected to a nozzle lifting mechanism, the nozzle lifting mechanism drives the putty extruding mechanism to move up and down to adjust the height of the putty discharging port to match the height of the plywood edge.
5. A plywood hemming machine according to claim 1 wherein the putty extruding means further includes a putty suction device for suctioning excess putty from the board edge blade.

A plywood hemming machine according to claim 1 wherein the first mounting base includes a base, a horizontal movement base, and a first lifting base, the horizontal movement base being slidably disposed on the base, the base being provided with a first position adjustment screw for driving the horizontal movement base; the first lifting seat is vertically and slidably arranged on the horizontal moving seat, and a second position adjusting screw rod for driving the first lifting seat is arranged on the horizontal moving seat; the first main swinging piece and the first side plate are connected to the first lifting seat.

The edge repairing machine for the plywood is characterized by comprising a putty extruding mechanism, a board edge putty scraping mechanism and a board surface putty removing mechanism, wherein the putty extruding mechanism, the board edge putty scraping mechanism and the board surface putty removing mechanism are sequentially arranged from upstream to downstream along the conveying direction of the plywood;
the panel putty removing mechanism comprises a second mounting seat and scraping devices arranged on the upper panel and the lower panel of the plywood, and each scraping device comprises a panel scraping piece, a second scraping piece abutting device, a mounting plate and a second lifting seat; the second lifting seat is vertically and slidably arranged on the second mounting seat, and a third position adjusting screw rod for driving the second lifting seat is arranged on the second mounting seat; the second lifting seat is connected with a mounting plate;
the second scraping blade abutting device comprises a second main swinging piece and a second secondary swinging piece; the second main swinging piece is rotatably connected to the mounting plate, and the second secondary swinging piece is rotatably connected to the second main swinging piece; the rotating shaft of the second main swinging piece and the rotating shaft of the second secondary swinging piece are arranged vertically; the board surface scraping piece is fixedly arranged on the second swinging piece and abuts against the board surface of the edge, close to the board edge, of the plywood;
the mounting plate is fixedly connected with a second side plate, a second limiting groove is formed in the second side plate, a second loop bar is formed in the second main swinging piece and penetrates through the second limiting groove, a second fixed shaft end is formed at one end, far away from the second main swinging piece, of the second loop bar, and the width of the second fixed shaft end is larger than the groove width of the second limiting groove; a second compression spring is sleeved on the second loop bar, and two ends of the second compression spring respectively abut against the second main swinging piece and the second side plate; and a second return spring is connected between the second secondary swinging piece and the second main swinging piece.

A plywood hemming machine according to claim 7 wherein the scraping means further includes a cylinder, a base of the cylinder is fixedly connected to the second lifting base, a piston rod of the cylinder is connected to a mounting plate, a pressing wheel is connected to the mounting plate, and the pressing wheel abuts against the surface of the plywood.
9. An automatic plywood hemming process using the plywood hemming machine according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
firstly, a putty extruding mechanism extrudes putty in a hopper to the edges of a plywood plate in conveying through a putty discharging port;
secondly, coating putty on the edges of the plywood by using a plate edge putty-coating mechanism along with the movement of the plywood to fill the pores of the edges of the plywood;
and thirdly, along with the movement of the plywood, the putty removing mechanism on the board surface scrapes the putty overflowing from the board edge to the board surfaces on the two sides.
