The brake discs are various in types and are characterized in that the brake discs are thin, the disc sheets and the center are formed by sand cores, the brake discs of different types have differences in disc diameter, disc sheet thickness and size of a gap between two discs, the thickness and the height of a disc hub are different, the brake disc of a single-layer disc is simple in structure, the weight of a casting is six to eighteen kilograms, the outer contour of the casting is completely processed, casting defects such as shrinkage porosity, air holes, sand holes and the like cannot be caused after finish machining, the metallographic structure is a medium-sheet type, a graphite type and a uniform structure, the section sensitivity is small (particularly the hardness difference is small), most domestic manufacturers adopt clay sand wet types, manual template types and synthetic oil sand cores, individual manufacturers or individual varieties of castings adopt a tree-coated sand hot core box process, individual manufacturers produce car discs on a moulding line, cupola furnaces are mostly adopted for smelting, cupola furnaces and electric furnaces are adopted for combined smelting, inoculation treatment and fast measurement of chemical components of iron liquid are carried out before, so as to be adjusted at any time.
At present, the automobile industry is in the stage of rapid development, so the demand for the brake disc is also great, and because the brake disc plays a key role in the aspect of automobile braking, the quality of the brake disc can influence the braking effect and the safety coefficient of an automobile to a certain extent, and because the brake disc is mostly made by casting, the brake disc needs to be polished after the casting is finished. The conventional brake disc polishing device cannot polish all faces of a brake disc efficiently, the brake disc needs to be turned, the polished face in long-term contact can generate a large amount of heat energy, the brake disc is easy to deform due to high temperature generated by friction, the braking effect is reduced, and the driving safety is finally influenced.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a grinding device for producing an automobile brake disc to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a polishing device for producing an automobile brake disc, wherein the bottom and the side surface of the brake disc are simultaneously polished by a first polishing disc, the polishing area is increased, the surface is uniformly polished, the effect of rapidly removing burrs is achieved, the upper surface of the brake disc is contacted with a second polishing disc after the brake disc is lifted by using a connecting sleeve rod assembly, the whole body of the brake disc can be polished without turning the brake disc, the polished surface is directly converted, the working efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the polishing device is matched with an air pump to blow air and is sprayed out from an air nozzle, so that the heat dissipation effect is improved while abrasive residues are removed, and the defects in the technology are overcome.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:
referring to the attached drawings 1-7 in the specification, a visual glass door 20 is opened, a brake disc is fixed on the top of a mounting frame 16, a rotary disc 4 is manually rotated to enable a screw rod 3 to rotate, under the limit sliding of a sliding rod 5, two U-shaped plates 6 move oppositely, so that two first polishing discs 8 move to the positions right below the brake disc respectively, a lower polishing disc 81 and a side polishing disc 82 correspond to the bottom and the side of the brake disc respectively, an electric push rod 9 is started to enable an output end of the electric push rod to push down a second polishing disc to a set position, then the visual glass door 20 is closed, a first motor 7 and a second motor 11 are started, an output shaft of the second motor 11 is in transmission connection with the brake disc through an adjusting inner rod 121 and an outer sleeve rod 122, is in reverse rotation cooperation with the first polishing disc 8 to enable a polished surface to be uniform and remove burrs rapidly, a third motor 14 is started after working for a period of time, the output shaft of the third, the rotating member 123 is used for lifting the clamping block, so that the outer sleeve rod 122 is integrally lifted, the upper surface of the brake disc is finally contacted with the second polishing disc 10, the direct polishing surface conversion is realized, and meanwhile, the air pump 17 is matched for blowing air and spraying air from the air nozzle 18, so that abrasive residues are removed and heat is effectively dissipated;
