The welding method of the fish-belly sill provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
vertically placing a vertical plate 1 of a fish-bellied beam on a platform 3, respectively positioning the end part of the fish-bellied beam through a first positioning module 4, positioning the inclined plane of the fish-bellied beam through a second positioning module 5, positioning the middle part of the fish-bellied beam through a third positioning module 6, and clamping the top and/or the side of the vertical plate 1 through a pressing module assembly;
placing the rib plates 2 between the vertical plates 1, and spot-welding the vertical plates 1 and the rib plates 2;
spot welding the rib plate 2 and the lower cover plate;
welding the inner side of the lower cover plate, the inner sides of the vertical plate 1 and the rib plate 2 in a symmetrical welding sequence from the middle to the two ends;
spot welding the outer side of the upper cover plate and the outer side of the vertical plate 1;
the outer side of the upper cover plate and the outer side of the vertical plate 1, the outer side of the lower cover plate and the outer side of the vertical plate 1 are welded in sequence, and the welding sequence is that the welding is gradually and symmetrically conducted from the middle to the two ends.
In the process of welding the welding seams of the inner cavity of the fish-belly sill, the welding seams of the inner cavity are classified into three types, namely a rib plate 2 and lower cover plate connecting welding seam, a vertical plate 1 and lower cover plate connecting welding seam and a rib plate 2 and vertical plate 1 connecting welding seam. The connecting welding seam of the vertical plate 1 and the inner cavity of the lower cover plate is divided into N +1 sections by the N rib plates 2. When welding the inner cavity of the fish-belly sill, the general sequence is that the rib plate 2 and the lower cover plate connecting welding seam are welded firstly, then the vertical plate 1 and the lower cover plate connecting welding seam are welded, and finally the rib plate 2 and the vertical plate 1 connecting welding seam are welded. Specifically, firstly, welding seams of the rib plates 2 positioned in the middle of the fish-belly sill and the lower cover plate are welded, then welding seams of other rib plates 2 and the lower cover plate are welded to one end of the fish-belly sill in sequence by taking the middle as a reference, and then welding seams of other rib plates 2 and the lower cover plate are welded to the other end of the fish-belly sill in sequence by taking the middle as a reference; secondly, firstly welding a section of welding seam of the vertical plate 1 and the lower cover plate which are positioned in the middle of the fish-belly sill and divided by the two rib plates 2, then sequentially welding other welding seams of the vertical plate 1 and the lower cover plate which are divided by the rib plates 2 to one end by taking the middle section welding seam as a reference, and sequentially welding other welding seams of the vertical plate 1 and the lower cover plate which are divided by the rib plates 2 to the other end by taking the middle section welding seam as a reference; and thirdly, welding the welding seams of the rib plates 2 and the vertical plates 1 in the middle of the fish-belly sill, sequentially welding the welding seams of other rib plates 2 and the vertical plates 1 to one end by taking the middle as a reference, and sequentially welding the welding seams of other rib plates 2 and the vertical plates 1 to the other end by taking the middle as a reference.
The welding is carried out by adopting the sequence, welding deformation is basically avoided after welding, and the sequence can be suitable for manual welding and also can be suitable for automatic welding of a manipulator.
Optionally, in order to control the deformation of the welding, in this embodiment, the welding of the fish-bellied beam is performed in three stages: priming (1 procedure), filling (no or 1 or N procedures) and capping (1 procedure), wherein the current of each stage is as follows: a bottom 240A-250A, a filling 260A-270A, and a cover 240A-250A.
In the process of welding the external weld of the fish-belly sill, the external weld is summarized into four types, namely a welding seam for connecting the vertical plate 1 (left) (one end is defined as left, and the other end is defined as right) with the upper cover plate, a welding seam for connecting the vertical plate 1 (left) with the lower cover plate, and a welding seam for connecting the vertical plate 1 (right) with the lower cover plate. When welding the external weld of the fish-belly sill, the general order is that the welding seam is connected with the upper cover plate by welding the vertical plate 1, then the welding seam is connected with the lower cover plate by welding the vertical plate 1, and each welding seam is welded from the middle to two ends, so that the stress of the workpiece is released to the two ends. Specifically, in the first step, a welding seam bottoming layer is connected with an upper cover plate by a welding vertical plate 1 (left), the middle part of a fish-belly sill is used for arc starting, firstly, the left end is welded, the arc is stopped after the welding seam is welded to the leftmost end of the fish-belly sill, then, the arc is started at the welding seam which is 30mm away from the left end of the arc starting position in the middle part of the fish-belly sill, and the bottoming layer is welded to the right end; secondly, welding the vertical plate 1 (right) and the upper cover plate to connect a welding seam bottoming layer, wherein the specific operation sequence is the same as that of the first step; thirdly, welding the vertical plate 1 (right) and the lower cover plate to connect a welding seam to form a bottom layer, wherein the specific operation sequence is the same as that of the first step; and fourthly, welding the vertical plate 1 (left) and the lower cover plate to connect a welding seam bottoming layer, wherein the specific operation sequence is the same as that of the first step. And (4) completing the filling and welding of the cover surface welding line in sequence according to the sequence. It should be noted that when the middle part of the fish-belly sill is in arc striking, each welding seam needs to be staggered by a certain distance, so that the welding joints of each layer of welding seam are not overlapped, and the welding quality of the welding seam is ensured.
The welding method can effectively avoid the concentrated input and dispersion of welding heat, and can ensure that the welding stress is uniformly transmitted and released to two ends, thereby realizing the purposes of controlling the welding deformation of parts and reducing the adjustment and repair amount after welding, improving the product generation efficiency and ensuring the welding quality of products. The assembly spot-fixing tool belongs to a positioning tool, the positioning tool has more positioning elements, and more positioning devices and pressing devices are needed for limiting small parts, so that the space is limited, spot-fixing is needed firstly, and then a special welding tool is used for welding; the assembling and welding tool for the vertical plate and the rib plate in the fish-belly sill provided by the invention is an assembling and spot-fixing tool, is placed on a special welding tool after spot-fixing, and is welded by adopting mechanical hand welding or manual welding. Generally speaking, after spot welding of a welded vertical plate, a welded rib plate and a lower cover plate, an internal cavity is manually welded, then an upper cover plate is assembled, after spot welding, the upper cover plate is placed on a special welding tool, and a robot hand welds 4 long welding seams on the outer side. In the welding process, the welding is slowly carried out from the middle to the two ends, because the welding is still forcefully carried out from the middle to the two ends, the deformation is not too large due to slow constraint, and if the welding is carried out from the end parts, the deformation is large as the farthest end is not constrained at any point. The welding method of the fish-belly sill provided by the invention can ensure that the fish-belly sill has small deformation after welding, save the cost and reduce the labor intensity of workers.
