The finished product after the melt-blown fabric is produced is in a coil, the width of the coil melt-blown fabric is generally 160cm-180cm, so the coil melt-blown fabric needs to be cut and processed before the melt-blown fabric is processed into the mask, and the size of the melt-blown fabric can meet the production requirement of the mask. Although the existing melt-blown fabric splitting machine can split a large roll of melt-blown fabric into small rolls of melt-blown fabric, the existing melt-blown fabric splitting machine cannot be matched with a production line of mask production to work, so that the production efficiency of the mask production line is low; the existing melt-blown fabric cutting machine can not cut melt-blown fabrics with different widths, has a small application range, is uneven in size of the cut melt-blown fabrics, can cause certain damage to the edges of the cut melt-blown fabrics, and has great influence on the later-stage process of the melt-blown fabrics into masks.
